24/08/2025: Delicious chicken, spectacular parmigiana. It reminded me of my grandmother's. All at a very low price: 4-5 euros.

22/08/2025: Excellent chicken shop, great prices, and you can find delicious things like small stuffed peppers and stuffed aubergines just like grandma used to make. Highly recommended.

10/11/2025: Over several visits I have enjoyed their sandwiches, pastas and salads, plus well prepared drinks. With very good service, this is delightful experience, indoors or on their ample deck.

05/11/2025: Welcoming atmosphere just steps from Piazza Politeama. Good value for money. The only downside was the wait to be served, but that can happen on a weekend. I'll return to evaluate better and perhaps give it 5 stars.

12/08/2025: Stopped for breakfast here and loved everything - most generous paninis made to order for such a good price (only about €4 and it included an entire mozzarella ball). Staff didn’t speak much English but were so lovely and took so much care making our order!

09/07/2025: A wonderful place! We ate breakfast here every day during our short stay in Fiumefreddo. I'm not a fan of sweet breakfasts, and I noticed in the reviews that they also have savory options – like arancini. It was even better when we got there: it turned out you could order a delicious sandwich freshly made to your liking. The bread was fresh and the selection of ingredients was wide. You could also order coffee. The service was incredibly friendly, approachable, and very helpful. You could easily communicate in a mix of English and broken Italian. I highly recommend it! 08/08/2025: A typical lunch spot, nothing more. There's effort and it shows, but the food leaves a bit to be desired, with dishes complicated by the omnipresent cream. Some dishes are unavailable, and it would have been appropriate to point this out when providing the menu.

27/10/2025: We have only been here twice and only had wine with a chucherie board both times. But, really really enjoyed it. They have a lot to offer rather than just basic restaurant food. Plus, a good selection of drinks. The place is not real big but they do a good job and good business. We plan to make it a regular stop when we are in town.

25/09/2025: Delicious and affordable. The environment is great, facing the ocean. The waiters, though they don't speak English, are very welcoming. Highly recommended. Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people.

08/09/2025: Beautiful place right on the beach. Service a little slow, but probably because it's the end of the season. Pizza was so-so, a little undercooked.

18/11/2025: This establishment is known for utilizing tourist pricing. They don’t post prices so they are able to overcharge tourists and locals pay a much more favorable rate. The pizza was undercooked and they charged me 5€ for a mediocre sandwich of mozzarella and tomato I received as a replacement. In comparison, sandwiches in Cefalù (even with deli meat) are generally 2€ to 3,50€. Obviously, the location is great right in the center, but what’s it worth? I have been there twice and have been mistaken for a tourist both times, I was therefore overcharged compared to my friends and family who are recognized as locals by the staff. I will not be going back and highly suggest skipping this bar on your trip to Cefalù. There are plenty of others who are more reputable.

14/11/2025: We visited this restaurant on Friday, November 7th, during a severe thunderstorm. The place is tiny, and the outdoor tables couldn't be set up due to the bad weather, but we had a wonderful meal. You can choose your pasta and sauces to match. A lovely, informal place, with really friendly young owners and reasonable prices. I definitely recommend it.

12/11/2025: Good meal. Disposable tableware, presented as an eco-friendly approach when it's common knowledge that it isn't, even if it's made with bio-based materials.

06/08/2025: We stumbled upon this café by chance. It's lovely. The coffee the gentleman made us was exceptional. We had ice cream. The ice cream was exceptional. We were blown away. We stumbled upon this café by chance and were absolutely delighted! The place is lovely, and the gentleman who served us was incredibly kind. The coffee he made was exceptional – full of flavor and perfectly balanced. We also tried the little ice cream treats, and they were simply amazing. We loved everything! We'll definitely be coming back.

22/10/2025: A seaside restaurant. The service needs a complete overhaul. When we arrived, we were brought a bottle of still water; when we asked for a sparkling one, the waiter seemed annoyed. Another waiter came immediately after to take our order. The dishes were brought quickly. Our plates were taken away once we'd finished eating. From there, absolutely nothing happened. The staff stayed at a table next to ours, where the price was certainly higher, but that didn't justify completely forgetting the other tables. After half an hour, during which no one asked if we wanted dessert or anything else (not even the bill), we decided to leave and went to the cashier on our own. Too bad, we had very high expectations. Disappointment.

13/10/2025: Excellent food and fast service! La Mattanza in Palermo was definitely worth a visit. The quality of the food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with love. The service was also very friendly and fast, as was the kitchen: no sooner had I ordered than the food arrived. The value for money is absolutely excellent. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable visit – I'd be happy to come back!

19/10/2025: My wife and I happened upon this restaurant for lunch today, while visiting the beautiful train museum. I can say that everything was delicious and authentic. Especially the spaghetti carbonara, delicious! Everything was served to us with kindness by the owners. We felt like family. I recommend the restaurant to everyone, travelers and non-travelers alike!
