16/07/2025: Elegant, refined, and timeless. Right in the heart of Noto. Spacious, bright rooms, generous buffet breakfast. Very friendly, cheerful, and helpful staff. You can visit the stately rooms, with their frescoes and floors still intact! Highly recommended!

14/06/2025: Right next to the cathedral, as central as it gets, a beautiful building with rooms with really sparse and minimal furnishings, there was no safe but the real problem is with the window frames that let in a lot of insects including a huge worm found in the bathroom. Also in the cathedral all night the guys party until late and you can hear it too much. Very friendly staff.

21/06/2025: To say excellent is to say the least!!! Too bad you can't give more than 5 stars. I would start with the people and the owners...excellent service, fast and friendly. I had a medium-rare cut of meat, truly exceptional, as they say "it melted in your mouth". The pizza and fish were also exceptional, which I had the pleasure of tasting on several occasions. Would I recommend it to you? With my eyes closed.

19/06/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't feel so comfortable at dinner. The terrace is super nice, but the service was a bit chaotic, and the food unfortunately fell short of expectations. It wasn't a big deal, but the bacon was soft, not crispy as advertised; the steak had many inedible pieces on it, and the pasta was very al dente. Dessert was supposed to be ice cream for the kids, but the employee unfortunately made no effort to explain what was in the flavor, which we couldn't imagine (our Italian is good enough to understand it in Italian – if someone explained it...). Unfortunately, we wouldn't come back.

25/06/2025: Fuimos a comer aquí esta noche, ya que es el restaurante más cercano al hotel Minerato. Estábamos un poco escépticos después de ver algunas de las críticas, pero la comida era muy buena y nuestro camarero era muy amable! Definitivamente volveremos. Las únicas cosas que mejorarían la experiencia es si el lugar tocara un poco de música ligera de fondo y las mujeres con las que pagamos la cuenta fueran un poco inabordables. La comida y el agua excepcional lo compensó sin embargo y el precio era razonable en comparación con otros restaurantes que probamos durante nuestra estancia.

05/08/2025: We were passing by. It was 2:00 PM. I looked in to see if it was open. I saw that there were people who had just settled in. I turned to call my wife to let her in. When, to my surprise, they locked the door in my face. They may close at 2:00 PM, but they have a shameless rudeness.

25/05/2025: Authentic trattoria where you eat really well! The food is genuine and tasty, prepared with simple but quality ingredients. The portions are very generous and the prices are really honest. A perfect place for those looking for traditional flavors and an excellent quality-price ratio.

22/04/2025: Ho pranzato presso il ristorante “a Paranza” a Cefalù proprio ieri in occasione del giorno di Pasquetta. Conoscevamo il ristorante a campofelice di Roccella e siamo ritornati in quanto ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Nota super positiva, che sembra scontata, il pane! Buonissimo, uno dei più buoni mai mangiati… dico sul serio! Il proprietario durante l’attesa ci ha offerto un trancio di pizza con la cipolla e l’acciuga simile allo sfincione. Ottimo, buonissimo !!! Abbiamo ordinato zuppa di cozze, e insalata di mare tutto ottimo. Poi abbiamo ordinato pasta con le vongole, un fritto di paranza, e io ho ordinato un calamaro verace alla griglia ( che era buono, ma un po’ duro). Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza da ripetere perché il cibo è veramente ottimo. La prossima volta verrò per una pizza perché era veramente invitante !!! Grazie ancora al proprietario gentilissimo! A presto

20/02/2025: Tornare sempre dove si sta bene Febbraio 2025 Quando penso che devo cenare alla A Paranza già inizio ad immaginare cosa ci divertiremo ad inventare e sulle tue proposte Vito Lucchese non ho mai dubbi… però è vero da lì nasce una complicità di intenti comuni … il tuo di innalzare l’arte bianca della pizza a livelli altissimi… il mio di gustare di esplorare di aiutarti a trovare quel quid che rende le tue pizze non gourmet ma viaggi gastronomici e sensoriali ! La A Paranza è sicuramente un fiore all’occhiello nel mondo della ristorazione con personale gentile preparato sempre a disposizione col sorriso sulle labbra. L’unica pecca…. Creare dipendenza 😂❤️. 23/07/2025: Extremely poor adherence to anti-COVID regulations (waiters and cooks either without masks or wearing them over their chins, and no request for a green pass; we showed it ourselves) and mediocre dishes in terms of quality and execution (the pizza was much better). The service was also quite slow despite it being very early and the dining room being practically empty. Definitely worth reconsidering!

17/07/2025: My girlfriend, her sister and I went to eat at the restaurant, we had: a pizza, two mini pizzas and a tub of chips, the result was that we all felt sick, with stomachs turned, really poor quality.

13/04/2025: Sempre scelta giusta a coglienza magnifica il cibo non delude mai, tranne per qualche ripetizione sul menu ( sarò sfortunata ma trovo spesso gli stessi piatti) e questa cosa non è degna di un ottimo ristorante come modi cerca di orientarsi...delusa sul caluce di vino molto caro e sempre in minore quantità, se siete bevitori meglio prendere una bottiglia...degna di nota la pagnotta al lievito madre superlativa...la merita del dolce che ho preso dovrebbe essere più montata

06/04/2025: Situé en périphérie de Torregrotta et en hauteur, l'accueil est souriant et chaleureux, le cadre d'une blancheur éclatante (murs et nappes), la vaisselle moderne comme il se doit, le service est discret, efficace et toujours souriant. L'essentiel est dans l'assiette. Un régal pour les yeux d'abord : dressage impeccable, avec touche finale à table. Un florilège de saveurs ensuite : mise en valeur des produits locaux, mais aussi ajout d'épices ou de compléments venus d'ailleurs, réalisant un mariage harmonieux. Une mention particulière pour la "fausse olive", servie avec les mignardises de bienvenue, et qui vaut le détour à elle seule. J'ai opté pour le menu dégustation à 7 plats : un rapport qualité-prix tout à fait raisonnable.

29/06/2025: Burnt pizza bottom, exorbitant prices almost making you feel like you're in another country, decidedly sparse menu and heaviness in the stomach until the next day (suspected leavening with incorrect timing).
