21/01/2024: small place equipped with an incredible wood-fired oven for take-away pizzas, but if you want take-away it lasts just 2 minutes and you can stop at the very nice and original tables produced by the owner of the place using recycled materials just outside the window. The choice is almost endless with ingredients of all kinds, to the point that I asked the staff to advise me, because it would have taken me half an hour to figure out the best pizza to eat. Then, turning to the right of the counter, I saw that in the fridge there was an incredible Belgian craft beer that I struggle to find, in fact it is almost impossible, in Milan (...), so I take the beer, sit at the table and after a few seconds I The pizza is served, cooked to perfection and filled with ingredients placed on a dough that has been leavened for approximately 72 hours with local flours. the pizza was absolutely spectacular, not to mention the accompanying beer and above all the human accompaniment of all the staff who made me feel truly at home and who entertained me by telling me anecdotes and giving me advice almost as if it were a local tourist board. If you were to pass through these parts, try this experience, and you will discover how much work, passion and love these guys put in to offer you the best at a price that people dream of in Milan.
