17/04/2025: Probably not our first choice to dine in Palermo but when the children get hungry, that’s definitely a place where you’ll feel welcomed. Pasta con nero di seppia, polpetta di sarde and cotoletta di pollo were all good but the Aperol spritz was perfect. And the free WiFi also produces miracles when you need it 😉

08/11/2024: Purtroppo devo essere in disappunto con le recensioni positive, probabilmente sarà stato un caso, Consiglio personale sulla location: troppa luce, Per la cena abbiamo provato il menù degustazione, entree: Gusti troppo contrastanti tra loro, Prima portata servito in una ciotola coperto di spuma di formaggio, Troppo filanti per essere mangiati con un cucchiaio bisogna staccarsi i fili dalla bocca aiutandosi con le mani, Secondo piatto tortelli, pasta troppo spessa non si riusciva ad intuire il ripieno, Seconda portata, piatto a base di tonno, leggermente scottato, servito all’interno di un anello di pure’ di patate, su base di un salsa ristretta, forse di carne, troppo forte come gusto che annullava tutto il resto, lo abbiamo lasciato, Buono il desserts! Nel locale eravamo in due tavoli, Lo chef è venuto fuori senza neanche degnarsi di alzare lo sguardo verso di noi è andato nell’altro tavolo salutandoli, erano amici, Sarebbe stato più carino che si fosse avvicinato al tavolo presentandosi e chiedendo il motivo per cui era tornato indietro il piatto e magari darci un benvenuto con un arrivederci! Accussi è!!!

10/02/2025: Location elegantissima, degna pienamente della stella michelin che porta da anni! Non è un locale dove si cena, piuttosto è un luogo dove si vive un'esperienza culinaria mozzafiato. Materia prima di eccellente qualità, valorizzata eccellentemente. Ovviamente posto non alla portata di tutte le tasche, ma si sa...patti chiari, amicizia lunga! TOP

24/03/2025: Walked in for a pizza, the place was not busy, so the service was very quick. The pizza CRUST was great but didnt like the sausage they used… overall is a 7-7.5… this town has many many small hidden places without google spot… walk arround

24/03/2025: Siamo stati attirati dalle recensioni positive di Tripadvisor su questo piccolo ristorante fuori dalle vie centrali di Ortigia. Il menù non offriva grande scelta pertanto ci siamo orientati su piatti di pesce abbastanza classici, cozze, tonno e calamari. Qualità così così, senza infamia e senza lode. Servizio scadente: non ci hanno portato il pane, e lo abbiamo dovuto chiedere dopo circa 20 minuti di attesa. tempi decisamente lunghi visto che il locale era mezzo vuoto. Anche a fine cena abbiamo avuto problemi infatti dopo alcuni tentativi di contattare il cameriere per i dolci abbiamo desistito. Attenzione al cliente decisamente da migliorare soprattutto per un locale defilato come questo dove se vuoi competere devi offrire un servizio migliore in termini di qualità e servizio.

23/03/2025: Piatti particolari, preparati con prodotti tipici siracusani. Lo chef ha ideato piatti particolari come le melanzane, toma e cioccolato (da non perdere) e il dessert con la riduzione di Nero D’Avola di alto livello. I primi piatti non sono da meno con servizio accogliente. Ci ritorneremo sicurante.

22/03/2025: Ancient trattoria in the heart of the historic center of Catania. You can taste good dishes of the Catania gastronomy in an environment that should be renovated. I don't know about the first courses, but both the side dishes and the second courses are certainly not generous in quantity.

21/03/2025: The food is delicious and served in a traditional way, trattoria style, I went back twice as I really enjoyed the grilled involtini di pescespada. I would have given 5 stars if the door was closed, eating with cold air coming from outside along with the smoke of people.. doesn't take much to close the door with a sign saying OPEN outside.

15/04/2025: Truly a nice place, welcoming and romantic environment. I hadn't been there for years. Everything has changed. I ate a good granita and took one of their traditional Colomba cakes. The packaging of the Colomba cake is a real gem. I hope the Colomba cake is also good as it's a gift!!!
