La piana della bontà e un panificio di ultima generazione,che oltre a vendere prodotti tipici del posto, realizza pane di altri luoghi. In prevalenza vende pane realizzato con farine antiche e con il lievito madre, con lunga lievitazione. Oltre a vedere pane biscotti pizza e altri prodotti tipici di Piana, effettua ottimi dolci fra qui anche il cannolo di ricotta e la casatta di ricotta. Si trova all'inizio del paese e precisamente ad angolo con la fine della strada che viene da Altofonte e la strada vicina la Guardia medica. Contrada ponte Rosso.

We were greeted by a young, brunette woman who was rude and impatient, and who was annoyed that we had to choose what to order... the bread and pizza were nothing special, and the desserts were even worse. I'm giving it 3 stars so as not to be cruel, but certainly never again.

14/07/2026: A historic café we've been frequenting for over forty years, and it continues to be a benchmark for quality and hospitality. It's the ideal place for both lunch and dinner, with freshly prepared, delicious dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. The desserts, ice creams, and traditional Sicilian delicacies are also excellent, always rich in flavor and high quality. An added bonus is the extraordinary kindness and professionalism of Irina, Claudio, and the entire staff, whose smiles and helpfulness make every visit a truly pleasant experience. A place we highly recommend.
09/07/2026: Bar Alba has a large variety of delicious foods, pastries, sweets, gelato. Claudio our waiter always provides excellent service with a friendly smile. I highly recommend.

16/04/2026: Nice place; we only had hot appetizers and pizzas. The pizza dough was light and easy to digest, with generous toppings, and the smoked cannoli was a blast. Friendly and attentive service.
12/03/2026: Thursday's graduation party. Fabulous atmosphere. The wait is 1:30, but that's fine considering it's a graduation party.
