La piana della bontà e un panificio di ultima generazione,che oltre a vendere prodotti tipici del posto, realizza pane di altri luoghi. In prevalenza vende pane realizzato con farine antiche e con il lievito madre, con lunga lievitazione. Oltre a vedere pane biscotti pizza e altri prodotti tipici di Piana, effettua ottimi dolci fra qui anche il cannolo di ricotta e la casatta di ricotta. Si trova all'inizio del paese e precisamente ad angolo con la fine della strada che viene da Altofonte e la strada vicina la Guardia medica. Contrada ponte Rosso.

We were greeted by a young, brunette woman who was rude and impatient, and who was annoyed that we had to choose what to order... the bread and pizza were nothing special, and the desserts were even worse. I'm giving it 3 stars so as not to be cruel, but certainly never again.

07/05/2026: I ate at this restaurant in November 2025 with local friends. The owner recommended the "zoccola di Mare" to me. Exceptional. I recommend it to everyone. Once you've been to this restaurant, judge for yourself.

17/06/2026: It's amazing! The guy is really kind and helpful, and the food is delicious. We ordered a lot of different things, especially because there are so many small dishes, so you can try more than one delicacy. The seating is a bit confusing, with only four tables outside and stools at the counter inside, but that's the beauty of it.
13/06/2026: My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Domenico and his wife Maria on the Naples-Palermo ferry. After a long chat, we agreed to visit them at their restaurant on the last day of our vacation before boarding the return flight to Rome, and so we did. What can I say... wonderful and friendly people, and the food was definitely on par with theirs! The first time I tried the panino con la meusa, it was truly excellent! And the freshly fried arancini were the perfect finishing touch. A welcoming place just steps from the port. If you're passing by, don't hesitate to try their cuisine!
