07/06/2025: Amazing place! If you like fish and more experimental Italian cuisine, this is your place. The food is amazing, the location is very nice and good service, plus they have a very cute dog. The egg is very good, the carbonara with swordfish is amazing too!

28/04/2025: Location: located in front of a wide avenue in Gliaca, near the church, it has refined furnishings and environments, also different in terms of seating. In fact, it is a "literary bar". Food: 4 of us had breakfast with croissants, latte, coffee, granita, cappuccino, and I can assure you that it was all good and well served. Staff: The man at the counter was friendly and very helpful in taking the lead on what we wanted. Conclusions: highly recommended for a truly pleasant breakfast, especially if you want to stay a few minutes and chat in one of the lounges (like the ones visible in one of the photos), putting aside the rush!

15/07/2025: The waiter’s service at this place was surprising — at first, I thought he might be mute (he wasn't I saw him talking to others) because he didn’t say a single word, and I was speaking to him in Italian (it's my second language). Not a single question was answered.

07/06/2025: I was today with a group of about 50 people. Excellent welcome and kindness of the staff, excellent food and very good cost per person. Panoramic location with breathtaking view.

17/07/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner a few days ago. The well-maintained outdoor terrace offers a picturesque view of the Siculiana Marina beach. The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially at sunset. Kudos to the quality of the fish, especially the raw fish, for the excellent value. The Sicilian cannoli were excellent; the cream was truly fresh and well-executed. Spaghetti with sea urchins: cooked well, but a little undercooked; it was a bit dry, but still decent. Average price. Worth a try if you're in the area.

24/06/2025: First experience at Squib not entirely positive! I give 5 stars only to the food because I really liked the pizza. Everything else did not make my experience totally positive. The service, in my opinion, was really poor: very long waiting times, little staff in the dining room, the waiters are young guys who seem almost "annoyed" of working. We had to ask several times to bring us things that they forgot. I don't think I'll go back...

31/07/2025: Staying at an agritourism property. Amenities are provided, but this is sufficient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is quite good.

29/04/2025: Mother Santuzza!! I would have eaten it all! Variety, quality, special ingredients for the sandwiches. Then a lot of friendliness and availability, and an evocative environment. The only flaw is the steep staircase to access the table area.

17/04/2025: Evocative atmosphere in an ancient stately building with stone walls, soft lights and relaxing music. Warm welcome and friendly service. The starter was excellent: veal with tuna sauce with blackberry jam, surprising and well balanced. Then we ordered two second courses: the fillet with green pepper (impeccably cooked) and the larded pork fillet with apple cream, field vegetables and hazelnuts – a successful combination of flavours. Two local beers and full dinner for €67. Recommended for those looking for quality and an authentic atmosphere.

10/08/2025: A truly unique place, where we savored the authentic soul of Sicilian cuisine. Wonderful dishes, meticulously prepared, and a Messina-style meat dish that to call "extraordinary" is an understatement: the best I've ever eaten. We started with fragrant and irresistible croquettes, accompanied by a glass of full-bodied, enveloping Nero d'Avola. And to finish on a high note, a deconstructed cannoli that was pure poetry for the palate: a delight to savor until the last bite. All for just €70 for two: an experience worth every penny.

06/06/2025: Locals told us this is THE place for the best seafood and boy were they right… filled with locals during our lunch, we treated ourselves to a starter ‘the raw’ which was a mix of raw items like calamari, tuna tartare, shrimps etc, and then a mix of grilled local fish Incredibly fresh and delicious! 12/08/2025: Too much chaos at the expense of service

12/08/2025: Shameful rude behavior of a boy with glasses who works outside at the tables. Sunday around 11:30 we sat outside for breakfast. We placed the table 20 centimeters in the shade because at that time it was sunny. We didn't even have time to sit down. This boy, like we were on his property, arrives annoyed and angry. No, this table is not moving! Not even saying thank you, yes he earns the percentage, rude. At least say "good morning" "excuse me." Use good manners. He's still 7 years away from home. We replied, "there is sun, yes, he should eat the granita." No, no, it won't move. Anyway, we got up and left. If it were someone else, yes, he deserved a chair in his head. Anyway, Marco, the owner, had told us to sit outside because there was no room inside. We were with the children, the youngest being a year and a half old!
