03/08/2025: I went to this pizzeria on a Friday evening in July. The location—very pretty—is nestled in the Solarino countryside. The staff—including the owners—are very kind. I ordered a simple Margherita: 🔸 Dough: The crust is nice and thick and well-cooked, with that light char typical of true Neapolitan pizza—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside! 👌🔥 🔸 Mozzarella: Evenly distributed and stringy, with a few golden areas that provide a nice contrast in flavor. 🧀😍 🔸 Tomato: The sauce seems fresh and vibrant, with a beautiful deep red color. 🍅❤️ 🔸 Basil: Abundant fresh leaves, added after baking, add flavor and freshness to the pizza. 🌿😋 🔸 Overall: Simple, traditional, but made with care and passion. 16/06/2025: The gentleman who served us (I think the owner) was very kind and super professional. He answered all the questions we asked and explained all the differences between one dessert and another. The shop is small but big enough to contain all the goodness they sell. I tried the almond paste and marzipan desserts but their specialty is the Easter lamb (as per local tradition) and I would be curious to try the panettoni because from what he described to us they must be a fairy tale. Unfortunately I don't have any photos to attach but I can assure you that the desserts are beautiful (as well as delicious of course). If you pass through Favara it must be a must.

19/05/2025: Ho acquistato presso una enoteca del Brindisino, precisamente ad Oria, denominata Wine Shop, una colomba ai frutti di bosco, ottima confezione ma purtroppo estremamente deludente, era scritto nel sito che c'era una crema ai frutti di bosco, mentre di fatto la crema era completamente assente e pertanto dal gusto estremamente asciutto. Una vera delusione visti gli elogi del negoziazione che l'ha venduta. Probabilmente hanno dimenticato di farcirla con la crema. Per fortuna che l'abbiamo aperta in famiglia evitando di regalarla.

14/07/2025: Great place, great food. Had dinner in the garden between olive trees. The food was amazing, the service very friendly, the owner is nice and super funny and does this with heart. We want to come back here for sure.

31/07/2025: The place is enchanting, with a truly wonderful view, perfect for a romantic aperitif. We expected something more about the dishes, however... Warm sardine meatballs, Trapanese salad, which I make better at home. It's a place with great potential, but perhaps today wasn't the best day in the kitchen: lacking love and flavor. Let's hope it improves, because it deserves it, because details make the difference, and today they were completely lacking in the kitchen.

27/07/2025: The location is fantastic, the food is spectacular, I recommend the busiate with Trapani sauce and fried aubergines, the red prawns were a delight for the palate and Valeria's advice was invaluable for making the most of the dinner, highly recommended.

23/07/2025: One of the best "octopus and potatoes." The place is very elegant, the prices are a little above average for the overall quality. The wine list is decent.

23/07/2025: I went there for dinner with my girlfriend, but unfortunately her starter and her first course arrived at the same time. I then had to wait half an hour for my first course, which was also cold. When I sent the skewers back, I asked for the bill. The manager came over with the menu and asked if we would like dessert. I assumed it was on the house, so we had one and two espressos. After asking twice for the bill, it finally arrived, but to my disappointment, it said the whole thing was on it. The food was good apart from the cold dish, but the manager was very polite.

01/07/2025: Tempi di attesa troppo lunghi per i primi. Lo sptriz era acqua. Seduti fuori il ventilatore spento, chiediamo che venga acceso ma puntualmente si staccava dopo poco. Non il prossimo locale che verrà in mente certamente.

28/07/2025: The beach is average; even though you pay, they only give you two tokens for the shower, keeping in mind that each token only lasts a short time. There are better options in the area...not recommended.
