01/07/2025: The hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel. It lacks in several areas. The rooms are very small, and the location is isolated. Therefore, a car is highly recommended. The beach is small and not very attractive. While breakfast offers a good selection, the orange juice must be ordered separately. The quality is questionable in some areas (the ham was bland...). The evening meal is good but VERY expensive. For example, two small spoonfuls of ice cream cost €10. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice and well-maintained. There is NO disinfectant or cleaning products in the gym. Accordingly, you are confronted with unhygienic equipment. Additionally, the lights turn off automatically when you're on the treadmill, for example. This can quickly become dangerous. It's also not air-conditioned because it's located in a passageway.

30/06/2025: An oasis of peace, small-scale 5-star hotel. One drawback (the hotel can't do much about it). You prefer to eat inside because of the many wasps.🐝 But otherwise, an ideal spot with a (not part of the hotel) beach bar and boat rental. On the premises itself a swimming pool with life guard and more than enough space and sunbeds. Just enough parking space at the hotel. A surprise upon arrival, a voucher for a nice massage in the Spa. Tip, do rent a car, there is not much (nothing) to do in Conca Verde, but the places nearby 15-20 minutes drive are cozy and pleasantly busy. From Palau you can easily book a boat tour of the Maddalena archipelago. Food and drink in the hotel is very good, but also choose the local restaurants, here too you can dine excellently.

26/02/2026: This was the third time I've been to this restaurant, the first two were fine - but the last time was a terrible experience - we waited literally 40 minutes before getting bottles of water - while we were waiting for two other tables to sit down - those people took everything and we were still waiting for bottles of water - what a shame - like I said the first two times it was tolerable but this time It was unacceptable - what a shame - it seemed like they paid more attention to the locals than the people who literally lived in the town next door 😖😕

03/09/2025: We visited the bar/restaurant because we thought they grilled a fish throughout the day. Unfortunately, they only do it in the evenings and only with a reservation. That left us with just a small selection of dishes to choose from, which I would describe as fast-food quality. Okay to eat, not particularly good or bad, and the price is, let’s say, reasonable for what you get. What I can praise is the view and the location. Otherwise, the place is furnished with plastic chairs and tables, so I definitely wouldn’t go back.

11/10/2025: Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience here. We were excited about eating some seafood. The antipasto of cozze alla marinara was good. Then, we ordered 1 portion of fish ravioli to share. The dish lacked flavor entirely and the ravioli were definitely not fresh or cooked well. Not only that, they charged us for 2 portions when we asked for one. The grilled calamari was good.

14/10/2025: Excellent location, restaurant with good food and a good menu. The dishes were elaborate and well-served. The wait was a bit long, especially between courses, despite the small crowd.

27/10/2025: We arrived on Sunday, starving from a 200km motorcycle ride...we were the only ones with food we could take and serve! The grill, chips, salad, cheese, and cured meats were all excellent and in generous quantities!...very friendly staff! Highly recommended

04/09/2025: We ate as a couple, huge portions, very modest seafood appetizer on the raw fish... 5 truffles and 3 oysters and a generous amberjack carpaccio priced at €30... the quality of the seafood was really high but a few additions didn't hurt... the first courses were really generous... very hectic service with a bit too much pressure from the waiters despite the place being half empty... overall a good restaurant but in need of a little tweaking...

10/02/2026: Abundant and delicious complete meals, the pizza is good, the bar service is attentive and accommodating, a tobacconist and a small bazaar complete the place, an appropriate name for a place that is a bit of an oasis to take refuge after the long traffic jams.

24/10/2025: The waiters were attentive and punctual, and the guy was even very friendly. I tried a rice dish with gorgonzola, radicchio, and walnuts on top. The gorgonzola dominated, but overall it was tasty and delicate. The rice itself, however, was way undercooked, too much so. I'll be back soon to try something else.

13/03/2026: The reviews mention a breakfast menu, but it's the same as any other cafe, but at a higher price. The service leaves much to be desired, the staff unprofessional; the only person who stopped to give us more information was the chef.

25/09/2025: Sensational food, especially the fish and seafood. The thick-crust pizza is also excellent and not to be missed. Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant is very popular. Great atmosphere thanks to its family-run nature.

29/08/2025: Too bad! Disappointment! Mediocre quality, price inconsistent with portions. We ordered spaghetti with clams and bottarga, but only clams arrived. I pointed this out and the bottarga was added. I counted 27 clam shells but 5 total clams. I asked the chef to compare the amount of clams on the plate, but he was obviously busy because he was in the middle of serving, so he sent an extra clam. The spaghetti was very tasty, but the whole thing was disappointing due to the lack of customer service. After all, a dish costing €22.00—it's sad to see a person treated like a chicken to be plucked. I don't recommend it; there are much more humble places where you're treated with courtesy and attention. The young waiter was very helpful and kind, the older waiters decidedly less so.

22/08/2025: For €20, a pasta with bottarga and clams 🤬!!!: I ordered pasta with bottarga and clams, and after 15 minutes, spaghetti (precooked) arrived with 25 clam shells without bottarga. I told the waiter about the lack of bottarga and clams, so he took the dish back to the kitchen where they dusted it off with the "forgotten" dust and added some loose clams 😱. If you have alternatives, just avoid the place; for me, goodbye forever.
