04/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, a wide selection, and a menu that changes almost daily thanks to the very fresh ingredients. The service is very welcoming, and the location is shaded under the trees. I highly recommend this restaurant.

26/08/2026: A magical place in Sardinia. The rooms are comfortable; they only have heating, but even in the height of summer the temperatures are acceptable (21 degrees Celsius at night in the room). The climate is excellent, and the food is plentiful. The park with deer is beautiful, and Daniele told us lots of history and details.
24/08/2026: It's a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it to everyone. You need to be able to walk comfortably, though, because to see the animals in the woods, you have to walk about three kilometers on a steep path. The staff are very friendly and explain everything clearly.

We had lunch here in Nuoro and the experience was simply perfect. The owner is incredibly kind, and all the staff were extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming, making us feel immediately at ease.
The food is truly delicious, with tasty dishes prepared with care. All this is topped off with an exceptional value that's hard to find elsewhere.
Highly recommended if you're in the area and looking for good food and a genuine atmosphere!

27/07/2026: Excellent sandwiches, including vegetarian options, quality ingredients, and the Lentu bread is absolutely unparalleled—obviously hard to find anywhere else. Michela is incredibly kind, welcoming, and very quick in preparing and serving orders. McDonald's is a far cry from anything else! There should be more places like this, the quality/price ratio is unbeatable, and above all, the ingredients are excellent! This place is definitely worth a visit. Parking is nearby.

17/08/2026: A typical Sardinian restaurant, with generous portions and very fair prices. The quality of the ingredients is truly impressive, and the Sardinian flavors are beautifully highlighted and enhanced, thanks in large part to the introduction of modern elements without compromising the characteristic traditional flavors of the dishes (like the pasta with wild boar ragù). The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, unlike any other restaurant in the area.
17/08/2026: I had dinner last night at Osteria Borello. A sublime experience, from the place to the dishes to the friendliness!
The portions were just right and the prices were excellent. I had the wild boar ciccioneddos, delicious with a super-flavorful grated Sardinian cheese on top. The mutton with peas was an absolute delight, tender enough to cut with a fork, very juicy and delicate. A local red wine was served.
To finish, a thyme liqueur recommended by the owner (a perfect choice).
I highly recommend it.

05/08/2026: I went with my partner for a formal dinner, and it turned out to be a more than adequate place. The staff was super friendly, and Maurizio was top notch. He recommended the pacchero col gambero (shrimp paccheri)—delicious!
The outdoor space has a very welcoming yet intimate atmosphere.
We'll definitely be back, even with friends.

26/08/2026: On the two occasions we visited the restaurant, the food was exceptional and the service was very attentive and professional. The second time we ordered takeaway pizzas, which were very good. We also ordered two coffees, which the employee kindly offered. A place that stands out not only for the good food it offers, but also for the friendliness of those who work there.

07/08/2026: There were a lot of people there, including island residents, which already promised a high standard. The service was efficient and friendly, and the pizza was fantastic. I recommend it; it looks great and tastes even better, exactly what I expected from Italian pizza.

18/08/2026: We went to Chiosco Monte Longu on a recommendation because of the great view. It was indeed beautiful. However, we weren't so impressed with the food – we've had better pizzas at other restaurants, in our opinion. The food was served on paper plates, which is obviously not very sustainable and produces a lot of waste. We don't know why this is the case. But in a restaurant at these prices, I prefer to eat from a real plate.
17/08/2026: More than a kiosk, I'd call it an oasis... of goodness, kindness (of the staff), and the beauty of the place. The pizza is very good, the burgers are equally good, and the cocktails are wonderful. The staff is young and very friendly. Congratulations.

25/08/2026: The food was very tasty and the portions were very generous. One of the best gastronomic discoveries I made on this trip was precisely at this restaurant, with the Tagliata Tutte Cose. Truly divine.
22/08/2026: The pizza is good and high-quality, but the service and staff weren't excellent. Despite having made a reservation, notifying them that we would be bringing three dogs, and asking to be seated aside so as not to disturb them, we were placed right in front of the front door (through which people were constantly coming and going) and treated somewhat hostilely when we pointed out that the location wasn't at all suitable. The place is decent, but, in all honesty, we won't be returning, and it won't be a memorable experience.

By the way, I read that you don't need the sign standing outside against the facade with those menu photos at all to advertise your ristobar. What great reviews!! And it is absolutely true, because everything is perfect at your bar! I've been coming here for about 4 years now and it remains a great pleasure! The price-quality ratio is top-notch! Location and yes, the music too ;) From Nirvana to jazzy tunes, it doesn't matter, everyone is welcome. In the heart of Sardinia, a village after my own heart, you can still be truly surprised by the people and the surroundings. Next time I'll let you know if I've spoken to Jaap Putman and can show you the documentary about your village. To be continued!
