13/03/2024: Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente, ci hanno servito in tempi veramente brevi e durante il pranzo siamo sempre stati benissimo con qualsiasi richiesta noi facessimo, altissima qualità della carne e dell’ottimo vino della casa.. le porzioni sono davvero abbondanti e dopo un antipasto veloce ed un taglio di carne non siamo riusciti a prendere un dolce perché non ci stava nello stomaco!! Chi visita Nuoro non puo’ perdersi l’opportunità di mangiare qui.

18/03/2024: Beautiful welcoming place, we tried the panelentu with sheep hamburger, the pane frattau and the sebada, exceptional! Plus we showed up not having a reservation on a Saturday night but they still managed to seat us! Highly recommended

The experience at panelentu is rewarding, it's like coming home after a long journey. Classy soft music, great choice of beer and wine.

25/03/2024: Fantastic culinary experience lived with dear friends from Nuoro. The owner Gianfranco, gifted with great competence and professionalism, was able to advise us and make us taste great delicacies which, combined with his friendliness, made our Palm Sunday lunch a real celebration. Absolutely recommended ☺️ Oh I forgot, having a family wine shop in Olbia I was also able to taste the excellent Mandrolisai wine which accompanied the excellent dishes 😉

05/04/2024: rude and listless staff, we were a school group visiting Nuoro and evidently for this very reason they did not treat us like normal customers, offering us "poor" and poorly cooked dishes.

Colazioni per tutti i gusti, latte Ad, latte di soya, ottimi cappuccini e caffè, crema caffè senza glutine, spremute d'arancia... Servizio di metà mattina e pomeridiano con tramezzini e toast sempre freschi e di diversi gusti... A pranzo offre una vasta scelta, panini componibili in base alle proprie preferenze, Poké Bowl ottime,fresche e componibili, servizio di qualità, ottimo caffè.. A volte fa il servizio serale anche per cena se richiesto(3297580533).. 2 sale, una bar con 4 tavolini e la seconda sala con 40 posti a sedere, prenotano la sala anche per riunioni, feste di compleanno e laurea, servizio buffet e catering di ottima qualità, prezzi nella norma, fuori solitamente presenta 5 tavoli ma d'estate aggiungono altri tavolini... Il parcheggio è su strada libero, facile da trovar posto... Personale cortese e sorridente

17/01/2024: Top!!! One of the best in Nuoro!! Try both land and sea dishes, both a la carte and the menus of the day, which vary daily; both choices are more than spot on! Excellent and fresh local raw materials, cooked to perfection with a service of 10 for courtesy and timing!! Always great background music, I'll just mention Pink Floyd at lunch as an example😍, and a perfect setting for a quality dinner or lunch at a more than reasonable cost!!!

07/11/2023: A location that is also suitable for weddings, like the one we attended as guests. Friendly and welcoming staff, very good food and the right amount of dishes. Location with large and nice open spaces, the inside part is a little more ordinary. Parking could be improved, structured in the road that runs alongside the structure, unfortunately made of earth which becomes mud in the rain (it would be nicer to put some gravel, considering that important events such as weddings are also welcomed). Sardinian pig's kitchen on sight. To try.

18/07/2023: My husband and I chose this structure for our wedding, enchanted by the well-kept garden and the breathtaking view of Monte Corrasi. We were thrilled with it! Delicious catering, kind and attentive dining room staff, refined and minimalist outdoor arrangements just as per our request. Ermosuras will remain imprinted in our memory as a splendid memory to which we will always return with great pleasure.

31/03/2024: Very, very watery pizza, so watery that it dripped from under the cardboard, burnt at the edges and very soft with no mozzarella, I won't go back again.
