16/07/2026: Compliments to the chef! We ordered the fried polenta, parmigiano reggiano ice cream, tagliolini with black truffle and ricotta gnocchi. Every dish was exceptional beautifully prepared and full of flavor. It was truly the best dinner we have ever had. We highly recommend this restaurant :)

13/06/2026: We stayed at this hotel for one night because we were leaving the next day. The rooms are simply furnished and could be cleaned better, but both the staff and breakfast were good. We also dined at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed a very good meal. The dishes were well-prepared, and the restaurant staff was very efficient and courteous.

The cocktails are excellent, reasonably priced, and they always come with complimentary snacks, which is a really nice touch. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cagliari! 🍹✨

It's a wonderful place to go with good company and enjoy a great meal with a cold beer. On top of all that, we loved meeting the owners, who are very kind, friendly, and warm people; they make you feel at home. I recommend it and we will definitely be back!

You can taste the care taken in selecting the ingredients and preparing them; everything is well-balanced and delicious. I'm updating and replying to the owner Valentina; I'm happy if you offer a gluten-free and lactose-free service, as she says. If irony and I are two opposites, in this case I'm proud of it. There's no irony that can hold up when it comes to the discomforts and difficulties that the disease brings. My one-star reviews are the consequences I experience when I find people like her. 03/07/2026: Excellent restaurant, the suckling pig was truly exceptional: tender but with a lovely crispy crust, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The other dishes we tried were also excellent. The staff was equally fantastic: kind, helpful, and always smiling. An experience we'll definitely repeat. If we're ever in the area again, it'll definitely be a regular stop!

20/07/2026: I happened upon this restaurant because I was staying at the nearby Hotel Regina Margherita. For a moment, I was shocked to see the chef in the dining room, a striking resemblance to Massimo Bottura, whom I'm a regular at at all his Modena restaurants: Francescana, Cavallino, and Gatto Verde. With all due respect to Chef Pomata, the resemblance is limited to physical appearance; it would be unfair to compare his cuisine.... However, I would suggest that Chef Pomata be less daring with his blends of flavors. The ingredients are certainly excellent, but they lose their freshness when paired with questionable and overpowering flavors. In short, "to much"...as if to say, a fresh ingredient is like a beautiful woman, it doesn't need excessive makeup to improve... quite the opposite. Chef Massimo, forgive me for mentioning him, and Luigi, he has so much potential to express... he's certainly passionate about catering!

01/06/2026: Let's start with the kindness, top 10 with honors. They were so kind to change an order when the pasta was ready because my friend had forgotten he couldn't have Amatriciana. The atmosphere is lovely, not typical of Roman taverns, and the food is good... Especially the sour cherry tart... I hope we'll be back in greater numbers to try the pinsa!

26/04/2026: Today I celebrated my son's baptism. The service was excellent, the setting beautiful, and the food was spectacular, the quality was top-notch, and the quantity was truly generous. We were all very happy, and it was a wonderful day. Everyone was so helpful, both in the days leading up to the event and today. Thank you! I can't help but give it 5 stars.
