18/12/2024: Warm welcome, fast service. We ate outside given the heat of the day. Servings are more than generous. The tray of local cold cuts and cheeses was excellent, the crouton with melted pecorino was very good... The two slices with parmesan and rocket were amazing and cooked just right! All savored with house cannonau served in earthenware mugs. To finish the seadas and an excellent tiramisu. The final surprise was a barricaded iron wire that was nothing short of amazing! Given the cannonau, which already started on an empty stomach, the photos of the cut and desserts were already taken with half-empty plates but believe me, fantastic!

24/11/2024: Da tempo volevo andarci a cena, quindi prenoto e si va in compagnia della signora !!! Locale molto carino, ci riceve il proprietario Mauro e ci fa accomodare al ns tavolo, andiamo a leggere il menù molto interessante, nel mentre ci chiedono con gentilezza se volevamo un aperitivo e ci propone una bollicina, dalla carta si ordina un carpaccio di manzetta al tartufo x iniziare, un goccio di olio x accompagnarlo e devo dire molto delicato e nel contempo saporito, in breve squisito !!! Si prosegue con una linguina ai gamberi crudi con tartufo amalgamato con un sughetto che rendeva il tutto appetibile e assaporavi i singoli componenti ben composti!!!! Si continua con l’uovo cotto a vapore in letto di formaggio cremoso ricoperto di tartufo, che dire delizioso !!! Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo Merlot e x finire un dolcissimo tiramisù e caffè !!!! Ringrazio Mauro e il suo personale gentilissimo e professionale x la bellissima serata e la squisita cena !!! Mi riprometto di continuare a degustare le altre proposte prossimamente !!! Consigliatissimo !!!!

Fast service, aperitif full of choices (even for vegetarians like me) and the price is okay, I can say hands down that it is the best price for quantity and quality of service. 01/03/2025: Tante buone recensioni, ma cucina tradizionale, quantità un po ridotta degli antipasti seviti a temperatura inadeguata e di qualità normale , non siamo stati male ma ci aspettavamo di più, prezzo e aspettative elevate ma un ristorante normale , che non ha rispettato kexasoettative. Ormonale gentile e attento .ma zuppetta di cozze fredde e secche con poco sapore , antipasti mediocri non hanno aiutato nel alzare il livello della qualità.

09/03/2025: Last night, around 10pm, I went to Incognito for dessert and a few drinks with friends. On the first round we all had a tiramisu each with coffee/wine and - to be honest - I want to underline that Incognito's tiramisu is truly delicious, definitely one of the best I've ever eaten. However, on the third round of orders, a friend of mine asked for a Coca Cola (the rest of the company instead wanted to continue with alcoholic drinks) and the waiter, in a very polite manner, said that after a certain time they no longer served non-alcoholic drinks such as Fanta, Soda, Cola etc but only alcoholic drinks or at most their non-alcoholic cocktails on the menu. While trying to understand the reasons behind such a policy, as a customer I find that this modus operandi does not suit the customer who wishes to consume a classic non-alcoholic drink. I would like to specify that the waiter who served us at the table was professional and kind. Furthermore, within an hour my company and I had already totaled drinks amounting to around €50 and we would have gladly continued our evening at Incognito, which is why it was certainly not our intention to occupy the table without consuming. After this episode we then left the place to go where my friend could consume a non-alcoholic drink of his liking. The place is very nice and as a customer I would advise the owners to review this policy to allow greater inclusiveness in terms of the range of drinks offered in all time slots.

20/01/2025: It's not easy to find it, at first glance, in via Università. Really hidden entrance. No sign. For a while as a place for the initiated. As you find many, in the Castle. Not even the interior screams of an architectural prodigy. In short, everything is (deliberately) modest. But his customers don't care. On the counter they find a series of fragrant breads with curious ingredients. Sometimes brave, it would seem. And then pizza by the slice, focaccias, sandwiches... All of great quality. Surprising flavour. And of tradition or invention of the owners. Who know their job very well. I got a bread with several cuties. Optimal. Hard enough. Devoured in a single day. A slice of tomato and oregano pizza, a nice boost. Excellent. A sore point, the prices. High. Which, however, are amply justified by the quality. Very high.

20/11/2024: Crispy and delicious pan pizza, we tasted some delicious and very satisfying combinations of flavours. Super attentive service. Must try!
