02/01/2025: Sono stata da room 49 per pranzo, abbiamo preso due antipasti di pesce e due primi (paccheri alla pescatora e linguine alle vongole e bottarga). Il cibo eccellente, i piatti di pesce veramente ottimi e un servizio impeccabile

04/12/2024: It is light years away from the management of the past where everything was good and plentiful, now the quality is good but everything is "tight"... Forget the aperitifs of the past. The service is not very fast but even there the staff is kept to a minimum. Pizza and sandwiches are excellent.

23/10/2024: Beautiful location, the dishes offered by chef Valter are a poem, enjoyed in a fairytale setting and enchanting sunsets. If you go to Sardinia don't miss the opportunity to visit La Maddalena, and chef Valter's Blue Bay Marina.

04/12/2024: As a lover of good wine, I discovered this nice place in Olbia thanks to my Lonely Planet guide who recommended it to me to taste a good glass. I found friendliness, smiles and a uniquely friendly local clientele. I took part in an evening on macerated wines which was a real experience. Highly recommended.

26/11/2024: It was supposed to be a coffee before taking the ferry, but we were greeted with a big smile who told us that they don't have a coffee shop. In the end we settled down, kindness must be repaid, but we too were repaid. He recommended an excellent Vermentino and one of their platters. Thank you Simona Cesare, regards you🐾

21/11/2024: First time at this pizza restaurant. Apart from a bit of a wait, the pizza was very, very good and the staff were helpful and friendly, attentive to the customer. Very nice and welcoming place. Super honest prices. Absolutely recommended.+++

01/10/2024: Per la prima volta siamo venuti in Sardegna e sicuramente torneremo non solo per il mare e le spiagge meravigliose ma anche per venire a cena da Gilbert. Qui abbiamo trovato un’ottima accoglienza, personale molto professionale e gentile e soprattutto ottimi piatti cucinati in maniera eccelsa! Proprio per questo ci siamo tornati per ben quattro volte assaggiando diversi piatti di pesce…..SPAZIALI!! Peccato di possano fare solo cinque stelline…. Ci rivediamo il prossimo anno….GRAZIE

22/10/2024: We were here to eat suckling pig on October 18, 2024. Staff at a unique price and everything was right: 3x suckling pig, 1l of wine, 1l of water, 4 large beers, 2x dessert, 2x espresso 117€, tip 13€ as it should be. Thank you for the delicious and great evening

15/10/2024: Nice ambience - and then it ends. Extremely bad service, very unfriendly staff and the mixed grilled fish plate was a mountain of fried garbage - really, I've never experienced that before: everything was fried completely dead, some mini fish, shrimp shells without meat, whatever was apparently left over... Me My heart bleeds and my stomach growls when I think about those wasted €60 😫

30/08/2024: BEAUTIFUL experience, as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by a very kind and super professional girl who accompanied us to the table. the outside is a very beautiful place where we immediately found ourselves at home, top service, the guy who takes the orders is super professional, including all the staff who were always present for advice etc... I RECOMMEND to everyone. TOP

28/08/2024: Wednesday evening, we did not book. The owner welcomed us elegantly and very warmly. Authentic atmosphere. Service perfect. Cute dog walking around. Great sea food. Take the oysters. 🦪

09/12/2024: In visita ad Alghero nel mese di novembre ho avuto parecchie difficoltà a trovare un locale aperto per mangiare una pizza, molti sono chiusi. Sono arrivato a questo leggendo le recensioni e devo dire che la pizza è veramente buona , il locale è arredato con gusto. Mi ha sorpreso la seadas sarda a 8 euro. mi è sembrato veramente tantissimo , ma così è Alghero, posto veramente caro, non solo a mangiare fuori, caro tutto anche fare la spesa.... La pizza di ok pizza evolution buonissima...

05/12/2024: Eravamo stati diverse volte anche nella vecchia location, la pizza rimane sempre molto buona ora e' 🔝😅. Servizio attento e curato, logicamente non offrono più dolcetti e amaro a fine pasto ma meritano di essere provati. Qualità/prezzo buona.

23/10/2024: The place is a great address to first arrive in Sardinia. Very spacious, free choice of space, the sanitary facilities are ok and there is even a pool that is well maintained and from there there is also a small access to the lagoon. A bar by the pool completes the whole thing. You should just have enough food with you for your stay, as there are no shopping opportunities in the surrounding area. They also seem to prepare food at the bar in an emergency, but we didn't test that. For a small fee we were able to store our vehicle there for a few days, as we were, among other things, taking a boat trip lasting several days - everything was fine and definitely a recommendation.

20/10/2024: We stopped here for 2 days, very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the market restaurant and swimming pool were already closed from mid-September. We thought it was a shame because everything looked very nice and was well maintained. It was ideal for us to arrive

09/10/2024: Pizza highly recommended, inexpensive! Lots of local guests, simply authentic! The staff was very warm and attentive. A few words of Italian shouldn't be a problem as a guest. Would love to come back at any time.
