16/04/2025: Brand new pan courts, covered. Outdoor tennis courts. A small kiosk provides the essentials, such as water, coffee, some energy bars, chips... the bathrooms are always very clean. Structure accessible for disabled people.

28/09/2025: Before calling, with only a few hours' notice, we hadn't read the reviews: MISTAKE. A friendly man answered the phone and assured us a reasonably priced spot for the same night (one car and two tents). Once we arrived, we discovered the campsite was a concrete parking lot covered in a thin layer of sand (so you can't pitch tents in the ground). One of us got out of the car and entered the dingy bar, where she was initially completely ignored. Then, after the man's nod, a middle-aged woman, with a vaguely disturbing demeanor, silently came outside to show us the campsite. We were motioned for her to get out of the car, while the woman tried to give directions to our driver in the parking lot, shouting, "The tree! THE TREE! THE TREE!!!!!" even though said tree was three meters away from the car. During the brief explanation of how the campsite works (not given voluntarily), the lady stopped and called her 45kg dog, Ginetto, yelling "GIGIIIII!!!" After leaving us to our own devices, very suspicious of us and with her watchful, penetrating gaze constantly on us all night, we attempted to use the reasonably clean bathrooms, which only had cold water; the hot water didn't even come on in time before it immediately shut off. We were scolded by the lady (who was watching our every move) several times during our very short one-night stay, as if we were children, for almost no reason. It must be said, however, that she was helpful, lending us the power plug, two plastic bags, and attempting to address the problem with our car, kindly in her own way.

24/09/2025: The perfect campsite for those like us who appreciate a beautiful sea view, tranquility, well-functioning facilities, and shade. The campsite was spotlessly clean. The location is strategic, as you can walk to Porto Miggiano or the small harbor for a swim. We especially appreciated the proximity to the spa, where we could swim in the thermal water pool (for just €5 per person for the day) as well as enjoy mud and inhalation therapies. Mrs. Pina and her son, Christian, made us feel right at home, and we are very grateful!

28/09/2025: Excellent agriturismo, the owners are very friendly and helpful. It feels like family. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The place is very quiet and relaxing, convenient to all points of interest, and just 10 minutes from the center of Orosei. Can we talk about Ramona's cuisine? Authentic, traditional Sardinian food, excellent quality and plentiful, almost all home-made, with different dishes every day. A hearty sweet and savory breakfast. Many compliments to Ramona for her helpfulness, friendliness, and courtesy. We had a wonderful time! We recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in touch with nature, stay in a peaceful oasis, and enjoy authentic food on a half-board basis. Thank you for everything, Ramona and Gianni.

15/08/2025: Family-run hotel in Dorgali. Seven bedrooms with Sardinian-style furnishings. Excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner, seating about a hundred people. An adjacent room is used for breakfast. The bathrooms are comfortable, clean, and indoor. Debit card payment is available. The internet signal is very weak. The roast suckling pig is worth reviewing... Excellent.

05/09/2025: Pizza stop on the road between Porto Torres and our destination. The pizzas were excellent, and while we waited, some very tasty fries. Everyone was very friendly, and we had a great time. We'll definitely do it again 😊

24/08/2025: During our stay in Bosa, I stopped at this pastry shop to sample their Sardinian sweet specialties. The biscuits are delicious, made with top-quality ingredients and the freshest products. If you're passing through Bosa, it's a must-see!

04/10/2025: We've been here several times and have always been satisfied with the food and service. However, the suckling pig was inedible. It consisted of more bones and fat than meat. The potatoes served with it were almost cold. We were really looking forward to the meal, although we only had a reservation, but we were very disappointed with the supposedly traditional suckling pig meal.

30/09/2025: We were on vacation in Sardinia and we stayed in Elmas and we wanted to eat a pizza, we went to this place and we really liked it, it's one of the few places that is open at night.

06/11/2025: We stayed for almost two weeks, and the service was very friendly and helpful. Parking is available on the premises, with a few additional spaces just outside. The grounds were well-maintained, but it was a shame there wasn't a circular path. The location right on a large lake sounds beautiful, but when full, it dries up and has a large rim lined with withered trees. Previously, you could drive around the lake, but now the road to the hotel is a dead end. Breakfast was really not good. Every day, the same two types of sausage and one type of sliced ​​cheese. The jams, as is so often the case in Italy, were simply sweet and tasteless. The boiled eggs were ice-cold, and the scrambled eggs were too runny. The "workout room" is a pavilion with two treadmills. Our room was at the lowest part of the complex, which was a bit of a challenge with large suitcases due to the steep slope. When it got dark, you had to use your phone's flashlight because parts of the path were very poorly lit. This was a bit dangerous, especially on the steps.

06/09/2025: Overall, this hotel is a lovely, peaceful place to unwind. The rooms consist of semi-detached "cottages" built into the hillside. Access is via a stepped path, making them immediately inaccessible for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. Breakfast is included, while lunch and dinner can be enjoyed à la carte or from a set menu, which is provided in writing at breakfast. A few caveats: one, as I mentioned earlier, is that the rooms (cottages) are generally quite noisy. Thirdly, the menu offered (via the breakfast menu) doesn't always meet expectations. For example, the salad is like antipasto, with chopped cabbage lacking in flavor. The same cabbage is used as a garnish/vegetable with a veal schnitzel. The price-quality/quantity ratio is not balanced, placing this hotel in the higher price range. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return, but perhaps for one or two nights.

31/10/2025: A restaurant with a very simple decor, given its location inside a market. It has the advantage of using charcoal to cook the fish. Prices are a bit high, especially for the location. The quality of the fried fish is disappointing, especially at a high price (€20).

14/10/2025: The butcher's stall inside has a lot of fresh meat. Of every type and cut. Excellent value for money. Whenever I go to Sardinia, a visit to the Alghero market is a must.

28/09/2025: After a motorcycle tour of the island of San Pietro, we stopped at this little restaurant in Carloforte, recommended to us by a local bar. It was a great choice. I also loved the menu I'd seen by chance, which seemed appropriate. Tuna and octopus for an appetizer, a trofie pasta with a tuna pesto whose aroma alone made it worth a second try, a grilled tuna dish worthy of a true saltimbocca, and wine to suit your taste. What can I say about the service? Excellent and attentive, and prices in line with the location. For those who want it, it's just a stone's throw from the ferry. Beautiful day.

20/09/2025: We stopped for dinner one evening, intrigued by the presence of so many locals, and we had a great time. The service was friendly and informal, the menu featured tuna, tuna, and also delicious spaghetti with bottarga. The wine list wasn't overly extensive, but, on Elisa's recommendation, we tried an excellent Nuragus. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
