21/04/2026: Very clean and well-kept rooms, excellent value for money in my opinion. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked. There's also a restaurant where you can dine indoors if you don't feel like going out. The food is good. Another notable detail...the hotel has free private parking.

06/04/2026: The reception staff were friendly and helpful, something I didn't find in the breakfast room. The room was large and clean, although the bathroom (shower over tub with a plastic curtain) and the furnishings could use a makeover. The location is central, and the parking is ample and free.

26/08/2025: A small restaurant in true "seafront" style. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed were the menu placemats covering the windows from the inside, for some reason or other. The food is below average, especially considering the price: you can taste the quality ingredients and the desire to improve, but the dishes are confusing. In particular, the tagliolini allo scoglio al nero di seppia is a Pollock of flavors: a striking visual effect, but in the mouth, everything blends together, and the sauce dominates, completely covering the fish (I tried some raw scampi on its own, and it was very good). The pasta with clams and bottarga was good, but it's also a shame about the culurgiones, which are well-made but topped with a very acidic sauce that covers everything. Fried fish and umbrina (if I remember correctly) are good, the wine is average in both quality and variety. Disappointing service, there were a couple of mistakes when taking orders. I highly recommend using a notebook and being more humble, but the worst was when the waitress made us pay by card and ate a spoonful of fregola for every transaction. Family-run business doesn't mean being related to the customers, but making the people who choose you feel at home. In conclusion, not recommended.

04/08/2025: Very, very fresh and very good! I highly recommend it, especially after a day at the beach! We had the octopus, fish and chips, and calamari, then tiramisu for dessert! Everything was delicious! The service was quick, and the waitress spoke French and was very, very kind.

01/09/2025: Lots of food, and good too. You can't choose the courses. You'll spend a pleasant evening in a unique setting. You should go slowly.

29/08/2025: One star because it's not possible to refuse admission to children under 15. Age in itself is not considered a "legitimate reason" to deny entry. The ban cannot be generalized and preventative, based on the presumption that children might cause a disturbance. This behavior is unacceptable!

26/09/2025: Nice restaurant facing the beach and, if you're lucky, even facing the sunset. The food was very good, recommended.

23/09/2025: We were turned away today with beach clothes in hand. Parked at Badesi beach instead of Li Lunchi; first time there, so that's why. With a 4-year-old child, we waited at the entrance and asked politely in Italian. We could have just sat at the free table for four. If it's a problem, then just say openly that it's unacceptable to you. A cold lie to our faces: "Sorry, no more kitchen service." After returning again and asking, the kitchen was open until 6 a.m. (according to Google, 11 p.m., nonstop). There were more seats available, but other guests arrived later and were served. There was even a somewhat out-of-the-way "cat table" around the corner. No interest, no help. Juvenile snobility to boot. Thank you very much. Aloof and completely inappropriate. It certainly has nothing to do with decency or manners.

10/05/2026: We stopped by on our motorcycle. Thank you so much for the delicious food. We had wild boar meatballs and fantastic ravioli Bolognese. Very friendly staff.

02/05/2026: The restaurant was a bit disappointing: average quality, small portions, and prices higher than the local average. The menu and prices are visible outside, so no surprises.

07/04/2026: Communication was slow and lacking. The required communication was lacking in response. Disheartening delay in delivery, resulting in cold food. The delivery staff were rude and unprofessional, typical of frustration.

05/04/2026: This is the best restaurant in Olbia region. The food is delicious, and Carlo makes sure you are warmly welcomed and served with delicious food, local wine and local olive oil. We strongly recommend this place. Pure Italian soul, we loved it!!!

17/04/2026: Located in the heart of the Marina district, the atmosphere is discreetly refined, and the food offers good value for money. A small flaw: a little more friendly service never hurts...sometimes a smile is all it takes.

12/04/2026: I have to admit, I didn't expect to eat so well in a place that's truly over-touristic! The pasta with clams was delicious (and not Pacific clams like I often see), the crab pasta was also delicious and well-seasoned, and the mixed fried fish was also excellent. It wasn't greasy and it was flavorful. I was prejudiced, but I changed my mind. Recommended.

26/03/2026: Magnificent restaurant perched on the cliffside with a breathtaking sea view! The large terrace is sunny all day long, and the setting is incredibly beautiful and chic. The dishes are very, very good and refined, and the presentation is superb. It was excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The presentation is impeccable, and the service flawless! Reservations are essential to secure a table.

24/02/2026: Located in the heart of the city, yet perched on a secluded cliffside between the harbor and Poetto beach, La Paillote is no longer a hidden gem. On the site of a former military base, the owners have created a beautiful haven with a small pebble beach, terrace seating, and an excellent restaurant with a creative menu, though the quality can be inconsistent. It's the perfect spot for a sundowner, and afterwards, you can enjoy cocktails and snacks or a full dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. In the evenings, the place often transforms into a restaurant-club with live music or a DJ. Note: Parking can be limited in the evenings.

02/11/2025: A very pleasant short vacation. The owners and staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was spacious, well-maintained, very clean, and well-soundproofed. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of sweet and savory dishes. The buffet was well-stocked and constantly replenished. The restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. All meals, both fish and meat, were always excellent quality at a more than fair price. There is a beautiful beach nearby, within walking distance, but the hotel is also ideally located for reaching other more popular beaches. If the opportunity arises again, we will return. Highly recommended.
