26/05/2026: I made an online reservation for ristorante La Lepanto in Alghero, Sardinia and I even received a confirmation of the reservation by email. To our surprise and disappointment, the ristorante was closed when we showed up. It put us in a very bad situation since we did not have a reservation anywhere else. Luckily the ristorante Nautilus, along the harbor , offered us a table. Reviews to come.

07/06/2026: Top-notch bar/pub! The beers are inexpensive. They offer little snacks so you don't have to drink on an empty stomach. The bartenders are friendly and genuinely want you to feel welcome. It's the kind of relaxed and laid-back atmosphere that makes for a great time.

05/05/2026: The food was good, but the restaurant was very, very noisy. Four children were acting like they were at a playground, and their parents were completely oblivious. It was awful.

14/07/2026: I would gladly recommend it. The margarita toca was very, very good, and the waiter explained Sardinian culture to us while we ate, teaching us a little Italian in the process. What more could you ask for?

04/07/2026: Nice place and good food, but be careful with the bill. Both we and the table next to us were charged extra for things we hadn't eaten! Coincidence? Who knows! If in doubt, check.

18/07/2026: We had an excellent experience at II Portico Ristorante Pizzeria. We booked online, which was especially convenient as only a few of the restaurants we looked at in Sardinia offered online reservations. The communication was also excellent: our reservation was confirmed through WhatsApp, and then confirmed again on the day of our booking at 5 pm. We really appreciated that level of clarity and communication. The food was excellent, and all four of us were very happy with our meals, including our two children. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive, making sure that our orders were taken accurately. Everyone we interacted with also spoke English, which made the experience very easy and comfortable for non Italian speakers. The food, service and location were all excellent. We would happily return and would absolutely recommend II Portico Ristorante Pizzeria to others visiting the area.

11/07/2026: It's been a while since I've been crazy about a bowl of mussels and clams. The taste and ingredients were exceptional, and then I continued with a perfect fried calamari... My compliments for everything: service, location, and chef. Highly recommended.

18/04/2026: It opens at 8pm, I call at 6pm to order because 8pm on Saturday is definitely late, the answer is "we don't take orders before 8pm, we don't do home deliveries, but we already have other orders to manage" a bit of confusion but oh well

18/04/2026: We had lunch as a couple, choosing the complete seafood menu consisting of nine appetizers, a first course, and a second course. The ingredients used were excellent and beautifully served. The tagliolini with fresh red prawns and white truffle was excellent. The value for money was excellent. The location was beautiful and well-kept, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it for a lunch as a couple, a group of friends, or a business lunch.

13/04/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars even though there are no vegan options on the menu. The kitchen managed to please me with a local vegetable appetizer and a truly delicious pasta with porcini mushrooms, antunna mushrooms, and arugula! If you let me know in advance, they might be able to offer something more interesting. I was truly impressed by all the flavors! The place is accessible for wheelchairs, strollers, and people with limited mobility.

30/05/2026: We had breakfast here; they had two croissants on display. As soon as we arrived, after a bite, we realized they were completely empty. I recommend other cafes further along, including those in the square.

19/05/2026: It's not nice to have breakfast while the staff is arguing in the background. They're completely unprofessional.

24/02/2026: I went to this restaurant with my family on Carnival Sunday, having booked a week in advance. The place was very quaint, and the food was excellent. The set menu included meat-based appetizers, a first course of ricotta ravioli with pork pulp, and a second course of suckling pig with a truly well-cooked rind that tasted like butter. Salads, water and wine, and carasau bread included. The price was excellent, only €40.00. The dessert was delicious, with excellent tiramisu and crème caramel. The staff was efficient and friendly, what more can I say? See you next time. Highly recommended.

17/07/2026: I've been there twice already, and I can definitely say I'll be back! The staff is fantastic: kind, helpful, and always smiling. The food? Simply delicious! Today, however, my stomach decided to play food critic for me. 😅 I was feeling a bit unwell, and the waiter, along with the kitchen staff, was kind enough to stop the preparation of my next course. A truly thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. My boyfriend, on the other hand, enjoyed every last bite! I can't wait for my day off so I can go back and finally eat that dish I chose... this time, I hope without any protests from my stomach! 😂 Thank you again for your kindness, and see you soon!

11/07/2026: Yesterday we went to Bar Pizzeria Mariu Di Deidda Cristina with no expectations, and their pizzas completely blew us away—in the best possible way! The food was absolutely delicious, the wine was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Everything came together to create the perfect evening. 😊 We will definitely be back! ♥️

13/05/2026: We were greeted kindly and smilingly by Cristina and her colleague. We immediately felt at ease, and they were very willing to answer our questions, curiosities, and requests about the wines, pizzas, and the location (I wasn't familiar with Allai). The pizza ingredients were well-balanced and created a very pleasant flavor. The dough proved to be the real star of the evening: delicious and light.
