10/02/2026: I should start by saying that we had to book this restaurant by email because they never answer the phone because "we're always full of calls and reservations" (from what I'm seeing this evening—Sunday evening—it doesn't look like it to me; there are many empty tables and I didn't see the head waiter constantly on the phone). We finally managed to book and showed up at the restaurant a quarter of an hour early. Our orders were taken twenty minutes later; in those twenty minutes, despite having attracted the waitress's attention, the orders of a huge table that had been seated before us were taken. The waitress finally arrived and told us that there was a half-hour wait for the pizzas and that if we wanted, we could order appetizers while the pizzas arrived. She brought us a fairly good seafood salad (although we had to share it, she wasn't even kind enough to bring small plates). The pizzas arrived (half an hour later than expected) and were good, but nothing special. Honestly, I've had better in Orosei. At the end of dinner, we try to attract attention by asking for coffee, but we aren't paid the same attention we were at the beginning. We finally approach a waiter and ask for the bill and the coffees, and the bill arrives first. We go to pay, and the coffees arrive... Three words: disorganized, inattentive, and mediocre food.

24/10/2025: The ambiance is typically Italian, the service friendly and always attentive to our well-being, even though it got very busy later on. There was no pasta, but we were told that right away. The pizzas and steaks were very good and highly recommended. The prices are absolutely fair, and the drinks are also completely reasonable.

12/10/2025: The food taste and presentation was incredible (I especially recommend the pork). The waiters were very nice and obliging, and the atmosphere was very homy 🥰 Definitely the best restaurant in town

01/01/2026: Paid 90 euros, left hungrier than before. Terrible, the menu was barely worth it, 20 euros. The lentils were without cotechino, and it was on the menu. The good thing is they told me if I'd read the menu. In fact, they'll never see me again. Total disappointment.

24/01/2026: We've been to this place for dinner several times. The pizzas are delicious: thin, large, and well-seasoned! The service is fast, and the waitresses are very kind and helpful. We always love coming back!

25/12/2025: Christmas Eve dinner, the chosen menu was fish-based, excellent starters and main courses, all the dishes were served in abundance.

29/11/2025: Very nice little place. Good food and lots of choice. The guy at the counter and serving tables was very kind and helpful.

07/10/2025: I made a last-minute reservation for four people. We were warmly welcomed and ate an exceptional horse steak, two excellent mixed fried dishes, and a plate of fabulous trofie with pesto. I want to say that the poor review from the gentleman below and the owner's response were the reason for my choice. And not only do I recommend it, but I hope to return and try other dishes. The place could use a larger dining area, but its strength probably lies in its small size. The beer and coffee are top marks.

20/09/2025: Mario is such a friendly guy and provides great service! The pizza is absolutely amazing—seriously some of the best around. Pizzeria Ping Pong is a true hidden gem! Highly recommend.

16/11/2025: Had to wait about 20 minutes to get in but the wait was so worthwhile and the egg royal that I had was simply amazing.

13/11/2025: Very nice place for having your breakfast. Everything there was good especially the helpful friendly staff. We were waiting a bit long to be seated but that is understandable because he place was busy and they were all busy with work. But again they are very kind , helpful and friendly. The foodwas very good but for some plates was a bit small portion (pancakes) but for the cheese and meat plate was it enough.

22/02/2026: The Spritz wasn't good, the Prosecco wasn't noticeable, and it didn't even come with a crisp. Some customers paid on the way out, but when we ordered, they took their money right away. Maybe we looked like continentals who wouldn't pay.

16/02/2026: Aunt Marianna is a part of my childhood memories... it was a dairy where we'd go every evening to get fresh milk. Nowadays, you can buy milk, cheese, and many other delicious things, but you can also stop to sample traditional Nuoro dishes that are hard to find in restaurants. Today I ate a savory casadina, and it would be a real shame not to try it!

01/11/2025: Fantastic location, breathtaking views of the Santa Maria Navarrese marina. The table setting is well-designed and appropriate for the type of restaurant. It's a shame about the constant and annoying presence of bees, but that's not the restaurant's fault; in fact, they've used natural remedies to try to limit their presence (a gesture much appreciated). For appetizers, we had BBQ octopus with potato and turmeric cream and cuttlefish fillet with pea cream. Both dishes were spectacular, perhaps this raised our expectations, which were then dashed by the first courses. Pink sea bream tortello with truffle. The truffle flavor was nonexistent. I doubt the tortello was made with fresh pasta, and the filling was absolutely tasteless. Served with a broth that contained only the oil floating on the surface. The most expensive dish on the menu (€24), I was deeply disappointed by it—a shame, because I had very high expectations. Gnocchi with clams and bottarga was a complete failure, perhaps a bad night for a first course. The gnocchi were cooked beyond the allotted time and were completely tasteless. I don't know how that's possible, given that bottarga is supposed to dominate a dish like this. They were served very watery and so disjointed from the rest that my companion didn't finish her plate. A real shame. Apart from the ice cream for dessert, it's unthinkable to have only one option for people who can't eat nuts. The sorbet and cheesecake, however, were very good!

27/10/2025: What a wonderful view, service, kindness! I was delighted with everything even though we came during siesta and only the bar was open. We had a glass of excellent wine and they brought us wonderful bruschetta! We will come again for dinner!

09/11/2025: I hadn't been to this pizzeria for over twenty years. Excellent thin pizza, well cooked in the traditional wood-fired oven, well-seasoned and easy to eat. Not stringy like many others, very tasty, quick and courteous service, no-frills, clean and welcoming. Reasonable prices, try it.

17/11/2025: A very good restaurant. Plenty of seating and a wide variety of dishes. You can dine here every day without being disappointed. Even the waiters are wonderful, attentive, friendly, and funny. I always ask for a delicious wine with my meal, and the waiter recommended this one—perfect. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

26/11/2025: Oysters are the jewel in the crown, the sea on your plate and on your palate. We travel many miles every summer to savor them, but it's truly worth it. See you next summer.

14/11/2025: I went for lunch two weeks ago. The appetizer and main course were good. I had to wait unreasonably long for a grilled fish dish, which, after asking for it, arrived cold. I reported it and they took it away only to reheat it; obviously, it was inedible when it was brought back. The cost isn't worth the food consumed.
