We stopped by S'Incontru almost by chance, on the road to Olbia after a day in Orgosolo, and what a surprise! Pizza with a spectacular dough: light, well-leavened, and very digestible. Accompanied by a platter of exceptional homemade bread, crispy and fragrant as it should be. Convenient location, friendly staff. If you're passing through Mamoiada, stop by: highly recommended!

I stayed just one night with my family in Mamoiada, and in the evening on our way back from the beach, we stopped for some meat. We first had a spritz accompanied by a pizza, the s'incontru, which we thought was very appealing due to its ingredients. It was a perfect decision, and we devoured it in every way, almost like a race to get the last piece. The dough was tasty, light, and easily digestible (they use pizza dough to make appetizers that replace bread, and they're remarkable; you could fill up on those alone). The meat was equally good, but by then the pizza had engaged all our senses. Not to mention the service... a level of customer service that's hard to find these days. The patience in explaining the ingredients, the processes, the traditions, and the history of that very pizza. The owners often stopped by the table to ask if everything was going well and if we were satisfied. At the end of the evening, the lady sat at the table with us, telling each other that life holds bitter surprises and that time reveals the sweetness of the fact that perhaps vicissitudes could have been even more bitter. At the end of the evening, it felt like we'd spent a family evening enjoying simple delicacies. The fruit of passion and love for one's work. Highly recommended! Really excellent and rich pizza

We went to this place with a couple of friends. Very attentive service, amazing pizzas. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

I went to this restaurant with my family on Carnival Sunday, having booked a week in advance. The place was very quaint, and the food was excellent. The set menu included meat-based appetizers, a first course of ricotta ravioli with pork pulp, and a second course of suckling pig with a truly well-cooked rind that tasted like butter. Salads, water and wine, and carasau bread included. The price was excellent, only €40.00. The dessert was delicious, with excellent tiramisu and crème caramel. The staff was efficient and friendly, what more can I say? See you next time. Highly recommended.
