18/10/2025: Highly recommended, the dishes are very attractively served and taste very good.

14/10/2025: A restaurant that claims to be gourmet with its minimalist menu and stuffy atmosphere, but that's about it. The waiter is still living in the 1950s and doesn't even deign to address me when I ask him about the wines. He much prefers to speak to the men, who, apparently, according to him, are much better equipped to answer. So I went to pay the bill to remind him that it's 2025. And the food isn't any better. Tough meat to cut and chew with three "salad" leaves as a garnish (even though the menu advertises vegetables). And overcooked fish in breadcrumbs with...??? No point! 68 euros lost... I would have preferred to eat a good pizza! Ah... and sorry, but I didn't think to take a photo because it wasn't worth it 😅

19/09/2025: Not just a "simple" bar. We're used to thinking of bars as places to grab a quick bite, not something particularly tasty or elaborate. Perhaps accompanied by courteous but unpretentious service. If this is your idea, then Nobel will amaze you. Starting with the quality of the service. Attentive, welcoming, and smiling staff. A place to have breakfast is an opportunity to chat with the staff. And lunch? Cristiana, the chef, deserves a special mention. Every day, in a tiny kitchen, she prepares an incredible variety of dishes, each one better than the last. It's hard to choose when you arrive right after they're out of the oven. Her ability to satisfy every palate and need is unique. Whether you want a light, low-calorie dish, or you prefer to pamper yourself a little, you're spoiled for choice. From Italian-style "poké" to combination dishes, from traditional Italian classics (lasagna, pasta) to the most delicious stuffed focaccia you'll ever eat (the zucchini one is spectacular). I've always found a balance of flavor and taste in their dishes, making lunch a pleasant and recharging moment. And finally, a real treat. If you'd like to pair your lunch with a good wine, you're spoiled for choice, because behind that counter lurks one of Sardinia's finest sommeliers. In short, if you haven't frequented Nobel yet, it's natural to think there's nothing special at the bar. P.S.: Once you try their tiramisu, you'll become addicted.

27/10/2025: Beautiful property with delicious food and excellent staff. I was there at the beginning of the month with a group from all over the world. All the staff I encountered were very attentive and polite, especially Bruno at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, Simone & Chiara by the pool area and Andrea driving the shuttle to the beach.

21/10/2025: A large restaurant located directly by the sea, on a long island accessible by bridge. Inland, right next to the kitchen, is the Stagno di Tortoli, where some of the seafood is farmed. Across from the atmospherically maritime-style restaurant is the large kitchen, and behind it, the cooperative's operations, where the catch is processed, so you can expect freshness in most of the dishes on offer. The seating in the bar is covered and partially sheltered from the wind. The specialty of this oyster bar is definitely oysters, served fresh or cooked, and they seem to be good. We visited the restaurant on a Monday lunchtime, and it was busy. Unfortunately, we only got a table in the middle of the room, as the nice tables facing the sea were "reserved," but these seats remained empty until the end; a bad habit we've unfortunately encountered several times in Italy. The service was friendly, they spoke English, and we had our meal in no time: grilled sea bream and octopus alla piastra with Sardinian potatoes, accompanied by a good house white wine. The menu changes daily and can be viewed via a QR code on your phone. Unfortunately, the octopus was dry and quite burnt in the thinner spots. The potatoes were delicious, but there were only two of them. The sea bream was tender and flavorful, albeit a bit oversalted, but for €12 it was okay.

22/08/2025: Impeccable service and a very welcoming staff who are always attentive. Rooms are comfortable and the atmosphere is calm. The pool is small but fine for relaxing. The location is a bit far from the city center, but not an issue if you have a car.

05/12/2025: Wide selection of dishes, many frozen ingredients, but served with care and attention to detail. A delicious lunch break with a sea view. Friendly and multi-ethnic staff.

02/12/2025: Atmosphere: In summer, the place is divided into an inside (restaurant) and an outside pizzeria. We were outside: too many tables for the space, and a constant stream of waiters brushing past customers at their tables. Service: Unfriendly staff, seemingly rude and pompous. The girl checking reservations responds inappropriately and laughs in the customers' faces. The waiter who took our order scolded us for the way we were following our orders, then in fact lost the beers, which we had to reorder after we finished our pizza. Otherwise, the dishes arrive quickly. Food: The pizzas were overcooked and burnt, the pizza dough was excessively tasteless. I had a seafood platter (€15). For a place that has a restaurant, I would have expected mussels and clams in their shells, and a whole shrimp... but instead, the products were shelled and small, so I'm guessing that's where they came from. Anyway, the pizza was very topped, the mozzarella was good, but overall the pizza was a disappointment. The place isn't satisfying, and you won't leave satisfied. I don't recommend it.

03/10/2025: We received a friendly welcome and were able to communicate in half Italian and half English. It looked very nice both inside and out. The food was delicious and the house wine was good. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely eat here again.

19/08/2025: Stunning estate surrounded by greenery where peace and tranquility reign, just a stone's throw from Alghero. Clean and spacious apartments, incredible breakfasts, a lovely pool practically next to the apartment. The owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. A special mention to Valentina and the sweet breakfast lady. For those traveling with pets, this is the ideal place, as well as being cared for and pampered by everyone. The estate, nestled in an enchanting landscape, is meticulously maintained and reflects the owners' passion and dedication. The tasting was a true sensory journey. The wines, crafted with great skill, tell the story and character of the region. From the fresh and savory Vermentino to a delicious Cannonau, every glass was a discovery. The wines were paired with top-quality local produce. What made the experience even more unique was the expertise and helpfulness of the staff, who guided us with great professionalism, answering our every question and sharing interesting anecdotes. I highly recommend Tenuta Delogu to anyone looking for an authentic experience, characterized by fine wine, good food, and Sardinian hospitality.

31/10/2025: They didn't even let me sit down. It was late in the evening, and they could have agreed to let me sit at a large table even though I was alone. I also asked for a stool at the bar, but nothing. There was seating, but no welcome. I'll never know if the food is good. Because I'll never go there. One star for service and hospitality is zero. Since you decided to respond by saying you just need to book, I'd point out that I was a passing customer, so I didn't book (my usual practice), but if you want to help, you can. And given what I saw, I would certainly have eaten well and given you good publicity. Alas, you've given space to your rigidity rather than your flexible welcome.

24/10/2025: The point is not what you pay, but what you eat... and if to eat 300g of absolutely standard meat (a bavetta) and a buffalo mozzarella for 80 euros with a glass of wine it seems absolutely out of context to me.
