07/09/2025: Excellent restaurant in Olbia offering a variety of homemade dishes. High-quality ingredients and friendly staff. Tried several times, it never disappoints! Recommended!

05/09/2025: We had dinner for two at this restaurant. Good food. Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. We had an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, which was quite good, even considering it was mostly cured meats and only one type of cheese. The grilled cuttlefish with a side of vegetables was excellent. The swordfish parmigiana was decent, although a bit salty. For dessert, we had seadas (a type of pasta dish) that were quite good, but not excellent, and a fruit tart that, however, seemed to have just come out of the refrigerator. All this, accompanied by a bottle of water and two glasses of white wine, came to just over one hundred euros.

31/08/2025: I recently visited this wonderful place for a guided mountain hike: the trek lasted about an hour and a half. The route was accessible to all but immersed in nature, with stunning views and interesting explanations along the way. After the hike, we had lunch at the farmhouse with typical Sardinian dishes: everything was truly delicious! Genuine products and authentic flavors. A complete experience that combines nature, culture, and local cuisine.

28/08/2025: The experience was pleasant, with an enchanting location offering breathtaking views. The excursion proved very interesting, allowing us to discover hidden and evocative corners. Lunch was generally good, with tasty and beautifully presented dishes. However, the first courses seemed to be industrially prepared. Despite this, the day was overall very positive.

20/07/2025: A very charming restaurant in the open countryside, run by very kind and attentive staff. The food is excellent, especially the mixed seafood appetizers, grilled octopus, grilled shellfish, and generously portioned side dishes. We visited twice in four days. Excellent value. Rated 5 out of 5

18/07/2025: Following a recommendation we came here today, July 18, to have a early dinner. According to what we read in the Internet, it should be opening at 6:30 pm. We arrived there 6:40 and no one was actually there and we were the only clients. Approaching the inner area a waiter came by and answered my question: hi, are you open? as follows: we only open at 7pm and we are anyway booked out. A very gentle manner to send us away. I can imagine that they might be booked out but knowing that this is a restaurant outside in the middle of nowhere it should be mostly visited by locals who usually do not go to dinner before 9 pm. So, why not trying some customer friendly behavior and trying to keep us there, telling that time would be limited? No way, I did not even have the feeling they wanted tourists. Maybe this message could wake up anybody in this location, hoping that other potential customers do not have the same experience as we had today (travelling 30 Kil x 2) and being just send away..

29/08/2025: Sardinia, August, Sunday evening, tourist destination, dinner time (7:30 PM), five places to start, leaving any chance of finding a place to dine. Just because we're fearless (especially when it comes to good food and drink) and inspired by the good reviews online, we give "Il Talismano" a try. Miraculously, we find a table for two inside, available until 9:15 PM. We're served almost immediately and are tempted by the "Mix of Antipasti," a "Risotto alla Pescatora," and a "Fregola alle Arselle." All the dishes are delicious and plentiful. We're also tempted by the dessert, a bit misled by the descriptions (we expected more), but these are still good. The only downside of the evening was the wine recommendation. If I asked you to recommend a bottle, in our opinion, the idea of ​​offering the house wine by the glass is a no-brainer unless you have an exceptional product in your cellar. We ordered a 1/4 just to give it a chance, but after the first tasting, we asked for a bottle of "Petrizza," always a good choice when you're unsure of what to order. The interior is clean and elegant; the tables aren't crowded together like other places these days. Reservations are recommended.

Highlights include the tranquility, the green space surrounding the apartments, and the size of the rooms, which include a small dining area equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. The price is perhaps a bit steep (about €200 per night) for a B&B without breakfast included.

16/05/2025: Fermatomi a Nuoro per partecipare a un convegno sono stato portato da alcuni amici per prendere un aperitivo. L'atmosfera è molto gradevole, richiama altri tempi e la sosta nel locale, che è attualmente il più antico della città, dopo una tirata in macchina da Cagliari, è stata molto rilassante, anche per la grande cortesia del personale.

24/04/2025: "Abandon all scales, you who enter!" The Cambosu bar is the fairy tale of the coffee shop that surpasses all time, all prejudices, all fashions. A coffee here is a guarantee of excellence (recognized by Gambero rosso) and if you want tea and dessert it is the best, thanks to a careful offer of fresh pastries and exquisite artisanal cakes. Thanks to the blow-ups by Salvatore Satta, Antonio Ballero and Francesco Chiusa, the atmosphere is apparently austere but in reality it is informal, in all three environments, the large room, the small room and the area in front of the counter. 06/08/2025: Travelt sted med god mat. Forstår ikke helt poenget med å kalle det gourmet pizza, da den ikke er bedre enn andre pizzeriaer i byen, prisen er bare høyere. Vi spiste diverse retter med skalldyr og pasta også. Alt godt, men prisen er høyere enn hos andre uten at det nødvendigvis er noe bedre.

03/08/2025: Abbiamo cenato venerdì scorso, consigliati in quanto volevamo assaggiare la fregola che è risulta essere molto abbondante ( molto saporita e la quantità di pesce era alta ). Buona anche l’insalata di mare , i tagliolini con le vongole e la bottarga ( unica piccola pecca , ne avrei messa un po’ di più e non sui gusci delle vongole) . Prezzo in linea con quello che abbiamo mangiato

It was truly an experience and a memorable end to our holiday, as we ate wonderfully, and the friendliness and kindness of the staff made us feel truly at home. 25/05/2025: Overall I am satisfied. First time, organized lunch with colleagues and families. Simple but good appetizers that included cold cuts and cheese, grilled and non-grilled vegetables. Two first courses including ricotta ravioli, formidable, and malloreddus with sausage and aubergine ragù, excellent. For the second course lamb, which I am not crazy about but I found it tasty and tender, and the suckling pig that almost reached perfection, excellent. In addition to the coffee and the bitters, fried ricotta ravioli, almost moved. The service nothing to say, polite and kind. I am sorry for only one small detail... I would have liked it if the owners or someone on their behalf had presented the company. I mean how it was structured, what products they produced and consequently which ones were used to prepare the dishes. I saw some beautiful Sardinian donkeys, from the photos I thought there were also some ostriches but, without permission I didn't go looking.. 🤣 just this.. I think it would give a lot of added value to an already beautiful experience. I definitely recommend it
