03/11/2024: Discovered by chance. The municipal market was closed.. How lucky!!! Met mother Miranda, kind person and artisan of the past.. Simple shop without too many pretensions.. But guys, here you can find the authenticity of the past.. The capuliettes (or copulettas)😍 spectacular.. With that scent of bitter almonds. The pabassine.. The least dry and most inviting I have ever tasted.. The formaggelle.. For the first time I discovered what they are like when there is only ricotta and no flour!!!! The gueffus.. With myrtle. Really delicious.. Everything is very simple to look at.. But once you taste it you are surprised by the genuine goodness.. Which you can no longer find around.. Not even in the famous pastry shops.. Today we will taste the lemon ravioli!! Meanwhile, honor to mother Miranda!!

22/08/2024: Wij waren 1 weekje op Sardinië en zijn hier meerdere malen geweest op de eerste plaats omdat het een heel relax strandje was makkelijk parkeren en dan dit leuke strandtentje erbij waar je echt heerlijk kunt eten. Wij hebben hier de lekkerste pizza diavolo gegeten ( alleen ‘s avonds pizza) lekkere muziek leuke bediening echt een aanrader wij komen hier zeker terug

31/10/2024: Booked a table for four the day before, they called me the evening of the reservation telling me that they only had pizza on the menu, that tomorrow would be the last day of opening, I still accepted the reservation, the next day they called me two hours before telling me that they didn't they couldn't even make pizzas, and by canceling my reservation, without a shadow of a doubt they needed seats for some friends, very little seriousness, not correct, and I felt really cheated, therefore ZERO STARS,

04/01/2025: I'm honestly a bit tired of these places that want to be so cool when there aren't even the basics. I'm tired of these places where they make you pay an arm and a leg for a service that doesn't exist, I'm tired of these places where I have to do your job, I'm tired of ordering soup and receiving wet bread and having to point out that you got it wrong. order, I'm tired of ordering a coffee and having to chase you to get sugar, I'm tired of having to do a show in front of the cash register to find out where I was sitting, I don't have to know where I'm sitting. if you want to know where I am sitting when you bring me the order, give me a summary of the order where it says which table is my place, like they do at Pirani. I'm tired of cappuccinos served in mugs that aren't suitable for the purpose and therefore arrive cold at the table. I'm tired of this place that has four customers on the cross and makes me wait forever to bring me a croissant and a coffee. There is always something wrong. You have to bring two things to the table and you never get one right. I'm fed up. please do your job. Wake up.

29/12/2024: My parents and I would really like to have a coffee in this bar, so I went in and asked if it was possible to sit at the table outside, the barista told us yes and that his colleague would be arriving shortly to seat us. While we were waiting (behind the wall out of sight of the bartender) I heard him say out loud: today I definitely speak Arabic!!! The other customers sitting inside smiled because they saw us! Too bad we were waiting for his colleague before sitting down. Great fool :) I pointed it out to him and we left! How professional :)

01/01/2025: A good lunch, but the service was slow (only one waiter in the room), and it was not possible to use the ATM for unclear reasons (incredible in 2024!).

25/11/2024: Sabato 23 novembre abbiamo festeggiato i 60 anno di Massimo il mio compagno...che dire dagli antipasti ai primi al secondo tutto buono e abbondante ..servizio eccellente...bravi come sempre

27/11/2024: I have been frequenting the Trattoria da Serafino for more than 40 years, never a setback, hospitality and courtesy without distinction for loyal or casual guests, the strictly traditional and high quality cuisine, good wine list, and last but not least... Amazing sweet ravioli!!! Well done, Well done, Well done!!!
