30/03/2025: We had the pleasure of visiting this bar as a pre-dinner stop. We were immediately struck by the unique and welcoming atmosphere of the place, furnished in artisanal Sardinian style, and by the quality of the wine, cured meats, and cheeses. The owner was very kind and courteous. We will definitely be back. The fireplace in the dining room was the icing on the cake.

30/09/2025: What a fantastic and genuine experience! This is a rare find—a restaurant that manages to be both refined and genuinely welcoming. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely at ease, creating an atmosphere that was both comfortable and elegant. The table service was attentive and friendly, adding to the wonderful vibe. ​The food was absolutely outstanding, and you could taste the passion in every dish. The star of the show was undoubtedly the pulpo. It was tender, perfectly seasoned, and grilled to perfection, a true testament to the kitchen's skill. What really sets this place apart, though, is the open kitchen. Watching the chefs at work was a treat. You could see the joy and pride on their faces as they prepared each plate. They weren't just cooking; they were clearly having fun, and that energy translated directly into the incredible food on our table. ​This is the kind of place you'll want to come back to again and again. It's fine dining without the fuss, where great food, a wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service are the top priorities. Highly recommended!

22/10/2025: The atmosphere is quite basic but clean, the pizzas by the slice are excellent, the staff is a bit disorganized, some friendly, others less so.

20/10/2025: I go there often, we feel at home now, it's a good place, you can eat both small pizzas and mixed dishes, Anna is very kind and sociable, I recommend it

11/10/2025: We spent 5 days here in September. The setting was magical. The room was great. The private dipping pool was larger than some of the private pools I've had at other hotels. I appreciated all the toiletries. Breakfast was great also. The reason we picked Aethos over other hotels is because of it's location. It's a short pleasant walk along the water to Cannigione. So we didn't didn't always have to drive if we wanted to go out for lunch or dinner, or visit some shops. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The whole experience was just very relaxing and exceeded my expectations.

08/10/2025: We booked Aethos Sardinia for our honeymoon because it’s marketed as a secluded, adults-only luxury retreat focused on wellness and privacy. Instead we were placed next to a family with crying babies despite noting it was our honeymoon. The rooms were noisy, not soundproof, and our “private pool” was overlooked by other guests. There’s also no spa, despite it being a major selling point online. We paid over $1,300 per night expecting peace and luxury but got sleepless nights and little privacy. The website and instagram marketing is very misleading, and staff offered no real resolution. A very disappointing experience for what was meant to be a special trip. Every other hotel we have stayed at remotely close to this price was so much better.

09/10/2025: I celebrated my 30th birthday here twenty years ago, and this year my 50th, first with my friends and then with my family, and what can I say... Always impeccable!!! Excellent pizzas, spectacular meat and seafood appetizers... all topped off with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and Loredana, thank you ❤️😘 Paola S.

05/10/2025: I would like to point out that in addition to praising the historic venue that needs no introduction, it is its driving force that reigns supreme in the Feminine world, first and foremost Loredana, always smiling 😃 😃 😃 I would also like to add the friendliness, speed and patience of Katiuscia (with a k), the first Lady of the venue, attentive and thoughtful... the only flaw is that she accompanies you to the cashier to pay as is right... v.v.b. keep it up 😘😘😘

15/09/2025: Yesterday we had lunch at Masia and what can I say... everything was excellent, from the welcome to the excellent food, all fresh and plentiful. The service was fast, friendly, kind, and attentive (a special thanks to Ms. Monica, who made us feel right at home). We definitely satisfied every sweet tooth at Masia; as soon as the plate was empty, we got seconds, then thirds, and so on until we said enough was enough. No waste, because whatever you don't manage to eat is wrapped, packaged, and given to you to take home, so in addition to having enjoyed a typical Sardinian lunch, you also have dinner ready! And what can I say about the value for money, EXCELLENT!!! COMPLIMENTS TO EVERYONE FROM THE WAITERS TO THE CHEF! We'll definitely be back!
