It was a true pleasure to discover these two treasures of Sardinian cuisine, an experience that left me speechless. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the tuna; a truly extraordinary raw material, cooked with rare mastery that preserved its incredible softness, making it almost velvety on the palate. I had never tasted such tender and perfectly cooked tuna, a sensational dish that does justice to the island's great seafood tradition. The culurgiones, carefully presented, were also delicious and bursting with that authentic flavor that only Sardinia can provide. Sincere praise goes to the chef for the outstanding quality of the cuisine and to the entire staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful. My compliments for their passion and professionalism.
