Every time I eat at Vinaigrette, I'm never disappointed.
The only concern is to book well in advance!
Especially to secure a table on their splendid terrace overlooking the sea.
The appetizer was rich and tasty, distinctive, unparalleled in the area.
The portions were generous and truly delicious; the first and second courses, even just reading them on the menu, were irresistible.
Excellent wine selection, excellent service!
Dogs welcome!
16/02/2026: You won't forget this place for the view, the courtesy, and the tastefully prepared seafood dishes. The amazing coffee and pastries offered by the owner made us feel truly pampered. Highly recommended.

The simple yet beautiful setting is reminiscent of a court.
Excellent quality, fresh fish, and authentic flavors. Definitely try the appetizer tasting menu.
The staff is friendly and professional. I will definitely be back.

21/02/2026: We went two nights in a row (first with 6, then with 3) and had a wonderful time!
Fresh fish, cooked to perfection! The wait staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional.
The chef comes through the dining room and pampers his guests like they used to!
We'll definitely be back in the warmer months to try the outdoor seating!
Highly recommended!

28/07/2025: Terrible place to eat. The owner is truly arrogant and presumptuous. He mocks customers and says untrue things. The food was truly awful and the price was high. I ordered bombette and he brought me a stewed meat that was spicy and extremely salty, practically inedible. I strongly advise against it.

20/08/2025: My boyfriend and I went to this StreetFood to satisfy an evening craving for crepes.
Given my gluten intolerance, it was quite difficult to find a place to go, but searching online, we came across "Man in Pasta StreetFood."
The guy who served us was very friendly and helpful, and explained the various gluten-free and vegan options.
The gluten-free crepe was crispy and filled with plant-based Nutella.
For four crepes, including the gluten-free one, we paid €16.
I recommend the experience, especially to those like me who are gluten intolerant!

16/09/2025: They offer you a 50% discount on The Fork, then send you an email saying your reservation has been canceled (as has happened to others).
The King's pizza may be good, but it certainly doesn't make you want to eat it this way.
12/09/2025: Booked on the fork and contacted them because "they had the wrong promotion", if I had known beforehand I would have stayed on the beach for an hour longer, not very serious

We chose San Giovanni delle Formiche for our wedding, and everything was perfect! From the magical location, to the super friendly staff, always ready to accommodate any request, and not to mention the sublime food.
It was a wonderful day to remember, and I have to thank Tallarini and the entire staff with all my heart!

First of all, it has very convenient parking, which is always a plus 😜 for those coming from Gallipoli or by car.
But it's also very convenient to walk here if you're on vacation like my wife and I and happen to be sleeping nearby.
Comfortable seating, beautiful lighting.
Varied menu.
The sales assistants are very friendly and professional.
Everything is delicious 😋🤩

16/12/2025: I'm only speaking from my experience.
So, when we arrived, despite having booked a table for five at 9:30 PM (via text), no one had noted our reservation.
The appetizers arrived after about 40 minutes, and to top off the experience, some of us had our pizzas arrive at 11:16 PM, while those who had ordered sandwiches saw them arrive after another 20 minutes. After a two-hour wait, in my opinion, you'll definitely lose your appetite.
The quality of the dishes was also decent, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it for those in a hurry.
In my very humble opinion, the kitchen, in addition to having an enormous menu, isn't capable of handling so many guests... otherwise, there wouldn't have been a two-hour wait.
25/11/2025: We visited this pizzeria and really appreciated the large outdoor space, perfect for summer evenings. The atmosphere is nice, but the service leaves a bit to be desired; there were probably too many customers and the staff couldn't keep up with everything. The wait was also quite long. The pizzas are good, though nothing exceptional.
