On a trip to this beautiful town. Trying Leccese coffee for the first time (cold coffee with ice and almond milk). And the legendary pasticciotto. Wonderful.

Excellent granita's, they are unbeatable and we tried several in the area. It takes a while to make as they are all fresh and the blenders are washed thoroughly between each batch. The service was great and the guy behind the bar was super friendly. This was our second time on our holiday

The menu features local dishes, so you're sure to find something to your liking. Write down your dishes and drinks on the menu, including your table number and name. The service was prompt and the food was excellent. We will definitely return to Galatina and to this trattoria. The wine was excellent, and we even chatted in Italian with the staff. It's located in the square in front of the church, where it wasn't even that hot.

We stopped by while waiting for the afternoon opening of the Basilica of Saint Catherine of Alexandria (magnificent!), and it was truly a pleasant stop. We had a chance to chat with the owner, who was very friendly and approachable, and enjoyed a delicious pasticciotto, an iced coffee, and a refreshing and thirst-quenching lemon and ginger granita, perfect for surviving a scorching day.

Sitting in front of one of the most beautiful Romanesque churches in the Lecce area, the waiter was very friendly, and the traditional food was delicious: orecchiette with horseradish sauce, fava beans, and chicory, and an unforgettable vegetable trifle. Thank you and keep up the good work.
