17/08/2024: I've been going to the witches' den for many years, it has never disappointed me! For me, the sandwich from the hideout has become one of the fixed stops to always make when I return to Salento, but the thing that wins you over most of all is not the 1.2kg sandwich, nor the pizza with the stuffed edge but the kindness is the education of Mr. Paolo Congedo that wins you over straight away, not to mention the magic show that I've seen and seen again for a long time because it's fantastic! A place where the money you spend is not only fair but also little! The witches' den is forever ❤️

11/08/2024: Finally I ate the classic Milanese cutlet. It was excellent beef that you could cut with just the use of a fork, cooked in ghee to perfection. I also tried the wrapped parmigiana, guinea fowl and other dishes. All really delicious and delicious

04/08/2024: A slightly hidden location behind the Cesate sports field, it leaves you with the feeling of being transported elsewhere. In addition to the restaurant which offers the possibility of an aperitif of cured meats and cheeses on hay bales, they also have a riding stable and a very well-kept outdoor space full of suggestive lights; especially in the evening. A la carte menu that changes with the season and the possibility of also having a fixed price menu. Dishes prepared with the freshest, highest quality raw materials. It is immediately clear that the cheeses and cured meats are homemade and genuine. The staff are attentive and discreet. I loved the paccherata with burrata and parmesan.

02/08/2024: The pizza is excellent. Fast service and crispy fries not soaked in oil. The environment is relaxing, away from the nightlife. I highly recommend it.

04/05/2024: By chance this Saturday we found ourselves in this place. We ordered the pizzas, first of all the pizza chef who perhaps and also the owner was very kind in knowing how to please my children with the chips given to him. Excellent pizzas, fresh toppings, real mozzarella, delicious dough. We will return.

22/07/2024: Ieri sera siamo stati da loro, io e mia moglie, per una cenetta in due. Non eravamo mai stai in quel ristorante, posticino a dir poco accogliente, facile da raggiungere e con parcheggio interno. UN'ABBUFFATA TREMENDA, prezzi decenti, tutto buonissimo, piatti tipici e soprattutto la simpatia del personale è stata davvero singolare. Consiglio vivamente!

19/07/2024: Siamo in vacanza da una settimana e continuiamo a preferire questo ristorante. Non c è un piatto che non sia squisito. L antipasto per 2 è favoloso a SOLI 20 euro. Dopo l antipasto non ho più mangiato nulla. Materie prime ottime e prezzi accessibili a tutti. Torneremo anche stasera.

20/08/2024: Servizio pessimo. Sono state servite prima le patatine e poi le bevande. Bottiglia della birra non aperta davanti al cliente. Pizza servita dopo 1 ora e due minuti dall'ordinazione. Non eravamo stati avvisati dei ritardi se non dopo averlo ascoltato da dei vicini di posto. La pizza dopo il tempo trascorso di un ora è stata servita dopo la nostra insistenza. Praticamente favorivano altri tipi di pietanze eppure su tripadvaisor è riconosciuto come Luogo Pizzeria. Gusto della pizza commerciale. Personale gentile. Non consigliato.

17/08/2024: Se non volete rovinarvi la serata non andateci mai!!!! Tempi di attesa BIBLICI, il primo antipasto è uscito dopo 1 ora mentre il secondo piatto dopo ulteriori 40 minuti. Personale disattento e a grandi tratti assente (forse sotto organico). Incredibile poi che sia il cameriere che il titolare non abbiamo saputo dirmi cosa includesse l antipasto prelibatezze dello chef composto da 10 portare. Scena imbarazzante. Colpa mia che prima di sedermi non ho letto le recensioni su TripAdvisor.
