An absolutely exceptional experience. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Puglia. Everything was perfect from start to finish: elegant, warm, and professional service; exquisitely refined cuisine; impeccably fresh ingredients; and dishes as beautiful as they were delicious. Each dish was expertly prepared, refined, with authentic flavors and remarkable quality. You can feel the genuine commitment to excellence in the selection of ingredients and the execution of the dishes. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, with attentive and passionate staff who fully contribute to the experience. A restaurant that richly deserves a Michelin star for both the quality of its cuisine and its service. For me, after spending 15 days in Otsuni, it's the best restaurant, hands down!

The location is very intimate and well-kept. Parking is available nearby. The food is meticulously crafted, both aesthetically and technically. The flavor of the dish is truly perfect, in that you can enjoy both the overall flavor of the dish itself and the individual ingredients, which is truly pleasing to the palate. It shows great care in the preparation. Excellent ingredients, a good selection of wines, and courteous staff. I took very few photos because I was so engrossed in the culinary experience that I forgot about them. Highly recommended!
