We went to the restaurant and ate very well and spent the right amount.

A wonderful experience. They even pre-heated our room for us. Unfortunately, there was no hot water, so we had to change rooms. The new room was chilly, but they immediately turned on the heating, and it warmed up in no time. The entire place is beautifully furnished in a classic style. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Sadly, we couldn't try the restaurant because we arrived late in the evening and had to leave early the next morning. The bed was also comfortable. We would gladly return. Excellent service.

We booked using a "Bellavita in Puglia" voucher, which included one night, dinner, and breakfast for two in a room with a whirlpool tub. We were assigned the "Donna Eleonora" suite. We immediately noticed that the bathroom door opened halfway; to open it fully, we had to lift it, as it was completely stuck, dragging along the floor. The silicone surrounding the whirlpool tub was not well maintained and had black stains (as pictured). The tub, however, was in perfect working order. The shut-off valve for the bathroom radiator was also faulty. Despite being turned fully closed, it continued to heat. Bathrobes and slippers, which were listed as provided by the property, were missing. In the morning, we were awakened at 6:30 by the light entering the room because the curtains, although dark, did not provide adequate shade (the photo was taken at 6:40). It was also difficult to sleep during the night because the mini fridge in the room was excessively noisy. Another small note: the goose-down duvet, which, unfortunately, as charming as it is, is losing far too many feathers. When we went down to the dining room for dinner, we were asked if we knew the menu included with the reservation. When asked if it matched the one on the reservation voucher, we received confirmation (attached is a photo of the menu and the appetizer for two). Unfortunately, what we were served was completely different: a plate with two slices of bresaola, two slices of mortadella, two slices of prosciutto, and three pieces of soft cheese, two potato croquettes, two meatballs, two panzerotti, and two fried mozzarella balls. The meat dish featured four heads of simple sausage, four bombette, a piece of pork, and a slice of beef, served with French fries. Luckily, we ate everything, but a menu so different from what we had expected is risky. Furthermore, the quality of the food was rather mediocre. The portion size wasn't great either; in fact, we wanted to share an off-menu pizza, but when we heard we'd have to wait at least 45 minutes, we decided against it. The tiramisu deserves a lot of credit, though. A special mention goes to Michela (who greeted us at reception) and Veronica (in the dining room during breakfast). They're both truly kind and professional! The details in the room really don't detract from the splendor of the property, but often the greatest splendor lies in the attention to detail. "Criticism" about these details is merely a suggestion. Another suggestion would be to have someone present at the reception desk at all times. Every time we entered and exited the property, there was never anyone there. Even upon arrival, we had to go to the restaurant area to find someone to check us in.

Elegant place, excellent food and normal prices.

We tried the restaurant, not the hotel. Good experience, quality dishes, attentive service. The menu isn't extensive, but it's varied. We'll return to try the pizza.

Fantastic place, quiet with little noise and low music volume, ideal for dining and being able to talk at the table. The waiter was prompt and attentive, although a little help in the dining room could be appreciated. The food was quality, excellent pizza. We will definitely be back.

The property is fabulously beautiful! The dining room in the medieval castle is spacious and characteristic. The service is attentive and friendly. The cuisine is excellent; the first courses, cavatelli with creamed potatoes, cheese, and crispy pancetta, are delicious. Special mention goes to the mixed grilled meats: beautiful, plentiful, and delicious! The dessert is also delicious, a wonderful tiramisu served with cream. Good value for money.

We dined at this wonderful restaurant last night for the first time with a friend of mine. I must say that both the appetizers and the pizzas were excellent, the service was fast, the staff was polite and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. We'll be back.

I had lunch at this charming place on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. What can I say? It was a pleasant discovery. A well-kept and spacious dining room, attentive and fast table service, and truly delicious dishes. I'll be back in the evening to try the pizzeria. Highly recommended!!!
