In my experience, I consider Torino's to be the best in terms of professionalism, hospitality, courtesy, and, most importantly, cleanliness, thanks to Marica and Enrico. Lastly, their coffee is one of the best. Thank you.

We went to this roadside sandwich shop, intrigued by a video we saw on Instagram a while back.
I must say, our expectations were met; we ordered two pork sandwiches (one with BBQ sauce), and they were both delicious.
There's no getting around it; pork is the tastiest of all meats, and enjoying it this way at a kiosk is a sensation you simply must experience!

12/08/2025: A wonderful weekend experience, we'd return for a longer stay. It's an excellent location in the charming historic center, facing the seafront promenade. The property exudes an ancient and romantic charm, yet offers all the modern comforts and is very clean. The staff is extremely kind and helpful; you feel welcomed for every need, and they're very respectful of dogs, who are welcome with water bowls always available.
Attention to detail and a remarkable selection for the abundant, rich, and high-quality breakfast, from savory options, such as their excellent local focaccia, to sweet treats. It deserves 4 stars!

Hotel in a historic building with renovated rooms. Excellent breakfast. Perfect location, opposite a partner beach. Reserved paid parking, but affordable. Recommended.

Excellent cuisine.
When I'm in Brindisi, I always go to La Calendula, a family-run restaurant. Chef Alessandro and his wife Teresa are wonderful people; every time I go, they make me feel at home.
Excellent value for money.
I recommend it.

22/08/2025: Good restaurant in Monopli. Strongly recommend ordering the Cacio e Pepe. It comes in a cheese wheel and is served in front of you. One of the nicest dishes I have tried in Puglia. The calamari and seafood mixture was okay. Not seasoned the best and a little bit dry. But good value nonetheless. Would recommend.

Very high prices, €2 more for the whole-grain dough.
Very low-quality and flavorful pizza.
Tomato sauce almost burnt.
Out of four people, three of us left half the pizza on our plates.
Negative experience as far as we're concerned.

12/07/2025: The atmosphere is nice, but inside the bar, the tables are all completely ruined, while outside the tables are crowded together. The service is terrible, with a wait of at least 50 minutes for a single order. The food is the only redeeming feature, even though the meals are small for the price.

09/08/2025: I can't say I had a pleasant time. The noise is deafening, and all we want to do is go outside and find some peace and quiet. The waiter jumped on us to order an aperitif and forgot to give us our menu. We had to ask for it after a 20-minute wait. We ordered a Coca-Cola for my son, which we had to ask for three times. He got it at the end of his meal. The pizzas are average, the service is appalling. And finally, they gave me the bill with a calculator without any details.
Frankly, this is not a recommended place!
09/08/2025: Gluten-free pasta was too greasy. Almost a finger's breadth of oil on the bottom of the plate. A little heavy to digest, but quite good. Prices were a little above average. The waiters were polite, as they should be. Service was as fast as it should be. Anyway, I won't be back. Thank you very much.

27/02/2025: I have been to this place several times and every time it is a confirmation: the sandwiches are simply delicious! The variety is surprising, with original and inviting combinations that pique curiosity. The ingredients are of good quality and you can feel the passion in the preparation.
Despite the small size of the place, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is always friendly and helpful. An experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a gourmet sandwich, prepared with care and with a touch of creativity.
Good value for money.

The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous.

04/08/2025: It's a shame some people forget that we can leave a review on Google... we were very poorly received and welcomed in this restaurant. There were two adults and two children, the terrace was half empty, and a family of four was leaving the restaurant. No smiles, no hello, yet this is THE BASIS!!! I had to walk as best I could with my stroller. I greeted a waiter who told me to go into the restaurant in a firm and very cold tone, and there, in front of six people, including the staff, we were looked up and down, always telling us in a very condescending manner, after 5 minutes that it wouldn't be possible...
Actually, looking back, I'm really glad I didn't spend money in this restaurant with staff who were not at all friendly or polite. And when I read the other reviews, there are also some with the same problem... at some point, you have to know how to question yourself; that's also, and above all, what being professional is all about!! RUN AWAY!!!!
Thank you for your big 60-line tome trying to defend the indefensible... if it amused you, as you so aptly put it in your novel, then at least there was a smile on your unusually closed face :)

The menu is almost the same every day
The fruit is plentiful and the orange juice is freshly squeezed and delicious, but the salad is just tomatoes and costs 15€ for breakfast.
It felt a little pricey to me.
It was in the neighborhood and the breakfast was quite enjoyable

There are stairs at the entrance.
If it is locked, they will open it at any time by pressing the call button.
There are several highly rated restaurants and bars within a 10-minute walk.

12/08/2025: If you want local cuisine, with fresh produce away from the tourist traps, go for it! This small cafe/restaurant offers tasty grilled meats as well as a vegetable plate! We are sure to find very tasty homemade food!
