15/05/2025: Tuve el ragu de orchiette fuera de menú, la mejor pasta de mi vida! El restaurante es como ningún otro en el que haya estado y realmente disfrutamos de la experiencia. Es importante saberlo para tocar la campana ubicada en la puerta principal, ya que mantienen la puerta cerrada como un club privado, y sería fácil pasar pensando que no estaba abierta. No teníamos reservas y tuvimos suerte ya que el restaurante tiene solo un pequeño número de mesas. Admitido por el propietario, nos mostraron en el restaurante que se asemeja a una cómoda gruta o cueva. Nuestra mesa estaba bien situado y por encima de algunos antiguos frascos de aceite de oliva bajo vidrio y ambiente iluminado, increíble y único. Nos dijeron que el restaurante había sido anteriormente una zona de prensado de aceite de oliva por la pareja amable y amable que han sido propietarios del restaurante durante más de 27 años. La comida era increíble y como se enumera arriba, tenía la orchiette ragu fuera de menú, la mejor pasta de mi vida! Cada uno tomó una copa de vino con la cena recomendada por el propietario que maridaba perfectamente con la comida. El postre también fue genial. La relación precio-calidad era muy buena. Ostuni la ciudad blanca es un lugar mágico e increíble, al igual que Caffe Cavour.

14/05/2025: Experiencia inusual. Había hecho la reserva pero cuando llegó puerta estaba cerrada. Parece que solo abren para reservas y solo 4 mesas usadas toda la noche. Solo vaya si está dispuesto a esperar por alimentos recién cocinados. Es como ir a casa de alguien con el equipo de marido y mujer. El vino es muy bueno pero no barato. El restaurante está en una cueva de 1000 años y muy interesante. Digamos que fue una experiencia como ningún otro restaurante.

20/05/2025: Dinner with friends Clean and spacious environment, kind and prepared staff We had the house appetizer of land and sea, good, bombette of Martina Franca served with baked potatoes, ok bombette the potatoes need to be reviewed. Scaloppina with mushrooms, too watery, the sauce not very thick. 3 pizzas, sore point, as the dough was very tasteless and the cooking could have been at least another couple of minutes. Poor choice of draft beers Slightly high bill

30/04/2025: Un posto speciale per una serata da ricordare, è un posto che ti resta nel cuore, c'è un'atmosfera tranquilla, un clima ideale per trascorrere qualche ora in tutto relax ed in buona compagnia. Le pizze sono fantastiche, un impasto morbido e gustoso, molte varianti, inoltre il personale è scelto con cura, sono molto professionali e cordiali, sempre sul pezzo.Inoltre anche l'arredamento, ispirato alla stagione autunnale, è carino e gradevole. In questo posto si torna molto volentieri e soprattutto lo si fa volentieri conoscere a parenti ed amici. Grazie Villa Pinciana

18/04/2025: Everything to be reviewed, the food, absent organization, you arrive and find the cutlery thrown here and there on the apparently dirty tables, menu sheets that act as old and folded placemats, unsuitable chairs there is no suitable placemat, small and counted napkins, raw pinsa tomato puree sour, useless mozzarella, cutlet that was not at all, acceptable hamburger, nice place, but certainly much much more could be done, too bad because it is located in a beautiful small ancient village

12/05/2025: I stayed in this hotel on a business trip. Excellent location near the station and 5 minutes walk from the centre. The rooms are clean, welcoming and have various comforts. The breakfast is rich in both sweet and savory offerings and the staff is friendly and courteous.

10/03/2025: La prima è sicuramente l'ultima volta che metterò il piede in questa struttura.... delusa dell comportamento dello staff in assoluto, pessima ricezione anche dell proprietario. E stato un malinteso che nessuno dei tutti ha gradito di risolvere. Me ne sono andata dopo 5 min dell'arrivo di sabato sera 8 marzo la festa delle donne rammaricata. Sconsiglio fortemente da tutti punti di vista.

04/05/2025: We went here for a family lunch after a trip out of town. We took two menus with orecchiette and meatballs and chops and the other person a seafood salad. The meatballs are reminiscent of "grandma's" ones, really very good, good pasta and super fresh seafood salad. We are really satisfied with the quality of what was served to us. Really competitive prices. Friendliness and kindness.

18/04/2025: Strongly not recommended, completely absent service, only one waitress, who was also inexperienced! We took 6 panzerotti (2 each) and a beer and paid 30 euros... a steal! One star is too much!
