A welcoming location, characterized by charming stone arches and a great atmosphere enhanced by pleasant, soft lighting. The quality of the ingredients is good: I found the chips excellent and enjoyed both the chicken tagliata and the bombette. However, the experience was marred by the excessive noise, which made conversation almost impossible. Another sore point was the inability to choose the meat directly at the counter. The staff was inefficient and distracted, almost lost in their own world and inattentive to customer requests. Finally, despite repeatedly stressing the need for takeout due to an excessive order, this was not honored. For these reasons, I can't give more than three stars.

Dinner was excellent! Besides the charming setting and welcoming service, the dishes were exquisite and reasonably priced. Many compliments!

In the beautiful historic center of Ceglie, a unique and special venue, offering an exceptional experience: enjoying excellent dishes in a beautiful, frescoed 16th-century church. Excellent mixed appetizers, including the delicious fried meatballs, delicious traditional Apulian first courses, and a generous, excellent grilled meat platter. Attentive and friendly service, excellent value, highly recommended.
