In his cuisine, explosions of flavors and refined combinations create an energetic blend for what will be a fabulous dish but above all close to our gastronomic culture. Definitely worth trying, excellent room service, well-stocked wine list and above all lots of affection and friendliness.

06/04/2025: Cena fantastica, gentilissimo il personale di sala. Antipasto abbondante e gustoso, contiene praticamente il meglio del meglio della cucina murgiana (pane, verdure, carne, peperoni, formaggi). Tutto squisito!

19/03/2025: Ottimo ristorante sono stato a pranzo per festeggiare il cinquantesimo compleanno di mia moglie abbiamo iniziato con minimo 10 antipasti di mare e di terra tra cui frutti dì mare crudi e gratinati poi a seguire dui primi uno di mare e uno di terra fusilloni con funghi e speck 😋 ancora un secondo di mare gamberoni polipo e seppioline alla griglia e per chi volesse c'era carne arrosto accompagnato da un ottimo vino consigliato dal ristoratori e composizione di frutta fresca caffè ammazza caffè dei dolcetti poi torta e spumante e speso il giusto ambiente abbastanza carino e pulito

L’accoglienza dell’oste è stato il plus: il pane di loro produzione con un intingolo di olio evo e le entree gentilmente offerte sono state la coccola che non mi aspettavo e che mi hanno piacevolmente colpita. Lo spaghettone ai ricci di mare è stata poi un’ esplosione di gusto. Consigliatissimo a chi è amante dello slow food e adora gli ambienti accoglienti dove gustare dell’ottimo cibo.

21/03/2025: Radici does not deny the name. A cuisine reminiscent of the best grandmother from Andria but with the elegance of a restaurant. Definitely an excellent meat menu, the desserts are slightly less sophisticated. Excellent value for money.

05/01/2025: Accoglienza fantastica e qualità superlativa. In particolare mi è piaciuto il"fungo nascosto" ed assolutamente la fiorentina, il locale è molto intimo e curato. Bellissima la vista panoramica al secondo piano e davvero particolare il pavimento originale, anche se sono stata volentierissimo al piano terra perchè è piu facile l'interazione con il proprietario e con tutto lo staff (molto attenti ad ogni dettaglio) La varietà dei vini è infinita, per tutti i gusti.
