06/04/2026: Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was decidedly disappointing. From the start, the service was rushed and inattentive: the staff seemed more interested in clearing the table as quickly as possible than in making sure we had a pleasant experience. To make matters worse, some dishes delivered to the table did not match the menu description, both in terms of ingredients and presentation. When we raised this issue, the response was superficial and unprofessional, with no real desire to remedy the situation. Overall, an experience that didn't meet my expectations and will likely make me unlikely to return. I especially hope they can improve their customer service and the consistency between what was offered and what was actually served. We ordered a first course that was listed on the menu as "cavatelli ricci with seafood and zucchini flowers," with a photo attached. Finally, the bill was incorrect.

06/04/2026: A clear disappointment and on top of that we paid for a dish that never arrived, truly disgusting and rude and we paid a lot for the dishes which were miserable and tasteless.

16/03/2026: We went for lunch on Sunday to celebrate my wife's birthday. We ate very well. Mrs. Antonella was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to advise us on the best things to order without exaggerating. The fish was fresh and the place was welcoming and it was a revelation. I will definitely be back.

08/12/2025: We went to this restaurant for lunch. The food was excellent, the service was impeccable, and the waiter, locally sourced, was very friendly. We had a great time, and when we return to the area... We'll definitely know where to book. Compliments to the entire staff.

08/02/2026: We had an excellent lunch, opting for the Sunday menu, which we struggled to finish. Seven very high-quality hot and cold antipasti, a choice between two primi (first courses) both equally delicious (we tried them both), followed by a secondi (second course) featuring meat (the restaurant is also a butcher shop) – bombette (a type of sausage), lamb chop and liver, and sausage. All this was accompanied by a sparkling rosé from the house, which paired perfectly. A very pleasant atmosphere with a local clientele. Finally, the service was very friendly and attentive. Excellent value for money.

19/01/2026: Perfect location: in the middle of the woods There's a pool with a bar, very quiet and clean Service and breakfast were all perfect The only problem was the room; it was too hot inside; neither air conditioning nor a fan helped. As an idea, you could put curtains in front of the rooms to protect them from the sun.

18/01/2026: Unfortunately, the evening of December 31, 2025, didn't live up to expectations. Due to the intense cold, we dined with the Jersey family, but the organization and service proved inadequate, especially considering the importance of the date. I asked to be moved, as I was staying with a family member over 80, and I myself had a fever. Despite my request, no one came to speak to us or provide an explanation, while other people who had requested later were instead relocated. Unfortunately, the quality of the food also contributed to the disappointment: the dishes were not good, and the products used appeared to be of very low quality, far from the standards expected in this area. The overall disappointment was considerable. It's difficult to understand how, in the heart of Salento, a region renowned for its gastronomic excellence and hospitality, the experience could be so poorly curated. The final impression was one of marked indifference toward the customer, which ruined what should have been a special evening. It's an experience I'd be unlikely to repeat or recommend.

08/02/2026: Pizzeria dated by its product: excellent quality pizzas, baked panzerotti, and fried dishes with reliable ingredients, experienced as a buy-and-take. Special skills, first-time and only pizza chef I've known for a long time. No comment on table service, haven't tried it yet. Shop aligned with the pros of change. Facilitator of cashback, unlike the many lice who still deny its expansion to the public. It's a shame that other pizzerias haven't yet understood that they must also pay taxes and not just feed them illegally. The staff at this pizzeria are serious and polite, but performance could be improved. Overall, I'd say positive if they are consistently open and a facilitator of change. Transparent business and in line with the tax regime, unlike what's out there. Compliments to the Pizza Chef.

18/01/2026: Unfortunately, this is an experience I won't repeat. The exterior is neglected and untidy. We had lunch with the €50 Sunday fixed menu, "excluding drinks" and "excluding water." The waiters were friendly, but the culinary experience was mediocre. The quality of the products isn't in doubt, but the type: focaccia, vegetable calzone, fairly basic food, and the price is outrageous for what you get. Another observation: a bottle of local wine costs €30. The icing on the cake is having to pay €3 for a coffee at the end of the meal, because that's obviously not on the menu. I'm sorry, but there are much better options in the area.
