24/08/2025: Returning after several years, the location is overall well-maintained and clean... The exterior could use a bit more attention. Table service is decent, and the food quality is overall good, but the quantities are limited. The paccheri with seafood were a no-no. We paid around €40 per person for an appetizer, first course, and fruit (the latter was not requested but consumed because it was automatically brought to the table), all small portions... I don't think I can recommend it except in extreme cases.
02/08/2025: We celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary. The dishes, from appetizer to dessert, were exquisite, blending tradition and innovation! The waiters were very helpful and accommodating. The location was magnificent, in charming Ceglie Messapica.

18/07/2025: Not only excellent thin-crust pizzas, but also first and second courses, side dishes, and desserts... a historic pizzeria in Monopoli Nord, with seating both inside and on the veranda, spacious, and easy parking... it's a shame its 'history' is coming to an end... but with best wishes to the owner, who has always been kind and friendly, and a special thank you for all these years. Thank you 😍

15/10/2025: The pizza was good, but they ripped me off for a few euros. After showing me my payment receipt, they took it, counted how much cash they had on them, shrugged it off, and left me alone. I didn't get a receipt. We went to the menu, calculated how much I should pay on a calculator, agreed, and that was it. I didn't want to go to the police for that 3 euros. I asked if it was an envelope, but they said they didn't have it.
05/10/2025: Delicious pizza! We got takeout late at night. The guys made it even though they were almost closing. It's clear this is a place with tradition and customer service. Thank you.

07/12/2025: Excellent fishmonger/trattoria for delicious seafood at truly fair prices. Fast, unpretentious service, a wide variety of menu, fresh ingredients, and a good, affordable house wine. Definitely worth a try.
18/11/2025: Despite the late hour for lunch, Andrea was kind enough to find a solution and served us with great warmth and courtesy. I must also say that we ate very well. Highly recommended.

The indoor dining room is small but welcoming.
The service is young and helpful.
I would have expected a wider selection of typical Monte Sant'Angelo dishes, as the mountain cuisine is top-notch! The wine list is also very comprehensive.

03/11/2025: Clean and welcoming place. Helpful and professional staff. We ate really well. The hot seafood appetizers, the first courses were superb, and what can I say about the fried calamari and shrimp? Everything was delicious. I highly recommend a dining experience at Core. We'll be back.

24/09/2025: I went to eat on Saturday evening with my cousin and her children, we had the fried food which was delicious like the ones our grandmothers used to make, the bruschetta was equally good and the mixed roast, everything was really excellent, the service was impeccable, the manager and the waiters were really kind... I recommend it to everyone
