04/08/2024: Serata in famiglia, diamo valore al tempo trascorso insieme con cibo sano e gustoso. Abbiamo fatto un brindisi per il primo dentino del piccolo Leon, il cucciolo di casa, ogni occasione va festeggiata. Tornando a Villanova, tornerei in questo locale. Lo consiglio 👍🏻
01/08/2024: Twee maal na elkaar hier komen eten. Elke keer verbazend goed. Schitterende keuken en bijzonder vriendelijke bediening. In een rondreis van een week was dit het beste restaurant met voorsprong.
Bestelde tonijn, rood gebakken. Kreeg hard gebakken. Ober nam meteen bord mee en even later kreeg ik perfect gebakken tonijn, mėt excuses.
Zoek niet langer, dit is een top-adres.

15/08/2024: When my first day of vacation collides with Lupo di Mare's last working day, what can result is a terrible lunch.
Fried paranza with 2-3 variations. It is NOT "paranza".
I asked for fried calamari and prawns and it did NOT arrive. After insistence, we were indignantly brought a miserable, bare, sad earthenware saucer with 4, miserable, bare, sad prawns costing €1 each... 2 cans, 1 water.
What struck me most is the service. 5 staff, just one smile from one passing by...A plate literally thrown on my table without even a word from a distracted waitress gives a good idea that those people there no longer wanted to be there. So I'll leave this review. Before going to Lupo di Mare, find out if and when it will close for holidays.
P.S.
We digested the fried food the next morning. (Frozen calamari) The only photo is of the only edible thing.

09/08/2024: Ottimi piatti di pesce fresco. Conosciuto anche il proprietario, persona simpaticissima e competente. Ci siamo stati prima a cena e poi a pranzo. Vicinissimo al centro storico.

27/08/2024: It's a spartan place, but the food is excellent and the dishes are well prepared, the quality is above average: you feel like you're in the taverns of Corfu, the prices are low. I recommend it, and the town is very beautiful and not chaotic like S.Spirito: I advise you to do it, not advisable on Sundays, price changes, menu changes, always the same things, small portions and drinks on the side and you end up paying .37 euros in a restaurant with paper napkins and tablecloths. I don't go anymore. '
25/08/2024: Very rustic and comfortable place for a relaxing evening near the sea. Very simple food, well cooked and, in our case, arrived very quickly. I want to express my heartfelt compliments to this evening's waitress, a very young girl, for the attention she paid to me regarding allergies. Very friendly and smiling staff. Great workers.

Now that we have tried it, I confirm that it is worth stopping for dinner, a pizza, a craft beer, a dessert. Well done.
21/08/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at La Distilleria and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. The restaurant offers a welcoming and familiar environment, where you immediately feel at ease thanks to the friendliness of the staff. From the moment you enter, you perceive a warm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for an evening with friends.
The strong point is undoubtedly the quality of the products used. The ingredients are very fresh and you can feel the care taken in the selection of raw materials. The pizzas are really delicious!!! Even the dishes in the kitchen are no different: I tasted some specialties that really won me over, prepared with seasonal ingredients and presented with great care.
Another note of merit goes to the staff, always available and smiling. The service is quick and attentive, without ever being intrusive.
In summary, La Distilleria is a restaurant that I highly recommend to those looking for authentic cuisine, with quality products and impeccable service. A place to definitely return!

18/08/2024: Simple restaurant in an ancient building.
The food was of good taste with refined combinations and the right, almost generous portions. A more than good value for money. The wine list is very varied and well-stocked.
The service was good, present but discreet.
Last but not least, the toilet was another pleasant surprise, clean and equipped with everything necessary where instead of the usual paper towels, I found "guest" towels, a sign of distinction and elegance.
Highly recommended.

27/05/2024: Ci sono stato per la prima volta con degli amici per bere qualcosa insieme e posso affermare con certezza che non ci sarà una seconda volta. Inizio col dire che i posti a sedere (costituiti da poltrone e divani molto vintage) sono scomodissimi..il mio (e non solo quello) era addirittura sfondato, rendendo la seduta per nulla comoda e piacevole. Ma la cosa più improponibile di tutte è stata un'altra: dopo aver ordinato da bere, ci è stato servito quanto ordinato e nello stesso momento ci è stato "servito" anche il conto con l'invito a pagare in quel preciso istante. Chi di dovere praticamente non si schiodava se non dopo aver riscosso la somma. Alle nostre facce incredule la risposta è stata la seguente: "è una nuova politica del locale". Ovviamente è stato fatto quanto richiesto e dopo ciò abbiamo potuto consumare. Oltre che inaudite, trovo queste "politiche" molto ma molto scortesi....e che fortunatamente nessuno adotta. Non mi era mai successa una cosa del genere. Al Man full of trouble invece vi sono queste pratiche. Si ha forse paura che il cliente scappi senza pagare dopo aver consumato?! Può essere. Peccato perché il locale tutto sommato è carino...però queste politiche ANCHE NO, GRAZIE.
