31/10/2025: Top notch place! As a local from Brindisi that travels all over the world, this place goes above and beyond. Beside the great food, the server that helped us was awesome, great customer service! The guys welcomed us when we got in and explained how it works, great meats and food. If you like trippa get the one in the red sauce, it’s done very well (a lot of places don’t know how to prepare trippa, they do). Traditional local food, great customer service and nice ambiance, you can see the passion in their business.

18/10/2025: What can I say? Highly recommended. Delicious meat, fast service, and impeccable. Spectacular platter, it costs 18 euros but it's worth it. Beautiful location. The bill is a little high, but you know, quality comes at a price. My only suggestion: a little house wine in bulk at a reasonable price. Recommended

13/09/2025: I give it 5 stars for the service and food. We've been twice and paid very low prices for a generous selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was a bit dull because the music in front was too loud.

07/10/2025: We stayed in this beautiful place. Clean rooms, very attentive staff. We ate dinner almost every night at the restaurant inside. What can I say? The pizza was spectacular! Light and easy to digest, definitely cooked in a wood-fired oven! The first courses were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful! We'll be back!

My mom has a food allergy and not only did they prepared everything fresh with this in mind, they even brought her a small appetiser which would usually require the ingredient. All in all the best experience we had in Italy in regards of food, which says a lot.

19/03/2026: It's not a pizzeria, but a "Panzerotteria" (a sort of "panzerotti"), and I specify this because their specialty is panzerotti. You can eat them plain or with various fillings, in various sizes, and both fried and baked. Really good. The atmosphere is serene, pleasant, and quiet. The wait times are short, and the prices are absolutely fair. I was with my partner, and Michael served us. Despite his young age (18), he is knowledgeable and courteous. I'll be back.

16/03/2026: I'd like to point out that this review isn't about the product quality, because the panzerotti are always very good, but rather the service and pricing. I'm a regular customer, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had a problem. In the past, they've made us wait a long time for takeout. For example, I once bought four XL panzerotti and paid more or less the same amount as today (too bad I didn't have the receipt to compare). This evening, for the sixth time, I came for takeout and ordered three XL panzerotti. However, the menu lists the prices in ranges, not a specific price, so they can basically charge whatever they want. Today, they charged me the maximum price on everything, and the kebab was even €7 instead of the supposed maximum price of €6. So I wonder: If the XL panzerotti are about double the price of the regular ones, but I paid more than double for them, where's the value in that? Maybe it would have been better to get 6 regular panzerotti instead of 3 XL ones. I also don't understand how it's possible that two weeks ago, with the same flavors and even an extra regular XL, I paid the same amount. My advice is simple: Put clear, fixed prices on the menu to avoid misunderstandings with customers. And above all, keep your regular customers close, especially those who live right across the street and might come often. PS: Just so you know who they are. I ordered the panzerotti today at 7:06 PM and was told it would take 15 minutes. In the meantime, I went to the nearby supermarket to buy a gift for a friend (I even asked them where to go while I waited). When I returned, I discovered they'd decided to wait until we got back to bake them. Result: We picked them up at 7:45 PM. I'd say 15 minutes turned into almost 40.

15/03/2026: Terrible experience... Pizzas arrived late and two were wrong, receipt included licorice that never arrived, meat almost raw. To leave, you must present the receipt.

14/03/2026: I returned to this place after a year. I loved it then, and I still love it now. My wife and I had the famous bombette, which are spectacular: ash-baked potatoes, mushrooms, wine, and dessert. Everything was delicious, and for the modest sum of €40 for each. Excellent value. I recommend it.

10/09/2025: Beautiful location, especially the outdoor area...the view is stunning! The indoor dining room is small but welcoming. The service is young and helpful. I would have expected a wider selection of typical Monte Sant'Angelo dishes, as the mountain cuisine is top-notch! The wine list is also very comprehensive.

08/08/2025: Our favorite food is the mini pizza. It's the perfect compromise because we enjoy a great pizza while staying light. There are many other delicacies at the counter. Fast service and plenty of tables. Recommended. Excellent.
