26/07/2025: Trovato per caso, da subito abbiamo capito che aveva appeal, e non ci siamo smentiti! Cibo di qualità e cucinato ad arte, prodotti tipici. Consigliamo "strascinate con cime di rapa". Personale super gentile, siamo stati qui 24 ore e ci abbiamo mangiato 3 volte!! Pasticciotti da provare! Grazie Dino e Desy

15/07/2025: Pro: ampia scelta di cibi e bevande; ambiente carino ed informale; personale cortese e disponibile; parcheggio riservato ai clienti. Contro: tavoli un pó impolverati (colpa dei ventilatori?); prezzi alla cassa che spesso non coincidono con quelli sul menu!!

27/08/2025: I tried the pasta all'assassina at this trattoria and it was a real surprise: perfectly cooked, perfectly crispy, and with that smoky, slightly spicy flavor that makes this dish unique. The portion was generous and beautifully presented, with just the right amount of charring that distinguishes the true assassina from Bari. The friendly service and family atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try a traditional Apulian dish prepared as it should be.

14/10/2025: The food tasted good. But beware: They even charge you for the glass of wine that was initially on the table: €5. I had to insist on getting my change. A bit unpleasant overall, sorry.

The service is competent, friendly, professional, and pleasantly reserved. When I asked for my slices of bread to be toasted to accompany my delicious seafood risotto, I was promptly served a plate of bruschetta! At no extra charge. The bill came right away after having asked for it. Extremely neat, good food at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is very cozy and rustic in a house in the old town with vaulted ceilings. The service is competent, friendly, professional, and pleasantly reserved. When I asked for my slices of bread to be toasted to accompany my delicious seafood risotto, I was promptly served a plate of bruschetta! At no extra charge. The bill came immediately after I asked for it. Extremely neat, good food at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is wonderfully accomodating and rustic in a house in the historic center with soffitti a volta. The service is competent, cordial, professional and discreet. When you cook the fat of pane to accompany your delicious risotto with fruit on the sea, you can always serve a plate of bruschetta! Senza alcun supplemento. The account arrives within two years.

There are several stands where you can pick up your food with minimal wait times. The quality of the food and the selection are excellent, and the approach is innovative and perfect for a casual dinner. A positive note is the kindness and hospitality of the staff, available to meet any needs and friendly. We recommend arriving early to ensure all the stands are open.

07/09/2025: Stunning location, hard to describe without experiencing it!!! Ideal for celebrating anniversaries and spending evenings with friends while listening to background music. It's also ideal for families with children, as it has a playground and tables close together so you can dine without having to worry about constantly watching them. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Fast and attentive service, excellent food at a reasonable price!

15/04/2025: Frequento questo locale da più di 30 anni e ci sono tornato spesso in questi anni quasi una volta a settimana a mangiare principalmente antipasti e pizza e quest'ultima é il tasto dolente......purtroppo é qualche mese che non torno più proprio per la pizza che da quando credo sia stato cambiato il pizzaiolo, é diventata gommosa, pesante indigesta e con salsa acidula e quella forma a ciambella che non essendo napoletano, non apprezzo affatto. Ho provato a mangiarla un paio di volte ma letteralmente, arrivato a casa, sono dovuto correre al bagno per vomitare.....se si tornasse alla pizza di un anno fà, sarei veramente felice di poter tornare a fare tappa fissa in questo locale che é sempre stato uno dei miei preferiti. Per la carne nulla da dire ed il personale é gentile e competente, locale spettacolare specie in estate ma la pizza proprio no!

31/07/2025: Frequento questo ristorante dall'apertura l e lo staff mi ha subito conquistata ed ora è la ns seconda casa...compleanni anniversari etc sempre qui...ed ogni volta io e la mia famiglia abbiamo riscosso successi... ho portato tanti amici colleghi e conoscenti complimentarsi per il bel posto e ottimo cibo... ringrazio Angela e la sua famiglia per averci sempre accolto con affetto e sincera amicizia e regalato esperienze gustative eccellenti...non solo ma hanno accontentato ogni ns richiesta e desiderio...INEGUAGLIABILI...💕 cara Angela ci vediamo a ferragosto per gustare la tua buona cernia Mariangela & co

14/06/2025: Encantador lugar y ambiente. La comida era tan agradable, Burrata para empezar seguido de costillas de cerdo y espaguetis de tomate muscular. Calidad de la comida excelente, el personal atento y muy amable. Quizás pedí demasiado, pero tener diferentes cosas para probar dio una mejor visión general de la comida. Muy recomendable.

14/06/2025: Location meravigliosa, immersa tra i vigneti, calma e tranquillità. Cibo squisito, piatti ricercati e studiati, sia nei sapori che nelle presentazioni, nonostante alla base ci siano ingredienti semplici e autoctoni della zona, se non di produzione propria. Non parliamo dei vini, Il fiore all’occhiello, tutti di propria produzione e davvero gustosi. Il personale top, gentile e professionale. Un esperienza davvero unica. ❤️

14/10/2025: We were visiting the nearby historic abbey and wanted lunch without going back to Lecce. Google to the rescue. We literally drove through two other beach villages finding nothing open, yes it's October but still. Third time is a charm. La Casa Blanca is a classic beach seafood joint. Open air, sea breeze, good seafood and helpful staff. Enjoyed the seafood salad and fried calamari very much. Wife enjoyed marinated anchovies. Washed down with a nice rose wine. Afterwards we took a turn on the beach to enjoy a cool but sunny day.

12/10/2025: I don't usually leave negative reviews, but today's experience forces me to. We've been to this restaurant several times, about six or seven, and have recommended it to many friends, always with satisfaction. The food, again today, was top-notch, but the service was nothing short of disastrous. We made reservations for nine people at 1:30 PM, but by 2:50 PM nothing had arrived: no drinks, no bread, no dishes. Only after almost an hour and a half, when we were about to leave, did they start serving the starters. We decided to stay, but it was a bad decision. The drinks, which should be the first thing brought to the table, never arrived despite our repeated requests. We ate only water. I even had to get up to get napkins myself, because they weren't even provided. I understand the place was busy, but if the organization isn't up to par, perhaps it would be better to accept fewer reservations. P.S. They offered us coffee and liqueurs as a gesture of apology, but, frankly, we didn't accept them. This lunch was an experience to forget.

08/09/2025: We went here a few nights ago with the intention of entertaining the kids while we adults ate pizza. The interior is nice, but the exterior needs improvement: from the chairs that looked like they were about to break, to the only inflatable toy with the plastic lifted (kids would crawl inside, risking their breath), to the other wooden carousel that was completely broken, and the kids' menu that seemed more like a tasting than a menu (a small bowl of chips, a mini pizza, and a drink). The adult pizzas were varied and quite good, although some weren't happy with the poor-quality cheese sprinkled on top. Other problems: the owners' daughter sits at customers' tables eating the kids' food (she's a kid, sure, but they shouldn't let her do that), no smiles from the owners, very poor hospitality, and a QR code menu that forces you to download an app. Everything needs improvement.

26/09/2025: The ambiance was very nice. The waiters were nice, but the apparent owner seemed very unfriendly and condescending. After a minute, without comment, he held up the card reader for payment. You felt unwanted and like a cash cow.
