25/06/2025: Ci siamo fidati del consiglio dello chef per il menù fisso. 5 antipasti uno più buono dell'altro e un primo trofiette, cozze e vongole da leccarsi i baffi. Per chiudere un ottimo dolce. Si gustano i veri sapori della tradizione pugliese ad un prezzo più che onesto. Complimenti!!!

30/08/2025: Having spoken to the owner in the morning, I think she assured me that I would find a place because they worked until late.... I showed up with 4 people and she said, "Did you book?" Luckily I had a house nearby and I solved the problem with 2 spaghetti... but you don't behave like that: unwelcoming and rude... never again.

16/10/2025: We received a warm welcome! The staff was very friendly and we were served quickly. The restaurant is well-located and has a beautiful view (despite the rain we had today). I recommend it!

17/10/2025: While strolling through the beautiful village, we spotted this osteria and were immediately intrigued by its delicious menu, which was also well explained by the young owner outside, so we returned for dinner. The welcome was warm, the homemade dishes from the Salento tradition were tastefully and harmoniously served. I found many traditionally plant-based dishes, being vegan. They were very kind in offering recommendations, and the wine was also excellent, a Negramaro rosé. Even though it was also the opening of their pizzeria, they looked after us impeccably! The excellent chef even came out and offered us a freshly baked pizza! The price was reasonable for the food, they were truly excellent. Congratulations! 06/10/2025: The worst place!! You walk in, not thinking anything bad. Then you see the prices on the board outside, which are different from the online menu. The portions are very small, and you pay €55 for them. A complete rip-off!! I don't recommend this place!

19/09/2025: The worst experience ever... Our server looked miserable the entire time. It was too obvious he did Not want to be there 🤦🏻. We literally had to flag him down every time we needed anything (ie. Order olives, bread, a drink, etc.) For dinner we ordered the Lobster. Take a look at my shell... Yes, almost empty, and so was my wife's... As if they kept half of the tail meat for something else 🤦🏻. The pasta was waaaay undercooked, and the whole thing looked like a Pomodoro Soup 🤦🏻... Never again...

11/10/2025: We decided to have pizza, since we've been eating fish and meat for days. We made the right choice, it was a very good pizza.

27/09/2025: For a tourist spot, this is still a decent pizza, very good value for money. Thank you for putting real green olives on the pizzas and not black olives in brine from a can. The only downside is that I was a bit surprised to pay 2 euros per person for cutlery. I think it's a bit of a tip, even though I always leave one. In short, if you want to stop after a good visit and eat well without breaking the bank in a tourist spot, this is for you!

10/09/2025: We went here with friends after visiting the Castellana Caves a while ago. Great place to eat, close to the villa, wide selection. Friendly staff and average prices. I recommend it.

14/10/2025: There's plenty of space inside. The service leaves much to be desired. The wait is long, and if you eat outside, you're not served properly. The food, however, is truly excellent.

21/09/2025: A place surrounded by greenery, centuries-old olive trees, and a peaceful and tranquil setting, with wonderful, family-style service and hospitality. The food, what can I say? Excellent, exquisite, wonderful, with authentic flavors and a hint of modernity. Needless to say, the exceptional quality will make you want to return. Congratulations, guys!

30/08/2025: A disastrous experience... We stopped to eat the local specialty (orecchiette con le cime di rapa) because the menu looked reasonable. A quick welcome, no smiles, served in barely 5 minutes, the quantity left something to be desired, the pasta was overcooked and covered in oil, and the waiter was not professional at all: he sighed and became annoyed when he realized we weren't going to order wine or dessert... We were ejected like dirt: no thank you or goodbye. Luckily for them, their restaurant is well located in the old town! We left disappointed and with the feeling of having been trapped in a tourist trap. Clearly a place to avoid if you want to discover authentic Puglian cuisine...

22/08/2025: I recently visited the butcher's shop and rotisserie in Acquaviva and I must say the quality of the meat is excellent: tender, flavorful, and perfectly selected. The variety is excellent, and you can sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients. The service is friendly and very welcoming; in particular, the restaurant owner's daughter stands out for her courtesy and professionalism, making the experience pleasant and personal.
