17/08/2025: Sometimes they forget common sense. If you deny an 8-year-old girl access to the bathroom by telling her only if you're a customer at lunch, I'll have lunch elsewhere. Then we complain that Gargano is viewed badly. I'll give you some advice: be hospitable to everyone because it's the customers and tourists who make you grow. I hope it's just an episode and not a habit...

02/09/2025: The location is very, very beautiful, the quality of the raw materials is good, not only the fish, but especially the cheeses (these are truly special). Prices are a bit high. The review can't be entirely positive because we had a problem with the payment that wasn't our fault. As honest people, we went back the next day to sort it out, and they didn't seem grateful in the slightest. They could have lost the entire amount (€218 for four people, two of whom were kids), and I believe, as a business owner, that showing a minimum amount of appreciation by taking even a trifle off the bill as a symbolic gesture or offering a coffee... In short, a minimum amount would have been appropriate given the situation, but instead they just added random things when recharging the bill (PS: the €8 that didn't add up was for a dessert, not water, which was added randomly just to get to the last cent!).... Not very smart, because maybe we would have come back to eat there while staying on vacation for 15 days!

17/08/2025: Service was rated 1 only because 0 isn't an option. We were completely left to our own devices, and the only waitress was rude and surly. It's a shame because it's a good pizzeria, but very disorganized. I'd like to see the service improve. For now, they've lost me as a customer!

03/08/2025: Terrible pizzeria, disgusting service to say the least. They offered a type of menu but when we arrived we were served hungry. We practically ate nothing. If we hadn't asked for the ham and mozzarella included in the menu, they would have only brought us pizza and some rubbish like olives and sgagliozze. It was shameful to charge a child for a whole menu of 20 euros who only ate a pizza. And after we paid 300 euros, in addition to having brought a 14 kilo watermelon, they only served us 4 plates with 4 slices and that's it. We were 15 people. They stole at least 10 kilos of watermelon. They are disgusting thieves and I hope they close down as soon as possible.

23/07/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e mangiato al ristorante. Cibo di ottima qualità. Fritto misto, leggero e croccante, caciocavallo, orecchiette, pepata di cozze, tutto buonissimo. Personale gentilissimo, ragazzi giovani con tanta voglia di fare. Maurizio, molto preparato sempre pronto a dare spiegazioni ed accontentare le richieste anche non presenti in menù, Michelangelo, ragazzo educato e attento nel prestare un ottimo servizio. Esperienza molto positiva. Antonio

26/08/2025: A wide variety of pucce, all delicious. We had the one with meatballs, the one with fried fish, and the one with salmon, and they were divine! The bread is so light, you can eat more than one. The best pucce ever.

06/09/2025: We went there on a recommendation. The service was prompt and polite, but not smiling. The food wasn't that well prepared, even though the ingredients were high quality. Of the starter course (8 according to the menu), only 6 were served; the rest came later, after we asked for them. There was a lot of octopus. The ingredients were of high quality and very fresh, but unfortunately overcooked and thus rubbery. The main course (orecchiette with turnip greens) was underseasoned, and the vegetables were very long and therefore difficult to eat. Perhaps it was a bad day in the kitchen. The ambiance was nice in a busy location, but unfortunately, the table was wobbly, and some kebab shop next door opened at full volume that very evening. Based on the recommendation, we received a discount.

24/08/2025: Truly awful restaurant. Inexperienced waiters, rude owners, DISGUSTING food, sky-high prices and truly shameful food. I truly do not recommend it to anyone, much better to eat at MC.

15/08/2025: If you want to eat a real Neapolitan pizza, come here. You'll find courtesy and kindness, as well as excellent quality ingredients. The dough was excellent and the pizza was perfect. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Alessio, who brought a smile to our faces on this rainy August 15th.

17/07/2025: Abbiamo conosciuto questo posto su consiglio di amici, nei vicoli del centro storico. Che dire: personale simpatico, professionale e garbato. Cibo eccellente. Abbiamo assaggiato due primi (linguine con i frutti di mare e gnocchi di patate con vongole e asparago verde) davvero deliziosi, seguiti da un'ottima frittura di calamari. Vino rosato di eccellente qualità. Consigliatissimo!

21/08/2025: Nothing special. The pasta wasn't cooked to perfection, most of the products were frozen (only fresh salmon and maybe a couple of other items). Slow service, flavors weren't accurate or refined. In short, nothing special...

12/08/2025: We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and our room was available at 5:00 PM. The room images on the website don't exactly match the one I was assigned; the rooms are outdated. The bathrooms are old, the shower tray is yellowed, and there's a step over 15 cm high. To get out of the shower, you had to jump. Also, for breakfast, there was milk, yogurt, and butter, which, considering the summer temperatures, should have been stored better. It's a shame, it's in a great location.
