A picky customer—no lactose, no cured meats—I asked for a custom sushi pizza, and it was immediately granted! Delicious pizza, as was the glass of rosé... Congratulations! A lovely stop for me, just passing through, and I highly recommend it!

Nice and quiet place because it's not in the center of Grottaglie. I personally appreciate the patio, which was kept clean and heated (obviously, in December you need to bring an extra layer, as it can feel chilly). The pizzas with original toppings are absolutely delicious and easy to digest, which does justice to the prices because the ingredients are high-quality, the pizza is cooked in a wood-fired oven, and the creativity is a real highlight. This is also evident in the way the pizzas are presented, like sushi rolls. It's a shame that we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for a pizza. Also, one person at my table has a very strict diet due to medical reasons, so when ordering, he asked for many changes. These were accepted by the waitress who placed the order, but I could see she was a bit annoyed.
