We went on Saturday night because we were passing through San Paolo, so maybe the pizzeria was in the neighborhood... anyway, the pizza and all the products they make are truly excellent. The pizza and piadina doughs are really light and digestible (you don't wake up drinking all night). The staff are friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is clean. If there had been a small dining room, it would have been even nicer to be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy a fabulous pizza, so much so that you'll want to ask for seconds... keep it up, you guys are great, very good, and professional!!
