I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Puglia

17/07/2025: Le terrazze sul porto di San Remo sono molte e tutte sembrano belle, il posto è pieno di ristoranti che offrono cibo di qualità. Noi siamo andati al "Delle Palme" più volte, non ci ha mai deluso. Già, i prezzi sono molto ragionevoli (pizze 10 €, circa 12 € pasta, pesce circa 15 €). La reception è molto gentile e cordiale e parla in italiano ... E soprattutto il cibo è delizioso, abbondante, fresco e pieno di gusto. Menzione speciale per la pizza! E una splendida vista sul porto e sulle palme, non fa male ...

12/10/2025: We visited Gustavo's and had a very positive overall experience. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and approachable, always ready to accommodate guests' needs. The location is magnificent, with a lovely little garden ideal for summer lunches and dinners, and a well-kept, clean, and elegant interior with a rustic touch that makes it welcoming. The menu is a fixed price and includes five appetizers, a first course, a second course, and a dessert (drinks and cover charge not included). The food is excellent, high-quality, and prepared with attention to detail. The only real flaw was the portion size. There were five of us, and the courses were served as a single dish to be shared, resulting in a taste rather than a portion, so much so that we had to ask for more of the second course. There was a bit of a wait between courses, which is understandable given the crowd and the number of seats, but otherwise it was a positive experience. Thank you.

20/08/2025: It was my first time at the Chantilly Café in Acquaviva delle Fonti, and honestly, I wasn't expecting anything special... but I was amazed! The gelato was a true revelation: creamy, rich in flavor, and with truly delicious ingredients. Every bite confirmed the quality and care with which it's prepared. It's not easy these days to find a gelato that truly stands out, yet they succeeded here. A place that absolutely deserves to be discovered. Congratulations, a truly pleasant surprise!

22/09/2025: The most expensive bar in the area. The quality of the products may be average, but paying almost €4 for three bottles of water is a rarity in Bari. I would therefore recommend choosing the nearby bars, which are much more honest and offer the same (if not better) quality.

Two pizzas were not good, one of which was a buffalo mozzarella that didn't meet the standards of a buffalo mozzarella... a Margherita base with pieces of uncooked buffalo mozzarella, a sour sauce, not to mention the drinks, a huge selection... only Coke and one brand of beer, what can I say? Better not to say... try it and believe it.

02/10/2025: I went there for lunch with my wife today. The location by the harbor, right in town, is great. We just wanted a quick bite to eat. The octopus salad was great but a bit pricey, the tagliatelle with "ragu" (Bolognese) was excellent and more than enough. After that, we had good coffee and a decent amaro. We received good, friendly, and prompt service, even though it was busy at lunchtime. Highly recommended. Had a pizza to go the day before yesterday. Also good.

The dishes are high-quality and perfectly prepared. The Murgese specialties are delicious. The idea of ​​serving the exquisite meat, pre-sliced ​​and rare on a hot stone, is a great one, so customers can choose their preferred cooking style. The usual problem in Minervino is that there's no parking reserved for customers. Excellent value for money. Reservations are recommended, given the limited seating available. Recommended. Go there.
