The dishes were all perfect, authentic, local flavors cooked with love. Each dish was a surprise, and the
good flavor is a signature dish. I recommend the house antipasto and the pasta alla genovese. The buffalo mozzarella is top-notch, as are the cured meats. If you're passing through, visit this place, which makes authentic simplicity its winning feature!
23/09/2025: Informal restaurant, friendly staff, excellent dishes from appetizers to desserts, fair prices. The only negative note was the house wine offered that was not appreciated, which was pointed out immediately if bottled wine was provided. Definitely worth returning.

06/09/2025: The staff was disoriented and uncoordinated in managing the service. The wait was very long. The kitchen was having trouble managing orders. Two of the three dishes arrived at once, with the third arriving 15 minutes later. The food quality was not exceptional.

15/10/2025: Attracted by the videos on social media, we went to try the famous panzerotti... truly disappointed... raw panzerotto inside... burnt pizza underneath and topped with pieces of unspeakable cheese that hadn't even melted... the worst 16 euros we've ever spent...

30/08/2025: Friendly atmosphere, very kind and always smiling staff, really good food and a special mention for the raw fish.
26/08/2025: Initially, they told us we needed to reserve, but then they kindly gave us a table on the outdoor terrace. We had a lovely evening at dinner, and I can definitely say the dishes were excellent. My wife and I had spaghetti with squid ink and shrimp tartare with orange slices...a delicacy...then a tuna steak with arugula and cherry tomatoes, a real treat, all accompanied by an excellent white wine and a dessert to finish. The price is a little higher than average, but considering it's a tourist destination, that's understandable...a couple will spend between €50-60.
The location is very central in the historic center, and the staff is very kind and friendly.
I highly recommend it 😉 🤙🏼

26/08/2025: Ordered pasta with lobster. 25 euros. Empty lobster. Non-existent. They said it had gotten lost in the pasta while stirring. Plus, it was crammed with sauce...spicy, which I didn't ask for. Highly discouraged. Never again.

23/08/2025: We stopped by chance because it was pouring with rain and we were looking for a place to have lunch. The restaurant had reopened that day from vacation. The food was divine!! The staff was friendly and helpful, and, realizing we were somewhere else entirely, they stopped to chat with us. An absolutely delightful lunch!! Stop by if you're passing by.

23/11/2025: Agriturismo Madonna dell'Assunta is one of our favorite places! We visited with our young children, who saw the animals for the first time, and we enjoyed the local cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients. The food was excellent, and the service was excellent, courtesy of the young, enthusiastic, and kind staff. The air was crisp today, but not so much that it stopped us from taking a lovely stroll in the pine forest!
Always a pleasure to return 🫶🏻
20/10/2025: A true agriturismo with locally sourced produce, an animal-watching trail, a warm welcome, and equally genuine owners. Highly recommended.

I knew the place from seeing it while driving by on my motorbike.
Clean, well-kept, and welcoming location.
Upon entering, we were captivated by the excellent aroma of pizza (so much so that I asked to try it plain).
The girl, Noemi, and the staff in the dining room are very friendly, smiling, and able to answer any questions we had about the menu.
Excellent meatballs (homemade).
The pieces of horse meat in tomato sauce are cut with a fork... Fresh and plentiful ears. Compliments to the kitchen staff.
Well done guys, see you soon!
20/11/2025: The best lunch in Martan. Too bad they went on vacation so I couldn't enjoy it anymore.

First of all, it has very convenient parking, which is always a plus 😜 for those coming from Gallipoli or by car.
But it's also very convenient to walk here if you're on vacation like my wife and I and happen to be sleeping nearby.
Comfortable seating, beautiful lighting.
Varied menu.
The sales assistants are very friendly and professional.
Everything is delicious 😋🤩

21/10/2025: Lunch on Sunday with my husband, an excellent and very pleasant experience, a welcoming place, courteous, attentive and helpful staff, refined and tasty gourmet dishes. The menu is fixed, seafood or meat, many 0 km products. We will definitely be back with friends and family, I can't wait!
