I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Puglia

17/07/2025: Le terrazze sul porto di San Remo sono molte e tutte sembrano belle, il posto è pieno di ristoranti che offrono cibo di qualità. Noi siamo andati al "Delle Palme" più volte, non ci ha mai deluso. Già, i prezzi sono molto ragionevoli (pizze 10 €, circa 12 € pasta, pesce circa 15 €). La reception è molto gentile e cordiale e parla in italiano ... E soprattutto il cibo è delizioso, abbondante, fresco e pieno di gusto. Menzione speciale per la pizza! E una splendida vista sul porto e sulle palme, non fa male ...

17/07/2025: Presenta non solo una splendida vista sul porto antico della città, suggestivo soprattutto al tramonto e di sera, ma presenta anche un’ottima scelta di piatti tipici di mare e non solo.

25/09/2025: Beautiful place, excellent service, very kind and welcoming staff, very reasonable prices, lots of choice, and the sandwiches are out of this world. Highly recommended, I'll be back. Quality ingredients, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth meat, soft, well-seasoned bread.

22/09/2025: We found this place almost by chance, and being paella lovers, we went for lunch, making a reservation for two, with the idea of ​​becoming regulars and returning from time to time. We knew the paella would take 30 minutes, as indicated on the menu, so I'll let you recommend a couple of appetizers: salmon carpaccio and shrimp encilado, both excellent. To be honest, I found the wait quite long, but the place, although not full, was still lively and busy. The unpleasant part, unfortunately, came later: we didn't get the paella because after about an hour and a half of waiting, after seeing it also being served at the next table with the excuse "the paella was ordered by phone," I asked for the bill and left. So those who order paella by phone have priority over others who arrived first? I wonder, for example, how a new customer can be served on time if there are 5 or 6 tables of regulars with pre-ordered paella. Does that seem to be acceptable? As a new customer, even if I wanted to (and I didn't know this unwritten rule, otherwise I never would have sat down), I could never have afforded to pre-order it because, not knowing me, there would have been no trust in me... Service needs reviewing, waiting times need reviewing. How can you expect a customer, new or old, to tolerate such behavior?

05/10/2025: I celebrated my 18th birthday here at Porta Aurea, the food was excellent and plentiful, and the owner Nicola was truly kind and helpful.

29/09/2025: Highly recommended for those who love relaxing, away from the chaos of the city, in a countryside location, very close to Polignano. Free on-site parking is also available. The owners and staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It's a shame we couldn't try the restaurant (I think it would have been delicious). The rooms were clean and cozy, truly charming, with a mountain cabin feel. This place is definitely worth considering if I ever return to Polignano a Mare, and hopefully I will. Excellent value.

23/09/2025: My wife and I spent a week, everything was very beautiful, immersed in the greenery, a paradise with the car in 3 minutes you are in the center of Polignano a Mare, what can I say about the hospitality, everyone was kind, they made us feel like we were at home, a breakfast that never ended, a lunch or dinner were divine, the best of the best. 11/05/2025: No more food of dubious quality..exaggerated prices based on the portions..we ordered sweet chips..they arrived in a milk bowl already cold as well as the classic fries which were also cold served in a classic cup bowl that I use for breakfast at home. We were six adults, barely enough for 4! People paid a good 8 euros..Fried meatballs with a terrible taste seemed already fried and then reheated..just two each paid 8 euros! From the menu ordered a hamburger 250 g.. I received a classic sandwich with hamburger lettuce cooked very badly in my opinion, already pre-cooked and then finished cooking it at a later time including a very poor quality brioche bun (the sandwich is not mentioned on the menu!!) paid 15 euros.. non-litre cream water paid 3; euros.. a friend of mine then ordered a pizza and the wrong pizza arrived, apologizing, they changed it and returned after 1 minute counted with the same modified pizza cold.. just like my other friend ordered mixed roast which arrived cold in cold lava stone which they only use for embellishment.. they deduct the mixed roast from the bill apologizing for what happened for a total of over 170 euros luckily we didn't pay for the roast otherwise how much would the bill have been? over 200 for having eaten two cold chips.. wrong cold pizza and a sandwich that wasn't mentioned on the menu.. of terrible quality.. the only thing decent perhaps and the Raffo beer they say is on tap.. never again!! Aaa I forgot 3 euro cover charge each to have a table without a tablecloth!!!

We were looking for a place for lunch near the train station having little time, we opted for this place, I must say beautiful place of excellent quality the first courses we took excellent high quality fresh fish, excellent service, very fast both in taking the order in serving the dishes with a smile 😍 Thank you ❤️ I hope to return soon

03/09/2025: The food was very good, except for the panini. Although the toppings were tasty, the bun was incredibly hard. However, everything else was delicious, and if we were craving seafood, we would definitely go back.

31/07/2025: NON CI VENITE, eravamo in 2, Erano le 21 eravamo appena arrivati, abbiamo aspettato per sederci, una volta seduti abbiamo aspettato più di 30 minuti prima di ordinare perché erano solo due a servire ed era pieno di persone , poi sono arrivati e avevamo visto dal tavolo affianco un piatto grande di frittura, abbiamo ordinato quella gran misto di 20 euro pensando che era quella, e ci arriva un piattino misero con un tre tipi di paranza, un pezzo a specie, e un po’ di calamari e gamberi, poi abbiamo preso due calici di vino che sembravano mischiati con l’acqua e una pepata di cozze di 8 euro e per dire che ci siamo mangiati 5/6 cozze piccoline tra cui una vuota a testa ed eravamo in due in più era super salata, dal paninaro una porzione base che era una vaschetta grande dove il pesce usciva di fuori, veniva 9 euro, siete vergognosi non verremo mai più e diremo a gli altri di non venire

10/10/2025: No, no, no, and NO! What can I say... a questionable experience, service that's the opposite of friendly, starting with a subpar welcome. NOT A SMILE!!! There are four of us, and you're forced to order pasta dishes in pairs (!!!). Good, but nothing special... it's swimming in grease, and we're still waiting for the crispy bacon. The tagliata is good, at least! The tiramisu is average and served quickly on a paper plate (it's okay, but it must be excellent in this case!). The house wine is... how can I put it, meh. In short, an experience we won't be repeating anytime soon. You'll find much better elsewhere... move on, it's not typical, and this restaurant is absolutely not representative of what you can find in the region, fortunately! 👎🏻 I cannot recommend this establishment!!!

20/09/2025: When we arrived in Carovigno, we were drawn to the simplicity of this restaurant. The family atmosphere adds to the quality of the traditional local cuisine. Here, you'll find orecchiette pasta in various traditional variations. Meat and fish dishes are prepared with care and authenticity, at a fair price.

05/10/2025: Excellent food, excellent service, just meters from the Roman amphitheater. The price was a bit steep for our budget (not absolutely), but considering the quality of the ingredients and their preparation, the location, and the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, it's all worth it. A seafood dinner with an appetizer, a first course, a second course shared for two, two glasses of wine, a delicious and surprising dessert, and a passito. The entree also included a selection of ten baked goods (a variety of bread, focaccia, and pizzo leccese) and the chef's after-dinner treats (with several dessert samples), offered by default to all guests. Total: €135. The quality of the seafood was excellent. Once in a while, for those with a modest standard of living and a low-to-medium income, it's a truly enjoyable experience.

29/09/2025: Disappointing. A place with a nice view and a good location, but the food is despicable. My wife and I ordered a burrata appetizer that was just OK (10 euros). For 5 euros, you can get something better at the market. The biggest disappointment was the gnocchi with salmon and pistachios. Simply one of the worst dishes I've had at a restaurant in years. The gnocchi was doughy and tough. The red sauce was worse than store-bought ones. Salmon and pistachios? In name only. All this for 18 euros. Terrible, terrible, there's no other word for it.
