The staff was excellent, very helpful in meeting the customer's needs.
And you must try their focaccia, excellent and very soft.
I will definitely be back.
16/11/2025: Too bad.......a huge disappointment! I remembered having eaten the best pizza in Molfetta, we returned after many years, but the pizza was mediocre, almost burnt, with ingredients that didn't taste good, and above all not very digestible, probably the result of poor leavening.

29/09/2025: Highly recommended for those who love relaxing, away from the chaos of the city, in a countryside location, very close to Polignano. Free on-site parking is also available.
The owners and staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It's a shame we couldn't try the restaurant (I think it would have been delicious). The rooms were clean and cozy, truly charming, with a mountain cabin feel. This place is definitely worth considering if I ever return to Polignano a Mare, and hopefully I will. Excellent value.
23/09/2025: My wife and I spent a week, everything was very beautiful, immersed in the greenery, a paradise with the car in 3 minutes you are in the center of Polignano a Mare, what can I say about the hospitality, everyone was kind, they made us feel like we were at home, a breakfast that never ended, a lunch or dinner were divine, the best of the best. Greetings to Mrs. Lusy, and to her mother 👍

11/10/2025: Can I understand why they set opening hours? I arrived at 7:30 PM and was told to come back at 8 PM because the place was still closed.
I returned at 8 PM and, besides the fact that there were already people sitting and eating, I asked if I could eat, and the annoyed waiter told me that without a reservation it would be difficult to find a table.
I don't understand.

29/09/2025: We went to a party; the place was very nice and intimate. It's a shame that many of the dishes weren't freshly made. The ciciri e tria was good.

Nicola, il responsabile, è stato impeccabile con tanto di cicerone finale sulla storia della masseria.
Consigliatissimo per chi vuol provare antichi/genuini sapori conditi in una location in cui il calendario sembra sia fermo a parecchi anno fa.

25/05/2025: Abbiamo scelto Masseria Calderoso per festeggiare la nostra promessa di matrimonio, dopo esserci stati una domenica a pranzo, e siamo rimasti nuovamente soddisfatti!
Accoglienza all'esterno con un aperitivo di benvenuto ed una tavola allestita in maniera semplice, ma precisa; le portate abbondanti ed una più squisita dell'altra; un post-pranzo seduti al sole nella tranquillità della natura, che ci ha permesso di rilassarci e scambiare qualche chiacchiera in compagnia.
La presenza discreta, ma percepibile di Nicola ed Annamaria, oltre alla loro simpatia e disponibilità ad accontentare tutti, è il fiore all'occhiello di questo posto magico.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo invidiabile!

11/10/2025: A meticulously curated venue located on Via Duomo, right in the heart of the historic center, just steps from the cathedral. A wide selection of beers, some truly unique, never seen before. The cocktails are noteworthy. Prices are average. The crostini are very tasty, expertly prepared and presented. I would suggest bringing a few extra napkins, not just one per person, and perhaps some small plates, because pieces can easily fall off once you bite into them.
N.B.: For unknown reasons, this review has been blocked for several months, so some photos do not reflect the current state of the venue's decor. It has only now been unlocked with
"try again."

01/12/2025: Excellent bar, where I recommend making a reservation. We actually had to sit outside. There's a shaded area both above and below the table. However, I'd recommend a patio heater for this cold period. Service is quick and friendly. The interior is also well-maintained. Reasonable prices for a well-composed aperitivo. Drinks are available separately. Plenty of parking available. Recommended.

25/10/2025: Entering the historic center of this beautiful town in the Brindisi area, it was a pleasant surprise. The welcome was warm, the service was equally warm, and the dishes were tasty and made with quality ingredients. The risotto with capocollo and fennel was excellent. Most tourists head into the heart of the historic center in search of more traditional, but very crowded, restaurants. For a quieter experience, I recommend Taverna della Torre.
I forgot to mention that coffee is free, and in these times when people split every penny, that's no small thing.
