10/06/2025: Dinner on the way back from the sea. We had a house in the area and for the two nights we were there on the way back from the sea we took advantage of their succulent dishes. The fish is very fresh and the first courses are well seasoned and cooked. Polite and friendly staff

02/07/2025: The cashier treated us badly just because we made separate bills paying with the card, she had to make receipts, in addition to those already made she said her own (I meant the girl who made us pay at the bar)

04/06/2025: Crudo freschissimo eccezionale ed originale. Una tartare con mango spettacolare. La qualità eccelsa ci ha suggerito di prendere due porzioni di tagliolini alle vongole... I migliori mai mangiati ... Tagliolini freschi fatti in casa e si sentiva il profumo del mare ... Per finire un freschissimo tiramisù ... Questa chef è da 5 stelle . Cameriere preparatissimo e gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo.

29/11/2024: We found this place thanks to some reviews on The Fork. Let's say that compared to the aesthetic aspect of the place you might not trust it but when you taste the paella at the first bite.... you change your mind about everything. Yummy and Suman is super nice.

16/06/2025: Muy encantador comedor al aire libre. Nuestros amigos locales recomendaron Hostería del Prado. Hemos cenado aquí durante los últimos tres años, mientras visitábamos el Salento desde Nueva York. El propietario es muy servicial y acogedor. Pedimos Spaghetti alle Vongole (no en el menú) que hizo para nosotros y eran excepcionales. El puré de Cicoria y Fave era tan bueno como el resto de la comida. My Veal Chop no era lo que uno esperaría en Manhattan, pero era muy sabroso. El postre fue la culminación de una comida excepcional para el Día del Padre. La casa Rosato es excelente. ¡Esta NO es tu típica trampa turística!

01/06/2025: We ordered pizzas at 8:30pm for 10pm and they arrived an hour late. So we had dinner at 11pm, eating cold pizzas, absolutely below expectations. €7 for a terrible margherita. I'm not saying that this dinner ruined our evening but it came frighteningly close.

17/06/2025: Another very good read to rant just at the entrance in Carovigno. Outside and inside table …. Very good menu and very good prices. The staff is very kind and always there to help. Best to book! Reccomanded

15/06/2025: Not a pub, but a meeting place for friends, availability, elegance, cheerfulness, quality, make Dejavu an excellence, wide range of beer, excellent and abundant sandwiches with truly ridiculous prices for the quality of the dish. Friendly and qualified waiters, the owner a great friend. 5 stars because there is no sixth.

26/05/2025: As I read in several comments, I was one of those who knew about the existence of this place but had no idea that it offered such a complete menu, last night we were there and I must say that we were more than satisfied, I in particular, the paposce were very good and at the right price, the baked potatoes were very good and the service I would say was normal and I appreciated the container for the take-away sandwich that we had prepared! I honestly don't understand the negative comments and I don't understand why such a nice, quiet place where you eat well doesn't work so much because I expected more people! In my opinion, it needs to be noticed more as a place where you can eat a bit of everything!

The rooms are spotless, welcoming and furnished with simple but refined taste. The garden, large and lush, is the ideal place to relax and unplug. A regenerating stay that leaves its mark. Highly recommended!

16/06/2025: If there was a paradise on earth, I think the right place would be this "Agriturismo Paradiso", a very fitting name to describe a location immersed in a suggestive atmosphere where the green of nature, the chirping of birds and the tranquility frame a heavenly structure. A wonderful swimming pool, the excellent and comfortable rooms as well as the very high quality of the food complete the scenario to actually say that you have taken a trip to paradise without unfortunately excluding the possibility of returning to earth. All this is completed by the great professionalism of all the staff and the icing on the cake by the kindness and availability of the owner Roberto, who represents the prototype of the true entrepreneur from Salento. 08/06/2025: Everything was delicious. I came to celebrate the confirmation of a relative of my partner and I loved the food. I'm lactose intolerant, and the alternative menu was fantastic. I recommend it.

02/06/2025: Food one star: I asked for fresh tagliolini with lobster and I received a factory chitarra with lobster (…); I asked for clarification and was told that tagliolini goes mushy… so what is it written for on the menu? Service: EXCELLENT, the manager is highly professional and prepared, as are the waiters. WELL DONE environment: overall good… air conditioning system not comfortable, In short… great potential but there is a lot to do on the menu. Ah, the excellent appetizers.

27/12/2024: Ristorante Al quanto semplice ma meritevole di lode. Antipasti squisiti e sfiziosi, crudo mare freschissimo. Primi superlativi e vasta scelta di secondi. Pescato del giorno sempre disponibile di tante varietà. Non parliamo del dessert una goduria per il palato. Servizo cordiale e divertente che ti fa sentire a casa. Complimenti ragazzi continuate così.
