12/11/2025: A wonderful experience in a magical place with excellent food and excellent service. It feels like being at the theater. A Michelin-starred restaurant without too many frills, with generous portions and plenty of flavor.

11/11/2025: We're not there. We're definitely not there. I'm sorry, but I spent the entire lunch wondering not only how they could have a star, but also how they could keep going like this. Let's start with the assumption that the previous contact I had to make a reservation was difficult: monosyllabic, incomplete, cursory, and rude responses. Today, however, the welcome was average. All in all, "nice," thank goodness. But let's get to the point: the local tasting menu was very disappointing. The appetizers were decent, but of decidedly inferior quality to any other starred restaurant I've ever tried. The flavors and combinations were those of any other agritourism restaurant, nothing special. The bread was cold and a bit stale (and not made by them, by the way). First courses: an almost overcooked tagliolini with butter, delicious ravioli, and then a small casserole dish of awful goat cheese gnocchi. The second course: rubbery meat. The desserts—which usually save the day—only made things worse. Something really went wrong here: I'm talking about a berry mousse with the consistency of wet breadcrumbs, a rough custard, and a baba that was THAWED and THAWED poorly (the ice was still there). All this for the modest sum of €300 (for two). The price you'd expect for a Michelin-starred restaurant, but this place has absolutely nothing Michelin-starred about it. A total disappointment, I'm sorry. If someone were to try their first Michelin-starred restaurant here, I don't think they'd want to do it again. Definitely an insult to other restaurants with the same recognition but truly deserving of it.

06/11/2025: Good, we were a group of 15 people and they served us very quickly. The place is large enough to accommodate several groups and the service offered is very fast in serving the dishes.... Prices are normal...

24/10/2025: My pizza was very salty and had a very burnt crust. I chose Napoli for my family's pizza party because I've had some really good ones in Naples. The dough was okay, but everything else was disappointing... The place was welcoming and the staff were kind and helpful.

12/10/2025: We ordered takeout and had it delivered. The pizzas were hard and dry, with terrible seasoning, incredibly salty bacon, and no cheese. We couldn't eat them. It's a shame because they cost 7 euros! Practically a waste of money.

21/09/2025: Very nice place with truly delicious food; prices for all courses. The only shame was the cocktails; the Hugo Spritz wasn't up to par. I'd go back, but I'd get something else to drink.

21/09/2025: Ca Mais was a lovely discovery. The place has outdoor seating on Corso Catania, and the interior is very attractive, with different tables and vintage items (which are cool). We enjoyed the dinner; we tried the fried mushrooms, then the octopus, the egg, the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, and a hamburger. All washed down with an Etna red. The watermelon sorbet was sublime. Good selection of both wines and beers. The service was friendly and very attentive. We will definitely be back.

15/09/2025: I celebrated my eighteenth birthday at this place. The place is nice and the food is good—my mom comes here often and loves it. That said, my personal experience wasn't positive. The quality-price ratio isn't commensurate with what's offered. The owner was kind, but unfortunately, the girl serving at the "bar" was very rude to me: she often looked at me disrespectfully and was cold and annoyed, especially toward me, the birthday girl. Furthermore, when we asked to exchange a bottle (still unopened) for a Coke, she agreed, but brought us a smaller one, which I found unfair. Another aspect that disappointed me was the organization. The owner had told me she would install "disco lights," but they didn't. Only later did I discover that the lights had been installed in the other room. If she had let me know, I could have brought something myself to create the right atmosphere. Managing the entrances was also complicated: every time someone arrived, I had to go personally to open the door because no one bothered to welcome them or tell them where to ring. None of the staff was available to help me, even though it was my party. Finally, we had just finished cutting the cake when I asked if they could put it in the refrigerator so anyone who wanted could eat more later. The answer was that they had to "do 8,000 laps," so they would just leave it there. I also found this unprofessional.

09/06/2025: J’étais déjà venue au Pastificio Defilippis et j’en avais gardé un excellent souvenir. Cette fois encore, l’expérience a été très agréable : les serveurs sont vraiment gentils et ont réussi à nous trouver une table alors qu’on n’avait pas réservé. Le cadre est charmant, bien décoré, on s’y sent bien. La cuisine est toujours aussi bonne. La première fois, j’avais mangé des pâtes à l’arrabbiata que j’avais adorées, et j’étais venue exprès pour les reprendre — mais ici la carte change souvent, donc il faut savoir qu’on ne retrouve pas forcément les plats d’une fois sur l’autre. Ce n’est pas un restaurant de « classiques » comme la carbonara, le pesto ou le ragù : ici, on trouve plutôt des recettes originales comme des pâtes aux courgettes ou aux fruits de mer. C’est une cuisine qui sort de l’ordinaire, raffinée, bien travaillée. En revanche, les prix sont un peu élevés (comptez facilement 17-18 € le plat), et les portions sont assez petites — on a encore un peu faim en sortant. Donc le rapport qualité-prix peut paraître un peu juste. Mais les desserts sont très bons aussi, et l’ensemble reste une belle adresse si vous cherchez un resto de pâtes un peu différent à Turin.

17/11/2025: Excellent bar offering a delicious variety of Sicilian desserts. Right after the ATP Finals, we had an excellent Sicilian canolo! Excellent value for money! The manager was really kind and his knowledge of tennis needs improving. He was thinking about Musetti beating Alcaraz.

11/10/2025: The place is nice, in a nice area. Nothing more. We had the vitello tonnato (which unfortunately tasted like baby food) and the creamed cod (which tasted like nothing). As for the food, it felt like a "I'd like to, but I can't." I'd recommend it for an aperitivo, given the excellent wine selection. A note about the owner: he tries to be friendly, but for many, that might not be the case.

07/12/2025: Excellent Piedmontese-style mixed fried food, a quaint atmosphere, and good service. The only drawback is the noisy atmosphere.

13/11/2025: A small group of six arrived without a reservation. The place was sadly empty, but we were served immediately by the friendly and helpful staff. The pizza was excellent, light and easy to digest, and the beer was good. The lack of customers was incomprehensible: the place probably isn't trendy.
