15/09/2025: I celebrated my eighteenth birthday at this place. The place is nice and the food is good—my mom comes here often and loves it. That said, my personal experience wasn't positive. The quality-price ratio isn't commensurate with what's offered. The owner was kind, but unfortunately, the girl serving at the "bar" was very rude to me: she often looked at me disrespectfully and was cold and annoyed, especially toward me, the birthday girl. Furthermore, when we asked to exchange a bottle (still unopened) for a Coke, she agreed, but brought us a smaller one, which I found unfair. Another aspect that disappointed me was the organization. The owner had told me she would install "disco lights," but they didn't. Only later did I discover that the lights had been installed in the other room. If she had let me know, I could have brought something myself to create the right atmosphere. Managing the entrances was also complicated: every time someone arrived, I had to go personally to open the door because no one bothered to welcome them or tell them where to ring. None of the staff was available to help me, even though it was my party. Finally, we had just finished cutting the cake when I asked if they could put it in the refrigerator so anyone who wanted could eat more later. The answer was that they had to "do 8,000 laps," so they would just leave it there. I also found this unprofessional.

13/11/2025: A small group of six arrived without a reservation. The place was sadly empty, but we were served immediately by the friendly and helpful staff. The pizza was excellent, light and easy to digest, and the beer was good. The lack of customers was incomprehensible: the place probably isn't trendy.

06/12/2025: A beautiful pastry shop that connects Turin's main streets. A wonderful treat (coffee, brioche), served by smiling, friendly staff. It's worth a visit.

02/12/2025: Another spontaneous place for us. We found ourselves here by chance, but as a chocolate lover, I couldn't leave without trying Querio. It's a quiet and cozy place full of sweets and hospitality, where you're genuinely and simply welcome, and where even those with a sweet tooth can enjoy little bits of serotonin and endorphin in the form of chocolate 🤗🤗 The pastries, by the way, are also delicious and fresh. We ordered (I still can't remember the name) a chocolate cake; it had a pleasant, soft, creamy taste; we only ate part of it and took the rest home 🙃 Overall, it was delicious, atmospheric, and pleasant, I recommend it! And yes, thank you for your work and hospitality!

02/12/2025: Breakfast included a delicious cream-filled pasticciotto. The pizzas and focaccias were spectacular. We'll definitely be back.

25/11/2025: I often shop there because I've tried the products at the Piazza San Carlo store, but I wasn't very happy with them. However, at this store on Via Cernaia, I felt super pampered and treated very well. I'm so glad I'll be back often.

20/11/2025: Perfect for an appetizer, they give you chips, olives, pickles, bread rolls, and a kind of focaccia. The service is excellent! We highly recommend it!

Excellent food, thanks for not serving frozen snacks and pizzas like it was the worst bar in Caracas! Really nice, well done guys!

10/12/2025: I hosted my graduation party at this historic bar in the center of Turin. The atmosphere was friendly, the buffet was truly delicious, featuring traditional Piedmontese dishes (which I adore), and all my friends loved it. The background music was pleasant, and overall, it was an experience I'll definitely repeat. The mulled wine served at the beginning was spectacular!!! A heartfelt thank you to the staff for making us feel at home, and for your kind words at the end. ❤️ A big hug to everyone!

05/12/2025: We stopped by on a whim. We loved the place and especially the welcome. Thank you to the waitress for her kindness; she took the time to explain all the pastries she had to offer. We'll be back for aperitivo next time!

20/10/2025: The pizzeria offers Neapolitan-style pizzas and calzones, made with an excellent, particularly digestible dough. The wait staff is courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

15/10/2025: A short wait for a table, then at least 50 minutes for each pizza, and they didn't bring them together. The table was squashed between a pillar and other tables, and there were only two of us. It would have taken a miracle to stop a waiter... but the pizza was good.

21/11/2025: Nice place, spacious and well-managed. Efficient and friendly staff. Good pizza 🍕, available with various doughs, including multi-grain. An excellent option for a casual evening.
