05/06/2025: Beautiful and welcoming place, just like the owners who pay a lot of attention to customers. The service is impeccable, attentive but not intrusive. The food is of excellent quality, special note for their plin and there is also a wide selection of wines. The environment is perfect for a romantic dinner, the place is quiet and cared for in the smallest details. I can't find a flaw in this place, I would have liked to discover it before and I will return with great pleasure

01/06/2025: Sono in difficoltà di fronte a tante recensioni "eccellente". Eccellente vuol dire che hai avuto una bella location, un ottimo servizio e una cucina che ti ha soddisfatto appieno.. La location non si discute, un po' vintage ma di livello.. Il servizio, forse complice il sabato sera, un paio di tavoli che hanno catalizzato l'attenzione.. Non proprio coccolati.. L'attesa di oltre un ora per una portata è insopportabile.. Se sto bene mi fermo a chiacchierare fino a mezzanotte. Ma se devo aspettare un'ora una portata mi passa la fame.. Sul maialino molto salato ci sarebbe da dire ma forse l'attesa aveva compromesso il giudizio.. Ci tornerò in settimana magari.. Qualità e prezzo, va detto, ottimi. Poi quando sei fuori dal coro ti vengono dei dubbi...

Modern venue, friendly and professional staff and good choice of wines. I went for dinner during the week with friends and it was a fabulous experience. Do you want advice? Stop searching, it's time to book your dinner by the cubic meter!

27/06/2025: I was walking around Turin and, having read many positive reviews of this place, and after having seen many photos of their dishes on social media, I decided with my son to try their plin. We booked and were kindly welcomed by the owner. In the menus, honestly, the embarrassment of choice of various dishes, plin and tajarin prepared in many ways and it was not easy to choose! I was tempted by the plin with castelmagno and, I'm not ashamed, I even mopped it up! My son instead had them with tomato and Bra sausage, delicious! The entrees also deserve a special mention, served in glass bowls together with hot and fragrant croutons! Not having much time available we moved on to dessert and I was tempted by their bonet, not the usual one you expect but a recipe modified by grandma Sandrina, excellent to say the least, served with a bowl of hot chocolate to add at the moment! Finally a coffee, Jamaica Blue Mountain whose flavor has remained in my mind, I have never drunk better coffee. Coffee lovers will surely appreciate it, since it is highly appreciated worldwide for its flavor and, as a final treat, together with the coffee another bowl arrived with a very welcome surprise that I will leave to those who will have the pleasure of tasting it to discover! Prices proportionate to the high quality of the ingredients, impeccable preparation, excellent service! I recommend everyone to try this experience and above all book because there are few places!

09/07/2025: A small place, barely accommodating 10 people, half of whom eat at a counter facing the wall...the kitchen is on the other side of the table. The various dishes, mostly pasta but also salads, bruschetta, and tartare of Fassona beef, are freshly prepared, excellent, and plentiful. The service is very informal but still friendly and welcoming; during peak hours, there may be a wait. It's not exactly cheap, but every now and then a decent plate of pasta is worth it. Recommended.

26/06/2025: The pasta (carbonara) is super salty even without the cheese. The worse carbonara I ever had... Restaurant (café to be precised) overrated for sure. I can't understand where the 4.6 stars come from. Atmosphere is homey and service is ok, however, a service charge was taken for 2€50 (without notice, just saw on the receipt ) in this small café in which considered overcharged, even more than a proper decent restaurant (2€). Beverage was comparatively pricey than other restaurants as well. 1 pasta (13.9€) + bottle of ice tea from supermarket (4.1€) + charge (2.5€) At the end = 20.5€ For sure you can have better choice in the neighborhood. 💡 Response to owner 💡 Being arrogant & agressive won't improve your cooking skills, MANY comments of 1-2 stars also stating that your food is poor or carbonara is too salty (well, I'm not the only one). Maybe you can cook well sometimes....by luck, but not always! Moreover, I'm comparing the cover charge with other restaurants (dining 40-50€ per head with 2€ charge and real restaurants that not like a small cafe shop). And it's true , even McDonald's has more stable level of food not like yours. You may consider to check your taste buds with doctor before continuing cooking for others.

29/06/2025: Era la sera di San Giovanni, Torino in festa! Ma abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare questo locale aperto. Non ci sono molte parole per descrivere il luogo ma soprattutto il cibo! Raffinato, fresco, materia prima eccellente! Impiattamenti impeccabili. Sapori nuovi da scoprire. Cortesia del titolare in una location insolita ma piacevolissima. Semplicemente un ristorante da stella Michelin! Bravi!!!!

A CORNER OF AUTHENTIC PIEDMONTESE TRADITION: DAI SALETTA, IN THE HEART OF TURIN As soon as you cross the threshold, you are welcomed by a warm and familiar atmosphere, where dark wood and rustic details create a simple environment but full of personality. The staff, always courteous and prepared, makes you feel immediately at home. The real protagonist, however, is the menu. During my visits I had the pleasure of tasting dishes that tell the story of the area: from grandmother's agnolotti with braised meat sauce, to the tender and fragrant braised meat in Barolo, to the desserts that taste like pampering from times gone by, such as zabaglione cream with torcetti di Lanzo or Gianduja ice cream, a tribute to the famous Turin chocolate.
