28/08/2025: The pizzas are good, the food is good. Seating is on the ground and first floors, and there's an outdoor terrace. I recommend it.

26/08/2025: Sunday evening, August 24th. Almost all the restaurants are closed. We decide to make a reservation and go to this pizzeria. The owners are Chinese. A sign of hard work, that's a fact. They're always open. We arrive and the place is very casual, too much so. The welcome is courteous. The food... well, farinata (chickpea flour pancake) wasn't cooked enough. The appetizer was good, but the fried gnocchi, I think, was cooked in oil that was used too often, and the pizza was decent. For five people, three farinata (chickpea flour pancakes), a house appetizer, four pizzas, and some forgettable asparagus, plus two parfaits that I wouldn't have ordered. And I don't want to forget a quart of wine, two beers, and two Cokes, about €95. Final thoughts: Maybe it's a good lunch option for €10 for a pizza and a Coke. Did I like it? Definitely not the pizzas, and not the desserts. Would I recommend it? It depends on the quality you're looking for.

16/08/2025: Locanda della Regina: Wonderful location, elegant yet familiar hospitality, and a la carte selection, which is not a given during these holidays. The menu is not overly exaggerated, but just the right amount of essentials. We ordered three appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and three desserts. The food was all delicious, with flavorful and tender meat. The fish dish was excellent, spaghetti with clams, revisited with parsley, good but a bit risky for some palates. The traditional veal with tuna sauce was excellent. The wine was amazing, a white from the Langhe, reasonably priced—in fact, we ordered two. The artisanal bread. The desserts were superb. Amaro San Simon, a typical Piedmontese liqueur, was complimentary for the first round, and was delicious. We treated ourselves to a Ferragosto holiday that we will fondly remember, and we discovered a little place in Turin that will become familiar and we will frequent often.

16/07/2025: I must admit, I didn't have high expectations at first, but this self-service bistro completely surprised me! As soon as I walked in, I was struck by the setting: immaculately clean, meticulously maintained, and with a truly pleasant atmosphere. The staff was immediately friendly, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. Despite being self-service, the organization is impeccable, and what really sets it apart is the excellent value for money. The dishes are carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and—most importantly—of the highest quality. Simple yet well-crafted, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. It's rare to find such a balanced place: quick, affordable, yet offering a culinary offering that far surpasses that of many traditional restaurants. Absolutely approved! If I'm ever in the area again for work, it will definitely be my go-to place for a great lunch, in a pleasant, unpretentious atmosphere.

24/07/2025: Finally, a wine bar close to home. The owner, besides being helpful and friendly, offers a wide selection of wines and other drinks (they make Spritz and other variations, too). We only had one glass, but we'll be back to try the appetizers.

18/09/2025: A simple but very rustic hut on the GTA. The friendly staff and the delicious food are absolutely fantastic. All in all, great and good value for money.

05/09/2025: We had dinner at this place. The owner was locked inside and there was a bell to come and open it. There was a musty smell, it was hot and there was no window. There was a couple of guys who had taken some grilled fish and they had it taken back because it smelled. Bad experience, kind owner.

03/09/2025: Simple, clean, and very quiet restaurant. The ideal place to reconnect and eat in complete relaxation. I really appreciated the tranquility and the excellent food. The portions are exceptional and the service is quick. All of this is accompanied by excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

16/08/2025: Had a quick, casual lunch. The service was impeccable and above average. Extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and attentive. The food was good quality, well above current standards for the Turin province and catering to a mass audience. The restaurant is modern and welcoming, with great attention to detail. The menu focuses on Parma products.

30/07/2025: The exceptional seafood menu features top-quality ingredients and excellent dishes that combine tradition and innovation, with hints of other cultures. The wine list is excellent, primarily white and rosé, with an interesting regional and national selection. Excellent international labels are also available here.

30/08/2025: Unfortunately, the service was quite slow and inattentive. We ate well, and the view was definitely worth it.

17/08/2025: Spectacular view, but that's thanks to the mountains of the Susa Valley. The place is small inside with a lovely terrace. It's incredible to have paid €20 for two sandwiches on plain bread with three slices of mediocre mozzarella (even if it had been four, it would still have been mediocre mozzarella), three slices of tomato, and half a liter of sparkling water. It's not nice to make comparisons, but in Trentino, in a place like this, they'd be able to serve you a delicious lunch even without a reservation on Ferragosto (August 15th). Mountain refuges should always have at least four or five tables for those arriving from hikes. It's called hospitality. The island of Linosa also faces challenges related to the territory, but I've never had anyone say, "If you don't have a reservation, only sandwiches." Unfortunately, Piedmont is still far behind in these matters.
