07/07/2025: Welcoming place both inside, there are two nice rooms and outside there is a beautiful covered terrace. Excellent food. Fresh homemade pasta. Delicate but tasty flavors. The peaches with anchovies and parsley are really worth trying.....one of the many treats to try. Every course changed plate and cutlery. Kind and professional staff. We will definitely be back. Il livello è rimasto estremamente elevato sia nella cucina - davvero ottima e capace di concorrere e superare ristoranti ben più rinomati (evviva il cuoco!) - che nel servizio. Il locale è situato in un luogo molto tranquillo e in armonia con il territorio. I locali semplici e accoglienti, si fondono perfettamente con il paesaggio. Il personale, cortese, competente e sorridente, rende ogni pasto un vero piacere in un clima di relax. Gli ingredienti, sempre di stagione, locali e di qualità ottima, sono magnificamente elaborati in ricette e combinazione che sono una sorpresa e un vero piacere per il palato.Che dire? Bravi, bravi e ancora bravi: tenete duro e continuate così!

15/03/2025: Today I took two portions of ravioli carbonara to take away. Perfect punctuality, generous portions, the ravioli were sensational both in appearance and in taste: the filling and the fondue sauce were abundant. I also really like the informal but refined environment and Stefania and Michel are two young but very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming guys.

29/05/2025: Refined place, very beautiful interior with very high ceilings and stone columns. The menu satisfies all tastes. Piedmontese and Japanese menus go hand in hand and all that remains is to choose. Everything is very good, attentive service, even having eaten Piedmontese dishes, the Mochi for dessert are a real delight for the palate.

05/07/2025: A search error led us to book here... the best mistake we could have made In 5 from sea to land a riot of tastes and a pleasant feeling of home. Excellent service, excellent raw materials, excellent prosecco, wonderful location....now we wait for the bill but we have no doubts....

There is also an outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying a break in the milder months. The prices are quite high, but in line with the well-kept environment and the good level of service. 07/06/2025: Since a friend introduced me to this brewery, I go there often; a very relaxing and suggestive place especially for the fantastic outdoor area under the trees and sofas, not to mention the very helpful and friendly staff. The fact that it is surrounded by greenery, among other things, gives it added value. Excellent food!

07/06/2025: I would have liked to try their cuisine, but... I ordered on Just Eat: delivery scheduled for 7.45pm... at 7.15pm the message ORDER CANCELLED arrives. I'm sorry but you are not very serious. If you couldn't accept orders you should have said so immediately or much earlier to give me the chance to go elsewhere or at least fix things in another way. In any case, my money was refunded.

21/06/2025: Is it so hard to put screens on the windows so they can be opened? You eat well, but it's hot inside the restaurant in the middle of summer.

10/03/2025: The fish is very fresh and cooked with passion; to try (by reservation) the plateau royal, a mixture of shellfish and raw and cooked fish. The pasta with its various fish sauces is always cooked perfectly. Very good value for money

23/06/2025: Typical place of the solitary and silent mountain. Very beautiful room. Polite and kind welcome. Excellent cuisine with traditional dishes revised according to the season. Excellent wine list too. It is always worth leaving the car at the Olympic village in Sestriere and taking a walk to the fantastic hamlet of Bessen Haute where you can indulge yourself at Misun La fonte. The walk back is also priceless for having met a large herd of very sweet cattle.

20/06/2025: I had a couple of (very reasonably priced) coffees before cycling Finestre and Sestriere but the best was afterwards when I got back to my car and they provided me with a jug of hot water. Obviously a popular stop. Strawberry biscuit snack was very nice too!
