01/04/2025: Sono stata in questo locale con un'amica arrivata da Roma che voleva assaggiare l'apericena che fanno alla sera. Ho provato a contattarli telefonicamente per prenotare, ma non hanno risposto. Così siamo andate e dopo esserci sedute alla nostra richiesta di poter fare l'apericena un cameriere ci dice che non fanno apericena. Guardiamo il menù, poca scelta. Costrette a prendere un tagliere, niente di che. Chiedo una birra rossa e non ce l'hanno. Sarei andata via di corsa, ma pioveva a dirotto e avevamo già fatto fatica ad arrivare fino lì. Siamo state, quindi, costrette a fermarci. Per concludere, ci portano il conto prima del tagliere e ci dicono di andare a pagare subito alla cassa. Brutta presentazione del Locale e di Torino per i turisti.

The old nougat tasted very little like nougat, it was almost frozen despite the 20° degrees outside, so much so that I had a stomach ache. The gianduia tasted anything but gianduia. Of course a brand like Fiorio should be synonymous with guarantee and delicacy, but the €3.80 (!!!!) spent did not justify the cost, on the contrary.

Ci siamo seduti nel dehor verso le 14.30 per mangiare un pranzo al volo (abbiamo ordinato due piadine e due spritz) …dopo un’ora e 10 (alle 15.40) non era ancora arrivato nulla e dopo aver visto anche altri tavoli alzarsi e andarsene (stufi dell’attesa) abbiamo ritenuto giusto entrare e comunicare che l’attesa era totalmente ingiustificata e che ce ne saremmo andati senza mangiare….

18/08/2024: Super rude waiter, and horrible service. He quickly started getting nervous and losing his temper as we started ordering. Showing total lack of skills to serve a simple table. The guy started rising his voice and told us to “get out if you don’t like the service”, a 15 people table. So of course we left and the dude started insulting us, even followed us on the street throwing racist insults in a very childish way, he really made table service look like rocket science…. Just don’t go there, save yourself the worst service you can find in Italy…

22/03/2025: Por favor, no pierda su tiempo aquí. Fuimos hoy - tomó 30 minutos para nuestras bebidas llegar. El Aperol Spritz y Diet Coke eran planos. Cuando señalamos esto, el camarero fue grosero. Decidimos reducir nuestras pérdidas e irnos ya que no era un buen lugar para estar. Pagaríamos por el agua que habíamos bebido. El camarero dijo que necesitábamos hablar con el Gerente, pero que en realidad no íbamos a buscar al Gerente. Cuando finalmente llegó nos gritó y nos dijo que nos fuéramos de su restaurante. Era tan agresivo. Estaba realmente conmocionado y sacudido. Para poner esto en contexto, tengo 56 años y estaba con mi esposo y mi madre de 80 años. Nunca he experimentado algo así.

21/03/2025: Serviço péssimo,o multibanco deles não funcionava, não nos comunicaram antecipadamente. No fim do serviço simplesmente disseram que teríamos que ir levantar dinheiro ou iamos ficar a noite toda aqui. E falavam entre eles "não te preocupes,eles que paguem em dinheiro". Para nunca mais repetir,podem ter certeza que vou fazer questão de passar o meu feedback a toda a gente.

16/03/2025: Peut paraître attrayant de l’extérieur, grosse erreur fuyez pauvre fou. À peine rentré l’odeur de pachouli vous préparera a la qualité de la nourriture et du service. N’hésitez pas à appeler votre banquier avant le restaurant car sa politique n’autaurise pas les paiements séparés ce qui peut être fâcheux en cas de grande tablée. Je ne recommande même pas au plus courageux.

In addition to being totally rude, they seemed to enjoy making fun of us, imposing rules invented on the spot without any logic. They never showed any interest in solving the problems, on the contrary, they treated us with an arrogant and disrespectful attitude. We had to wait an excessive amount of time to be served, even though the place was not crowded. The portions were very small, practically insignificant, and the fried foods were cold on the outside and still frozen inside. Impossible to justify something like this, especially considering the exorbitant prices. Furthermore, the place was dirty, with encrusted floors and poorly cleaned tables, and the environment was so noisy that it was a real waste of money! Os pedidos ainda tivemos que trazer para dentro da sala de refeições. E ainda cobraram mais 1 euro por pessoa de taxa por comer sentado. De todos os restaurantes que estivevem Roma foi o mais fraco. A não voltar.
