16/07/2024: Nonostante avessi letto tutte le recensioni negative , ho voluto comunque provare questo locale, soprattutto per il giro in barca. Grosso errore! Cibo scadente, servizio pessimo , tempi lunghissimi. Un disastro. Consiglio ai proprietari di non rispondere in modo scorbutico alle lamentele e alle recensioni, ma di impegnarsi nel migliorare. Perché davvero, non sapete lavorare , e se tanta gente Ve lo fa notare, forse è arrivato il momento di provvedere

07/07/2024: Posto bellissimo eh( varie gallerie , etcc, anche se non è vero che lo puoi raggiungere solo in barca ), ma il cibo davvero dozzinale e da rivedere. Prezzo alto per una qualità non ottima. Lo sconsiglio .

04/11/2024: Getting 3 coffees at the counter took about 20 minutes plus teasing from the employees. We enter and stop at the counter to get 3 coffees (2 normal and 1 macchiato). We wait our turn to order trying to get noticed by the boy behind the counter. We finally order but the coffees don't arrive. they served them to everyone who arrived after us. After a while a young lady asks us what we wanted and I tell her two normal coffees and a latte. The girl looks at us as if she didn't understand and I repeat it three times and finally she replies to me to stay calm because I would have had the coffee like everyone else. I politely point out to him that the coffees had been ordered 15 minutes ago but that they continued to give them to other customers. Nothing, again he tells me to stay calm and to top it off the boy who made the coffee tells his colleague "give him the coffee he has to go and save the world". Absolutely avoid. Terrible service.

11/01/2025: Ordered through Glovo, very fatty chicken, I only ate 1 small piece.... Potatoes inedible too much Pepper Late delivery, but that's the lesser evil. I wanted to try a different chicken but it was bad.

16/11/2024: Order placed (via their app) and never received. I called all the available telephone numbers, they were all inactive and no one answered the only active one. At least I had chosen to pay on delivery… Update: Since you take the time to respond to reviews but not to warn of the delay, I will be more precise. I left the review before the rider showed up 55 minutes late. When it arrived, I obviously rejected it because you didn't respond through any channel and in the meantime I had placed a new order at a new restaurant. Just apologize and you'll make yourself look better. But better this way, you gave us the opportunity to find a restaurant with excellent roast chicken.

26/03/2025: The place doesn't smell clean, it seems more like a tourist trap that has to thank the fact that on Wednesdays the Bicerin place is closed. 9.70 euros, for a bicerin that wasn't a bicerin, a decaffeinated soy cappuccino and a glass of sparkling water. The latter taken at the counter. The price could have been acceptable if the bicerin had been like the original one. They didn't issue a receipt because the cash register didn't work. I don't recommend it.

23/03/2025: Of course, the place was very cold, the only one was the kind bartender but having ordered a bottle it had nothing to do with the real and original one which was located 20 meters further on where Cavour was a customer. To forget.

10/03/2025: Ritengo che la pizza Margherita sia fatta di pochi, semplici ingredienti. Ma se solo ne manca uno, cade tutto il castello. Eataly vuol far pagare i suoi prodotti di più della media? Ben venga se mi si offre un prodotto di qualità. Sicuramente di qualità l’impasto, il pomodoro, la mozzarella usati. Ma se mi viene servita una Margherita senza nemmeno l’ombra del basilico, ingrediente Fondamentale, è per quanto mi riguarda semplicemente inaccettabile. Punto, mi fermo qui.

20/01/2025: Conviene prenotare e si viene accolti e sistemati velocemente. Le pizze sono ottime, gustose e digeribilissime. La cucina è molto curata ed i piatti ben preparati e abbondanti. Il prezzo è un po' caro ma se si fa' la tessera gratuita e si fa' un acquisto qualsiasi, viene rilasciato lo scontrino con la promozione di sconto del 20% sul ristorante. Quindi eventualmente prima di andare al ristorante procedere al tesseramento.

21/11/2024: Cena aziendale in questo ristorante. Il luogo è molto ben curato..arredamento ricercato , servizio adeguato. Niente di particolare sulla cucina..senza infamia e senza lode, forse perchè eravamo in tanti. Comunque sufficiente

10/03/2025: Sono andata in questo locale e mi sono trovata molto bene, ambiente accogliente , personale qualificato e servizio ottimo. Titolare molto accogliente e simpatico. Super consigliato e ci ritornerò

09/03/2025: Esperienza pessima. Menu striminzito stampato in un foglio A4.Gnocchi al castelmagno ( dove il castelmagno non era nemmeno passato ) serviti in una specie di ciotola perché :” erano finiti i piatti”. Cheesecake della grandezza di un bignè ( alla modica cifra di 8 euro) che sapeva di marshmallow congelato. Torta mimosa che era una specie di semifreddo al limone. Puzza di terea che pervede tutto il locale. Personale del bancone scorbutico. Imbarazzante!

13/01/2025: Not bad, prices a little high for what they give you, but the experience was positive. 2 cocktails + tagliere for aperitif €22. The products are from Eataly and were good. For the location and atmosphere I would return.

29/12/2024: I understand that the amount of work during the holidays is great, but as a person who does the same job as you, I wonder how it is possible that a waiter is not able to manage 10 seats in the outdoor area. Let's take away the rudeness of some of the guys who work there, it seems absurd to me that you have to sit down, that you have to wait at least 15 minutes for some waiter to notice you, then after being noticed and dismissed with a MO ARRIVAL, another 20 minutes pass before someone finally come to take your order by divine grace. The spritz prepared more or less forty minutes after we sat down remained on the counter for at least another 10 minutes and therefore arrived watered down. I don't know but if I were you I would consider a change of staff, also because reading the reviews makes you feel nervous. FOR GOODNESS.
