Siamo stati accolti in una grotta piacevolmente arredata. Menù tradizionale con piatti tipici della zona. Tutti i piatti che abbiamo assaggiato erano ottimi.

Good quality food.
Traditional Piedmontese cuisine was what we were looking for, everything was perfect.

(Just under 4 stars but I have to re-evaluate it)
Stopped for lunch and found a nice place in Borgata to stop and eat as an alternative to the center of Sestriere.
1) Very small but well-kept RESTAURANT with a beautiful vaulted ceiling filled with stones that is very reminiscent of the mountain environment. Well set and well presented;
2) FOOD that left me satisfied with some things and a little disappointed with others. The excellent quality fassone tartare with egg yolk is truly an added value. The tagliatelle with sausage ragù did not have such a 'strong' flavor (plus it was a slightly small portion). The deer on the other hand was a little tough and very bland. The chocolate salami, on the other hand, was good although perhaps a little colder would have been even better;
3) SERVICE both, both the owner and the girl were very good and kind. Only thing... and leave the cheese at the table 😅 after you professionally pour some on the pasta it would be nice to add more if you want but these are easily negligible details 👌🏻;
4) BILL in my opinion in line with similar proposals, perhaps a first course paid €15 could have been fair but not for what I ate;
I will return because there are so many options (even daily ones) and I am convinced that it is much better than this. However, I recommend it to those who don't want to move from Borgata Sestirere 👍🏻

Sophisticated place, but traditional at the same time. Intimate, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Delicious food (the best agnolotti I've ever eaten) and a very suggestive location. Dining room staff up to par.

Dinner on a winter evening, with a tasting of good local dishes. The atmosphere of the restaurant is calm and welcoming, the service was very fast. The price is average, between 40 and 50 euros per person

Nothing short of superlative!! There were 7 of us, from the starter to the dessert everything was delicious. I recommend the Fassona tartare and the venison with polenta. Excellent value for money, fast and friendly service. Compliments! We'll be back!

Locale con soffitto in sasso molto caratteristico seppur con arredamento un po’ retro e troppa oggettistica.
Piatti tipici e buoni ma forse un po’ troppo cari per il contesto: 20€ tagliata e il filetto, dolci 6€ ed antipasto 14€ (coperto 2.5€…)
La tagliata magari potrebbe essere accompagnata con verdure servite un po’ meglio…
