15/02/2025: Dopo tanti anni che ci passavamo davanti al sabato senza trovare mai posto ci siamo andati in settimana, ecco, forse sarebbe stato meglio non esserci andati. Forse li abbiamo presi in un giorno sbagliato ma per la qualità del cibo, combinata con l'assenza di menù (notata anche da altri recensori) al momento di pagare il conto è stato davvero esagerato. Non consigliato.

22/02/2025: Bicchieri e piatti di carta nel buffet Cucchiaini carta x yogurt Signora pulizie con carrello delle pulizie attraversa sala mentre le persone mangiano Buffet non ricchissimo ma buono : mancano ad esempio formaggi ed affettati e soprattutto i pancakes o i bugels tipici delle culture anglosassoni : non dovrebbero essere tra i piatti da scegliere bensì nel buffet Personale molto gentile e disponibile

22/01/2025: La location è molto bella ma il brunch è da dimenticare. Il tavolo con l'allestimento del dolce è davvero sguarnito e deludente, neanche in un hotel a due stelle il buffe della colazione è così "povero". Il baghel era talmente duro che non si riusciva a mordere, tantomeno tagliare con il coltello. Sembrava pane riscaldato al microonde indurito. La cipolla caramellata che doveva accompagnare il piatto inesistente. Le uova e il bacon mediocri, con i medaglioni di patate duri e secchi all'esterno. La panna cotta alla fragola era freddissima, molto densa e senza sapore e il panettoncino servito con la crema talmente secco da risultare immangiabile. Livello molto al disotto delle aspettative, da bar mediocre che prepara piatti surgelati. Prezzi assolutamente fuori contesto per ciò che viene offerto. Il menù, inoltre, ha piatti molto semplici, basterebbe davvero la qualità delle materie prime per fare la differenza. Peccato perché pensavamo di chiedere per un servizio catering per una festa ma abbiamo rinunciato.

30/03/2025: I do not recommend this nightclub which is not secure at all. We had a very bad experience, including a snatch theft after 5 minutes inside the nightclub. Avoid, really not a place to be seen...

30/03/2025: To flee!!!!!!!!!! 10 minutes in the nightclub and we get our chains ripped off our necks… we intercept the thief he laughs shows us his pockets, empty... obviously... the security guards don't want to deal with it the tone rises with the thief we decide to leave because we are French and no one wants to listen to us we don't feel safe here at all we want to go out and there it's impossible they want us to pay for our exit tickets only in cash, something we don't have 40€ 4 drinks and 60€ ticket to pay at the exit… I really say it again and again but avoid nightclubs!!!!!!!!!!

25/12/2024: Location carina, ma sovraffollata. Cibo ottimo, polpo eccezionale, linguine particolari, dolce discreto (tartetatin). Servizio da migliorare. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

20/12/2024: La qualità del cibo devo riconoscere che è buona, a parte un vitello tonnato con fette praticamente trasparenti talmente erano sottili ! Ma non si possono presentare primi piatti con 4 tortellini di numero, metterne qualcuno in piu non andrà ad intaccare i vostri profitti, ma avrete un ritorno in soddisfazione del cliente che probabilmente tornerà.... Sono infine tornato a casa ed ho continuato a mangiare. Consiglio per i temerari che andranno a prenotare un tavolo in futuro, di moltiplicare x 2 il numero delle portate.

05/04/2025: Sono veramente basita dalla maleducazione del proprietario. Io e mio marito ci siamo recati per una cena prima dello spettacolo al vicino teatro. Abbiamo ordinato due farinate e due pizze. Mentre stavamo ancora consumando il primo piatto (io ero a metà), ci hanno portato le pizze. Alla mia rimostranza ci è stato detto che le avrebbero messe al caldo. Non appena abbiamo terminato la farinata, le stesse pizze sono tornate tiepide e gommose perché non erano più fresche. L'ho fatto presente al cameriere che gentilmente ci ha detto che le avrebbe fatte rifare. Dopo pochi minuti sono tornate le stesse e ci è stato detto che il proprietario non aveva nessuna intenzione di rifarle. Ci siamo alzati per andarcene, non ci hanno consentito di pagare e questo mi ha innervosita, perché non siamo morti di fame. Inoltre il titolare mi ha fatto il gesto col la mano a coltello per indicarmi di andarmene Questo a casa mia dove impera l'educazione, è un insulto , l'ho fatto presente e l'uomo ha continuato. Capisco che quando si è molto anziani come lui, si perdano freni inibitori, ma le buone maniere soprattutto in presenza di clienti sono un "must". Se volete mangiare alla velocità della luce anche con il locale completamente vuoto com'era durante la ns visita e vi fa piacere essere trattati come cani allora accomodatevi. Se siete invece persone educate e per bene evitate questa pizzeria come la peste!

14/03/2025: Mi ero ripromesso di non tornarci più….Poi ci ho ripensato e questa è stata la scelta peggiore che potessi avere… preso una pizza e una porzione di farinata ….. il gusto non mi convinceva e avevo ragione e me ne sono accorto il giorno dopo…..ora le analisi e poi vedremo come procedere…

15/03/2025: Cristallo is exactly where you want to arrive after a long day doing tourist deeds in Torino before you proceed onto your cheaper-than-downtown accommodation — on normal days that is, because it's next to the Torino FC stadium so on match days it should be quite hellish. And there's a market in the mornings which should add to the nice atmosphere. In F&B terms I remember having excellent sandwiches and coffee, and a remarkable antipasto to share with my brother and my friend, with good beer to water all things down. Remarkable means remarkable here ❤️ Service was very good in line with the local temperament, slightly posh but warm and approachable — but they had 'the Argentine that every bar needs' in Matti, who was very helpful taking care of our food and giving us tips to navigate this fascinating city. Of course we'll be back.

11/03/2025: For those looking for simplicity and authenticity, you are in the right place, I recommend you try the Peruvian dishes, they are delicious! and finally conclude with the desserts they produce, they are delicious.

30/03/2025: I'll start by saying that we were regular "Sunday" customers, but after today we won't set foot in there again. Rudeness and impoliteness are the adjectives that distinguish this business. I pointed out to the lady that after the third customer who passed in front of me I would have liked to be served... her kind response: Don't worry, we'll come to you too Considering that it almost seemed like she was annoyed by the fact that I wanted to buy the croissants, I left without taking anything. I'll gladly leave room for someone else.

24/03/2025: Be careful because with the prices of the fresh pastries you will feel like you have been magically catapulted into Piazza Castello. Oh and don't try to smile because kindness and helpfulness are not at home. Too bad!

07/04/2024: I have come several times and the staff is hospitable, you always feel at home. Furthermore, the food is good, especially the Piedmontese classics such as agnolotti! I highly recommend it

31/03/2024: Had lunch today with an Easter menu at €40 each, 3 starters, a first course, a second course with side dish, colomba with custard which was actually mascarpone cream, coffee! As a second course there was the porchetta! We were asked if it was possible to replace it with a non-pork steak or something but we were told that this was not intended! We discover that the table next to us is served a chicken breast instead of porchetta, a request made directly at the table! After paying and thanking them for the equal service we reminded the staff of our last visit!

16/03/2025: Bad experience is an understatement... we were 8 people... booked for days... For whatever we wanted to order from the menu, the waiter had to ask the kitchen for the ingredients to be able to choose that dish. In fact, some of our choices could not be satisfied. We ask for two plates of spaghetti with clams but the clams were not enough for two portions... so we opt for the spaghetti with seafood, no, we don't have seafood. We ask for 4 portions of spaghetti with artichokes (pasta with garlic and oil placed on a pan with a few artichokes that taste like cardboard) ... they tell us: "I don't know if it's enough for four portions" ... we order a mixed grill ... a paltry piece of sausage arrives, a small piece of bacon and 1/2 slice of pork.. thrown like that on the plate.. then we understood why on Sunday for lunch the restaurant was empty while the others in the town were full…. . Very poor food, miserable portions… crazy prices…. Never again…..

12/03/2025: Shameless 'service': laughing at the table, rolling eyes and calling us donkeys in Italian, chewing gum and sighing when she had to walk around the table to pick up a plate. The food was okay. Although the service leaves a bad aftertaste.

17/03/2025: Locale storico ed ben arredato con lo stile tipico partenopeo tra Totò, i panni stesi e immagini varie. Provata la loro ottima pizza dai bordi alti tipici di napoli. Personale gentile e disponibile anche se si minimi termini. Prezzi più che giusti sia per il cibo che per le bevande. Il locale è formato da più camere e, anche se i tavoli erano tutti al completo, non abbiamo sentito quella fastidiosa sensazione di non poter dialogare con il vicino...o la vicina. Ottima la pizza Ardente, dove veramente la spianata è per intenditori. Consiglierei di rivedere la lista pizze per svecchiarne un po' ed inserire qualcosa di speciale che possa competere con le gourmet del mese. Ottima esperienza comunque

23/02/2025: Pizza nella media al prezzo giusto. La cosa che mi è entusiasmato di più sono stati i bocconcini fritti con la nutella!!!

01/03/2025: Abbiamo prenotato per il venerdì sera per 7 persone più un neonato , arrivati sul posto e la pizzeria era chiusa senza preavviso . Quindi NON abbiamo potuto mangiare .

Dry and rubbery pizza, waiter who at a certain point started to take out the pizzas instead of the pizza chef, furthermore they had run out of zero coke (on a Friday evening with the place empty, unspeakable!). Several times the pizza chef and waiters put their hands on the pizzas after touching something else and without sanitizing them first!!! We will never return! NOTE ADDED FOLLOWING YOUR RESPONSE: I would say that this response confirms the low quality of the place, which always reflects the values ​​of those who manage it.

30/11/2024: Passing through the area I decide to try this place which offers a lunch menu for €11 which includes: first course, second course and side dish, 1/2 water and coffee. Upon entering the room I immediately notice the strong smell of cigarette smoke....... As a first course I opt for baked lasagna (made by the owner who is a chef/waiter/bartender) which is not at all exciting, as is a second course with turkey Milanese (fair) with potatoes (no taste). Off the menu I order 1/2 liter of red wine (terrible) and a panna cotta (decent). Total cost: €20!!!!!! I think that paying €9 for half a liter of wine and a panna cotta is total madness!!!!! It goes without saying that I will never come to this place again.....
